I bought new MICROMAX X118 handset on Feb 27, 2010 from ABOHAR(PUNJAB). IMEI number of my mobile handset is [protected]. I started facing outgoing voice problem in Speakers after 3 months of purchasing. I submitted my handset at MICROMAX customer care center at SHAHDRA, NEW DELHI on June 8, 2010. My job number was 5154. They promise me to return with in 15 days. But they said that they have to replace motherboard. To resolve this problem they took 3 months and returned my handset on Sept 1, 2010. I talked to Mr. Tiwari (+[protected] and Mr. Shukla (+[protected] and Mr. Rohit (+[protected] Centre Heads many times. They assured me that you will get your phone very soon and last time Mr. Shukla said that we are sending you phone with new motherboard. But as I got my phone, it is still having same problem when checked. I think that they have returned me unrepaired. When i went back to customer care they told me that they have replaced the motherboard. Please make a notice on it.

    I have purchased a Q5 ezpad phone and within three days its trackball & keypad have stopped working after that i have visited the service center where he gave me a DOA Certificate but the shopkeeper is not helping me out in the same. The shopkeeper says that it will take a month for him to replace the phone.

FURTHER COMPLAINT THROUGH E-MAIL AND ONLINE CONTACT THROUGH CHINA CN PORTAL WHICH HAS OPTION TO CONTACT DIRECTLY THE CEO MICROMAX MR. VIKASH JAIN. MAIL SENT WITH CONFIRMATION REPORT. ONLINE SUBMISSIONS OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME CONFIRMS SUBMISSION OF IT AND ASSURANCE OF EARLY ACTION. BUT ALAS IN SPITE OF MY SO MANY COMPLAINTS COMPANY IS SILENT FOR THE REASON NOT KNOWN. SUCH ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS/FEEDBACK EXPOSES ABOUT PREVALENT BAD MANAGEMENT.         Dear Sir,

        I visited micromax customer service center at sec-27, Noida, regarding the charging issue of my phone. The executive at desk told me that the charging port is damaged and will need to be replaced and I will have to bear the cost of the same.

        I informed the executive that the phone is in due guarantee and the issue can be looked at if it can be resolving without replacing the port but he straightaway denied to check it further. When I asked to give the same in written that they cant do it, they denied to do it either.

        I went to an external shop and showed to an engineer the same issue, he resolved it without replacing.

        If it was possible for an external engineer to resolve the issue then why not for a micromax authorized engineer.

        Agree with Maahi Dixit. Micromax services is very bad.

        Would not suggest to anyone for buying the product of Micromax.

          I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 06-05-10 from M/s Venkata Satya agencies, Kakinada. It isnot working properly since 20-06-10. I am regularly going to service centre but he not bothering this problem.I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
          Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly pls provide good service immediately& a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

          Note: In kakinada service people was to lazy to work this is not good for your company.

            It was having following problems:

            1) Automatically switch OFF/ ON twice or thrice a day
            2) Opera mini browser problem while operating

            I submitted it for repair (Job Card No. 576638) on Date 14.08.2010 at:
            X-ZONE MICROMAX CHECK POINT,
            824, ABOVE INDIAN BANK, NAC, MANIMAJRA,
            CHANDIGARH.
            They returned it me on 27.08.2010 and said it is repaired.

            But after 2 days the same problem persists in this in additional the following:

            1) Automatically switch OFF/ ON twice or thrice a day
            2) Opera mini browser problem while operating
            3) Not reading memory card after switch off
            4) Switches off while customizing profiles.

                I have given my Micromax q3 mobile handset for repairing under service warranty due to some bluetooth connecting error. I have given it for service on 26th of august 2010. They said they will reoair it and give on the same day or next day. Til now i have made somany calls and the customer care executive Ms. laxmi and her manager Vishnu is mocking me over the phone and they are just extending the dates. The customer service is way too bad in the customer care, I think Micromax has outsourced the service to other people.                 its the same with me also. I gave 2 handsets X220 for some slider problem and they told within 15 days I can come and collect. But it has been more than 2 months !!! Plus now they have stopped picking up calls also !!! It is a shameful approach to conduct business. I am regretting the day I bought micromax phones. I am suggesting my friends not to buy micromax sets to save them. I hope micromax people see this and do something about it. My job card nos. are 1575230 and 1574926.                     Hi, this is Anupam Maithil complaining you for the careless attitude of your service center situated at Maansarover complex,
                    for its costumers. I use Micromax X-360 Handset and it really was a wonderful experience to use such a nice handset before
                    the problem occured. From the last two months my handset battery lasts only for 8-9 hours and I've been getting a problem
                    of "headset profile", I mean it is consistently showing headset profile though there isn't any ear-phone plugged to it.
                    Besides it, My headset screen got a cracked when i kept it inside my jeans pocket. I really want to get the front cover
                    changed along with headset profile problem. My handset still running under warranty period as it was purchased in march,
                    current year. I was completely oblivious about your service center services in Bhopal. When I went there in Maansarover
                    complex, the person sitting on counter gave me another address along with a mobile no. to contact on. As i'm working as
                    an M.R.(Medical Representative), my working time doesn't really allow me to take out time to go to this new address.
                    And i'm really sorry to say that i'm suffering only because of this kind of behavior. I would like to mention one very
                    important thing here that same thing happened to my friend Sanjeev Thakur, who has also been using same handset for
                    quite a long time. But when he left his handset on the service center to get rid of the headset profile problem, he came to
                    know that his mobile battery had got changed along with front cover. I'm deeply hurt to know this kind of non-sense
                    happening at your one of the service - centers. Anyways, i don't want to say ill-words about your company because my father
                    also uses your company's mobile. Now what i really want you to do or request to you to please look into the matter and
                    please inform me the best of options of how can get my my handset screen changed along with the software related problem.
                    At last i again would like to add that i've never expected this kind of thing from your company. If at all, i did expect
                    wonderful customer support like the features of handset you provide. Again sorry, but please take the appropriate action
                    regarding the matter.

                      Please cancel the liscence of the micromax service center based in MEGA center hadapsar.

                      I have bought a micromax X360 handset 5 months back and since last two months I am facing a problem that its battery went dead after just 8-9 hours even though the talk time was not much and I went to the micromax service center based in MEGA center hadapsar PUNE the name of the owner is Sharma, first of all he doesnt know how to talk to any customer and secondly I went there for the same problem for about 5 times in a two months they people twice replace the battery and put in some old battery but the problem was still there again i went for the third time they kept my mobile for 5 days just formatted (dont even know if they did that) again the problem is there again I went they kept my mobile for 25 days and told me that they will change the PCB and I have to keep following them for these 25 days first of all they said that my mobile was misplaced and then after some days they gave my mobile back saying that the PCB was changed, BUT still i have the same problem and I am sure the PCB was not changed as all the setting which I did previously are still present in the mobile phone, MICROMAX has to give me a replacement of my mobile because I am fed up of doing all these things I had to take 4 half days just to visit the service center.

                      Please cancel the liscence of Sharma the owner of that service center and teach him how to behave with anyone and give me a replacement of my mobile phone

                      This is related to my mobile service at your service center. They I have provided worst service as they interact in every bad way to customer. No information provided of mobile repairing or off scheduled on delivery date. Moreover they closed the center due to audit, Which I heard first time that due to audit customer is getting impacted. as due to center close we can't collect our mobile.It took me 9days for get jak of ear phone changed. as first 5 days the jak was not aviable.
                      Worst service provided and its for all the people I met at center..

                        I Have Purchase a Micromax Mobile Handset last June-09, and now there is a prob. is auto on/off. i goes to micromax mobile service center, ghaziabad and tell him about the prob. & he said to me, your mobile handset motherboard is corrupt & we will send your mobile in company to change the motherboard & he tell me your handset will be repair by co. & return with in 15-20 days.
                        I gave my handset 12-03-10 to service center and after 20 days i called service center and the reply was service center executive your mobile is now company. and company have not send us ur mobile set. and after i call micromax corporate office Gurgaon "Mr. Manoj Yada" complain Center. and i send my job sheet copy to him on Dt.19/04/10 after telephonic discussion. but till[protected] i have not received my hand set.                         Dear Sir,
                        I bought a Micromax Q55 mobile on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was also not working. However i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I gave my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get repaired soon as it was in warranty. I called them up several times. they said that your phone has been sent to company (delhi) and they have not send us ur mobile till now. Even I had called to company customer care (Delhi) but they did not receive the call. However, It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

                        After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

                        Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response.

                        Otherwise we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

                          I have purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile on 27th july from planet M , Ludhiana. AT the time of purchase , I did not buy the memory card . I purchased a memory card yesterday , but the phone could not read it . The store guy asked me to contact the service center at Pearl Palace , Ludhiana. The person their told me that there is water in ur mobile so not covered under warranty. When I told them that the other functions are working and how can water be in only memory card slot , I am sorry to say but the 18 - 20 yr old girl manning the counter misbehaved badly and they refused to repair the phone. I can not get hold of any mail ID I can submit a complaint , I have submitted complaint on micromax website in enquiries section twice , but there is no response .. Kindly advise the course of action I shall undertake to sort out this issue

                          have purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile on 24th December2010 Mozo Micromax World shakar pur new delhi, , but the Memory card could not read in my phone . The store guy asked me to contact the service center at The Micromax Service Centre B-36, First Flr Guru Nanak Pura Opp Disst.Centre, Near Maharaja Banquet Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, The person their told me that there is water in ur mobile so not covered under warranty. When I told them that the other functions are working and how can water be in only Trackball slot, Then they charges Rs.350 for tracball, then one issue in phone nither memory card access nor musicplayer, Finally i have submitted the phone in care at[protected] still no response, they were delay. I can not get hold of any mail ID I can submit a complaint, I have submitted complaint on micromax website in enquiries section twice, but there is no response ..                               I bought Micromax mobile X 118 on 14.07.10 from Shimla (HP). With in a weeks time i got problem in the hand set when i approached dealer, he asked me to contact Infinity solutions (authorised service centre for Micromax in Shimla). I have contacted their customer care also to know what to be done. They also advised me the same to contact service centre.

                              Nature of Problem in Handset – There was disturbance in voice when caller call on this handset.
                              I have handed over the set for repair in their service centre (Shimla HP) on Dated[protected] Job Sheet No – 906. They have not mentioned phone number of contact person in service centre. Verbally they have ensured me that the hand set would be repaired within 10 days but after lapse the aforesaid date the hand set was neither handed over to me nor provided any standby handset by the Service Centre till the date i.e.[protected].

                              I want to say only one it is mere negligence from company due to this customers are suffering. I request you to look into this issue and help me out.

                              I had purchased a mobile phone Micro max set np.MC 21 on 05/08/2010 and on very next day I felt that its battery heated up immensely. The matter was brought in to knowledge of shopkeeper but he reffered to service centre.The set could not be repaired at service centre and was sent to delhi by the service centre .I got my mobile back after one month.The problem still remained the same.Who shall take responsibility if battery blasts .Kindly convey this message to the chairmain/MD of Micro Max Company at the earliest.

                                I bought a Mobile Handset Model H360 from Saini Fashion House Hoshiarpur under Bill No 762 on Dated 20/07/2010. On the next day the phone shows some problem on its display. I went to the Micromax Care Center at Hoshiarpur they told me that it is a software problem we cannot solve this problem because having no data cable and told me go to Jalandhar to M/s Gopal Service Centre

On the next visit they told that we cannot solve your problem, when I said that replace my Hand set they told me that we cannot relace your Hand set go to Hoshiarpur and throw it.
                                I am very much dissapointed at their wording. please solve my Problem.

                                सर, मै जेरोम k. वरके (C.G., Bhilai) एक मोबाइल सुपेला के स्टार telesystems से मिक्रोमक्स ख़रीदा 20.01.2010 को. यह मोबाइल में बी.स.न.ल. सिम नहीं चलता उसे दुर्ग के सर्विस सेंटर में दिया(जॉब कार्ड no. 275559, डेट - 25.06.10) तो एक महिना लगा पर भी नहीं बना. फिर यह मोबाइल भिलाई सुपेला के सर्विस सेंटर में दिया(डेट- 25.08.10, जॉब कार्ड no.479495, ) तो मुझे यह मोबाइल 04.10.10 को मिला तो भी बी.स.न.ल. नहीं चला और घर पहुंचते ही मोबाइल में कोई भी सिम नहीं चला और मोबाइल on होता है और off होता है . सर मैं ये मोबाइल से बहुत परेशान हो गया हूँ. इस परेशानी से जल्द छुटकारा दिलाये मैं मानसिक रूप से परेशान हूँ . इस परेशानी से छुटकारा नहीं दिलाये तो मुझे मजबूर होकर उपभोगता फौरम मैं जाना पड़ जायेगा .

                                  Micromax is worst mobile company in india,.. They are cheating customers by providing low class china mobiles,..

                                  They dont have a proper customer service,.. All the numbers provided in website & mobile box,.. Are fake,.. Nun of them are working.

                                  I bought a micromax q2 for 2400/- rs,.. But after buying that mobile i realised that is not worth buying,.. Its perfomance is poor,.. Its almost same as a china mobile phone,.. When i went to exchange that mobile after 3 days,.. They asked me return it for 400 rs,.. They are conducting so many international cricket tournamment by cheating customers like us.

                                  Please dont buy micromax products,.. Its not worth buying.

                                  Micromax is one of the worse company i have ever seen in my life who is try to create good business in indian market. They are spending thousands of crores rupees in nonsense activity, but i donot know whether the management of the company is nonsense or fool. They should think first that can they survive in the market with worst quality phone in low price? Neither the voice quality is good nor any other feature. It is automatically getting switch off. If some time the cell gets minor jerk (You can think the extent of jerk when you keep the phone in your pocket) also, the phone is getting switch off.

                                  I donot know what to do. Simply i can say that we have just wasted our money.

                                  Total working of micro max mobile is worst, service centres worst, customer care worst i mean to say that there is no body to listen to. My newly purchased set is lying at home, received back unrepaired and unrepairable from the micromax, it is there fore requested not even/never think of purchasing micro max mobiles. I have lost the money but i would not like my friend circle to loose the hard earned money.

                                  We purchased one micromax q7 model bearing s. No. M imei [protected] a from m/s nitin communications, karol bagh on 05/09/2010 for rs. 4450/= and after opening the set at home there was problem in charging part, it was showing connected or disconeected. I had approached the dealer four times for replacement of set but ultimately they gave in written that they are not going change the set.

                                  Yesterday i had visited your service centre at laxmi nagar and from there it was told that it would be repaired and may be charged rs. 260/= (If not covered under warranty), there was no way except paying rs. 260/= and presently the set is with service at laxmi nagar.

                                  Now at the outset i would like to know;
                                  1. Just before 10-12 days i have purchased the set why it can not be replaced by new one, being the defected piece, what is quality control of micromax and what is the
                                  Customer care.
                                  2. Why a new purchased defected set is bieng charged.
                                  And finally
                                  I would like to request to replace the set at the earliest possible or other wise i may be forced to know the doors of justice, the defected set and money loss is causing pain to me.

                                  Micromax is really a nightmare for me, when i bought it (Ninja 3 a57) i was really happy for the first week but then it showed its real colour by getting automatic off no sim detection, once it was fallen from my hand and its screen glass cracked and the mobile was permanent off, then the service centre said that they cannot cure anything they will take 1850 rs for screen repair then 1200 for battery replace, but i purchased this phone for 4500, then i purchased dublicate battery for 300 then it once started but the crack screen was still there, after 2 days it was again started getting automatic switch off, this pulled the hell out of me, then i gone to the local mobile repair shop they taken 500 rupees for just turing on the mobile and promised that it would never going to switch off again,., after repair i brought home even at the same day the mobile started getting switch off, i have just become the musaddi lal of office office, even my petrol expense has touched the sky,... Now i m finally deciding to put this phone on the floor and make the powder of it by hitting it continuously, and mix some fevicol and make the ball of it so that i can pull some use of it... It may be funny to u but a night mare for me...[protected] is my number i[censored] want to purchase that hard micromax ball to play cricket u may call.

                                  i had submitted my phone in month of may. They gave my phone to me in the month of aug. then my phone create same problems after 3days. I submitted it again but still company did not deliver my phone to me.
                                  The worst ever phone company in India, Micromax, without any doubt. They sell the low quality products in the market. I purchased 3 mobiles of this company till date, because of its relatively low cost but not worth of even a single penny. None of them worked smoothly after 6 months. People instead should go to Moto series which offers relatively best products for a reasonable cost.

                                    My Micromax Q5 Charger is not working properly. Whenever I am trying to charge it is showing as "Charger removed" inspite of it being properly inserted. Other times even if it is showing "Charger connected" after sometimes showing as "Bad contact of Charger." Happening repeatedly

                                    i am facing the same problem. i went to the local service centre in secunderabad. i was told the pin is damaged and they will rectify it in the mobile, and i had paid Rs.400 for it, since the warranty is over. Later on they claimed the charger is faulty and they are asking me to pay Rs.500 for another charger. IS IT NOT DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.when i want to talk to the incharge, they person at the counter informed that there are not incharges for the service centre.I had put a complaint at the MICROMAX WEBSITE.As usual no reply.

                                    The same thing happens with my cell also, charger is not working although it charge through computer. I also have complaint of balls which is in centre of Q5. Its not working properly as I take it to customer care centre named as Saini Mobile care, Shop No: 32, Abheypur, Ind Area, Ph-1, Panchkula. They took around 1 hr to clean the ball but its of no use. I already told him that u have to change the ball. Later he told me that he's not having the ball right now may be it takes 4 days or it takes 45 days to be get repaired. Such a poor customer care.
                                    I totally agree with the above comments. I don't want to repeat the same lines.

                                    I cant understand how companies like this are coming to market with these worst products.

                                    If the amount of money spent on Advertisement is used in the product they would have achieved more.

                                    i also totally agree with this problem. i am the q5 user and 3 mths after purchasing it i used to face this problem during charging. it always shows bad contact of charger. i totally got irritated from this mobile. really this is a worthless company. this sadak chhaap company should kick out from the market.

                                    i would say that at the time of launching any product no body should faith completly and should wait for market response.

                                    these company has not any authorised service centre in the capital like delhi, ncr.
                                    every location is being flagged .
                                    i too agree with the above all bcoz am using micromax x-510 and when ever i try to charge my mobile its showing bad contact of charger or charger removed.its very bad quality and service centre people are very careless towards customers.

                                      1. while connectig usb cable of micromax x600 to my computer, mt computer is not accepting its support even after being installing its drivers from micromax website.
                                      2. how to configure my yahoo mail account.
                                      3. nimbuzz software is not working, asking connecion failed
                                      even i purchased micromax x600 4days im carrying same problem wth usb and access with my laptop. i approached service center regarding this but it is very bad to hear from them that they dont have knowledge of this. i contacted their customer care [protected] but no response, and also contacted their head office but nobdy lifted the phone, is anybody there in micromax or it is running with only one sales man i.e akshay i doubt, i suggest being a coustomer to micromax dont do this kind of behavior with your coustomer, remember gandhiji words YOU ARE THERE IN THE BUISINESS BECAUSE COUSTOMER, CUSTOMER IS NOT THERE BECAUSE YOU.
