I have purchased a Q5 ezpad phone and within three days its trackball & keypad have stopped working after that i have visited the service center where he gave me a DOA Certificate but the shopkeeper is not helping me out in the same. The shopkeeper says that it will take a month for him to replace the phone.

I bought Micromax mobile X 118 on 14.07.10 from Shimla (HP). With in a weeks time i got problem in the hand set when i approached dealer, he asked me to contact Infinity solutions (authorised service centre for Micromax in Shimla). I have contacted their customer care also to know what to be done. They also advised me the same to contact service centre.

My Micromax Q5 Charger is not working properly. Whenever I am trying to charge it is showing as "Charger removed" inspite of it being properly inserted. Other times even if it is showing "Charger connected" after sometimes showing as "Bad contact of Charger." Happening repeatedly...
