my micromaxx 3g modem quickly get disconnected from bsnl network ..is their any problem in modem???please help me.my no. is [protected]
sir it's me karun yadav, i hav purchasd 3G 352 mmx micromax USB 8 months before...in initial months of my purchase it was working very slow with airtel sim and now it has lost it's ability of connecting to internt totally... When i connect micromax device to my pc only red light glows...no other light is glowing and is nt getting connectd to pc...suggest me some ways by means of which i can overcome by this problem...reply as soon as u can...m eagerly waiting 4 ur quick reply...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

i have bought the micromax MMX352G 3G moedm in March'12. i am facing a problem that, when ever i want open the message box or the contacts, abox appeared as "fail to open modem explorer". so i am unable to see what the message is!what the solution? please help me.

MICROMAX MMX310G MODEM — NOT SEARCHING THE NETWORK
I HAVE A MICROMAX MMX310G USB MODEM. IT ALWAYS SEARCH THE NETWORK WHEN I PLUG IT IN MY USB PORT AND FLASHES THE RED LIGHT AFTER SOME TIME IT DISPLAYS THE MESSAGES NO SERVICE. I AM VERY DISTURB AND FELT CHEATED BECAUSE I HAVE SPENT LOT OF MONEY WHILE GET REPAIRING. micromax mmx 319g, 2g working but 3g serching but after so no devies what i do my email [protected]@gmail.com
I bought it on December, 2009, I faced a few problem like disconnection & low speed till 2010 but on October, 2010, I went to the service center & then upgraded the device firmware. After that there is absolutely no problem at all & I am using it now...Very happy with the device even after 3 years continuous usages this modem rocks...
very bad in after sales service...i purchased my m.max modem in 2011...now it stopped working...i went to m.max service center...and they were asking me about my bill...who keeps the bill after its expiry of warranty...totally pigshit kind of service at service centet (allahabad)...
up govt. has distributed laptops to the 12th pass students o[censored]p board...some of my friends were also got so...they were asking me about m.max modem...i told them to buy any modem or u can use yr cellphone as modem but never buy MICROMAX MODEM...

ok for those guys who have auto disconnect problem..i can try a solution
click start
go to control panel
then click phone and modem(in xp and 7)
in modem section go to your micromax modem
right click on it and then properties
then on bottom left change settings
then in advanced section click change default preferences
after that make sure "disconnect a call if idle.." is unchecked
Even after that if it continues then uninstall your modem, restart your pc and then again install it.
if the prblm still exists then call micromax help center
click start
