However, the company will like to let drew your attention on the issue of traveling expenses. It is your right to pay for your visa fees. The company is here to let you know that your papers will be process by the company Asia zonal coordinator Mr. Lee Joseph, on your behalf there in India.
You are not going to the Japan Immigration or Japan council of any interviews or any meeting with them as they will purposely fail you without any good reason.
You should not bother yourself by going to Japan Council for now, but as soon as your visa is out Mr. Lee Joseph, will invite to come immediately for the stamping of your visa in your Indian passport.

According to the policy of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation management, your salary is $ 4,500. Per Monthly.
Your documents shall be sent to the Japan immigration attaché in India. He shall stand for you in processing your entire travelling documents that will help you to obtain your Visa to take off from India to Japan for your career.
The Company will provide you free accommodation air ticket for you to come here from your country after you must have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company Transportation department to process your ticket.
Moreover, you are expected to follow the company's travelling policy. So for this reason you should take care of the cost of visa fee which is 23000.00 Rs. Your readiness with the visa fee will enable the Japan attaché and Japan visa officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other travelling documents without any delay.
Finally, the Company will open international account for you on account that you migrated from there to here on PBS VISA and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque.
