Mobile Store — No action being taken to replace defective handset delivered

I purchased an handset Micromax X263, silver with order No- "[protected]" for Rs.1,731.00 from Mobile Store online. This handset was defective one. No matter what sim-card I use to call, it connects and immediately disconnects the call itself. This set was delivered on Thursday 18 April 2013. I called up mobile store customer care on[protected] to register my complain and told them to arrange a reverse pick up to which they initially said would take 5 days for reverse pickup of item and another 5 days for re-delivering. I agreed to it. On fifth day in evening when I received no response, mailed them on [protected]@themobilestore.in to which I received no response till date. Then I called them and they told me to wait as the 5th day is yet not over. It was 7 PM or later that day. After few days I again called them and this time I am told to visit a near by store to get this defective set fixed. I asked them why do they expect me to visit a store to fix an item which was purchased online. Why would a customer buy online if they have sufficient time to visit stores? To this they agreed and asked for few more days and those few more days haven't been over yet. I made another call few days later and got same response and then I insisted the customer care agent to connect me to his senior who agreed to reverse pick and I asked him to send me an confirmation email which he did. However, there is no concrete resolution to this problem so far... there customer care is as worst as Reliance customer service. I would need them to fully refund my amount.
