[Resolved]  Mochi Shoes — Damages Show

I purchased mochi shoe from your exclusive showroom in M G road, Eranakulam, kerala before 6 months and its price was Rs 2250.and its sole is fully damaged now . please take and immediate action to solve my problem.

I am also facing the same problem. I had purchased a Sport Shoe (Fila) three months back form Mochi Shop, Malviya Nagar, Bhopal (Price Rs 1850). Now it is completely damaged.

i have purchased 1 sandal, soon 1 week it got damaged and igiven for repair almost 3 weeks it was in showroom later they given back the sandal after repaired. Again with in a week stichings comeout, after that when i visted the showroom at FORUM (Bangalore) the behaviours of the Manger was very Bad.

I have faced the similar issue. In addition the service at the Store in Hyderabad (Inorbit Mall) is very bad. Initially he said he will get it repaired...but did change his words ...Would never buy any things from Mochi. I strongly encourage do not even waste your money.

almost after a month in a warrenty period ...the sole was almost toren..

yes. that is true. mochi is a poor brand & consumers should keep him away from this brand.

Mochi Shoes — Color problem

i am using mochi shoes from last three months.
Shoes color has been change from black to green but mochi show room didnt answer satisfaction.
They talk rudely and said do what ever you can.

I AGREE WITH YOU . ialso brought mochi shoes n the surface gets rough within a week and just within a month its got torn away.and now they r not exchanging it

i am really struggling to get a replacement from them, the fedback which i get from salespersons there is that you leave the shoes we will get refurbished...how surprsing when you you buy costly shoes & then at least one expects replacement within at least 6 nonths of buy...Nirbhay Kant, Chandigarh

I had purchased a shoe and a ladies fancy slipper from your showroom at In-orbit Mall, Malad(W), Mumbai. And according to this famous brand "MOCHI" all the footwear's of it should be good and guaranteed but the fancy slipper which we purchased was defected (stones were not put properly). Therefore we had given it for repair at your branch showroom above mentioned, and they asked us to come after 3days, and when we got that back the slipper were still as it was before, therefore we gave them again, and they had asked us to come after 15days, and when we went there later on they gave us the slipper but the condition of it was same as before. And the staffs were also very rude. And i guess this type of service does not suit your brand as it is a big quality brand.
Therefore kindly take action for the above mentioned and do the needful.
Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

Earlier the shoes used to had a wonderful quality but now they have deteriorated a lot. Recently i brought 2 pairs from them for 3400rs each but the sole of the shoe deteriorated in a month. Please be careful next time you buy from them. Earlier i used to recommend my friends but now i dont think they are good any more.

I have purchased my sandal on[protected]. It is not even a week where the skin of the sandal started coming. There is no response properly to replace the sandal when i approached the showroom today[protected].Kindly take immediate action for this.

I have purchased one sandals on 22nd may.Within 3 days o[censored]sage the heels got broken on both the sandals.I took the sandal to showroom and asked for replacement.But they took 1 month time and repaired my shoes saying heels broken.After the service still the heels is not placed in exact position, it is tilted so am not able to stand even..I was really not at all happy wit the purchase.I have been regular costumer in mochi, I have even purchased 4 to 5 sandals in the same showroom.Purchasing for Rs 900 and not even used for 5 days.Really need a solution for this.I dnt want to argue with the showroom person.Please let me know how to proceed with this problem.Better to replace my shoes or return back my money.

REPAIR MEMO NO - MPM 2072 / T NAGAR STORES

We purchased a pair of chappals from your T Nagar stores for occasional ware
amd this broke when my sister wore that for a wedding for the second time and
it was give for repairs in your T Nagar Stores and we got it back sfter 15 days.
Again on the very same wwek she wore that for a wedding and it broke again.
This is really an embarassment and causes lot of mental stress when thishappense in a
wedding.
Please we requested for a replacement or credit note from your store Manager Mr Sameer
and now he says again we have to wait for another 10 to 15 days to replair. but i have refused totally to accept it and I am insisiting on a replacement.
