i am also facing the same problem, very poor brand, but charging too much of bad quality
i purchased a mochi shoes (loyality id :- QCJ9S9ZR7G) in December 2011 from Begumpeth - hyderabad Center costing appr. Rs.3000/-, and the same has got cracks and lines within 6 months. when the same reported to the center response was highly irresponsible and unconvincing.
Although i tried first time the Mochi shoes, i was informed that i serves for long period. i am really unhappy and unsatisfied with the brand.
i will definitely think twice to purchase the same brand in future with such kind of quality and response..
Hope the same will be addressed . hoping for some response this time atleast.

I purchased shoes from Mochi store, karolbaug, Delhi in the month of April 2012. I paid Rs.4800/- for this pair of shoes. But to my utter shock the sole developed cracks at various places. I really don't know where to complain as I could not find any office address of Mochi stores. It appears the Mochi shop is cheating customers by charging high rates and supplying defective/seconds products. Can any one help me with replacement.

i purchased a "FRANCO LEONE" shoes Rs.2, 295 in mochi store on 24th mar, 2013, at himayathnagar branch in Hyderabad. i thought mochi branded shoes are really a good quality shoes, but my thinking was wrong. because i took shoes on 24th mar, 2013, not even used it perfectly, with in 10 days of time, my shoes got damaged. i was really upset with mochi. then i went to mochi store, they told me they will repair it in 5days. i said okay. and i went to store after 5 days, still my shoes not yet repaired. it was pathetic services from MOCHI, which i didn't expect this? so again they promise me, they told me tht they will send back my shoes to company head office for replacement. but still i did not get any responce from mochi. i will wait till 28th April 2013. if no reponce from mochi still, am gonna surely launch a complaint in CONSUMER COURT very soon.

Don't buy MOCHI SANDALS if you love your money! I bought Mochi sandals from a mall in Pune. That was my costliest sandal at Rs 890. I don't believe in spending huge money for sandals and like to wear what is comfortable.
I had gone for a walk with this stupid pair of footwear (it was nevertheless pretty and flat heeled) and the inner covering of the heels came out. The strap was strong and remained the same until the whole layer of covering came out. I can't wear it out bcz it has become ugly even when the structure of the chappal remains in good condition.
