[Resolved]  MOTOROKR E6 — No proper service in hyderabad service centre

Dear team,

I am a customer of motorola, I am holding a motorola MOTOROKR E6, unfortunately my mobile is not working properly due to there is problem of touch screen, so i visited somajiguda redington service desk on10/3/2008 YOUR Service engineer checked and he informed there is a problem in touch screen and he also told they are not holding stock rigth on the day, and he asked me to visit in 3days then they will get the stock right from the that day to till day iam not getting any response from the service centre, and there is a lady who is sitting in the front counter with name SUDHA she is irresponsible in her behaviour and she rudely talking with the customer and she is not ready to tell her name, i dont think her name is SUDHA she also wear opticals, she use to shoute on the customers.

please help me out in this i also visited HIMAYATH NAGAR/ABIDS service centre but they waste fellows they even not finding problem

till now my mobile is warranty period i have the purchased bill also

They booked my request on the basis of IME no
whenever i visit your branch iam getting the answer from your team it is still in DEMAND status

tell me when iam going to get my problem solved

This is to bring your kind notice that I am one of your MOTOROLA Fan and all my family members we are using MOTOROLA make Mobile set only. Recently on 26th may 2007 I have invested RS 17595. for purchase of MOTOROLA ROKR E6 model bearing IMEI No. [protected]. For first 6 months I enjoyed by making use of this set but surprisingly after six months this set started giving problem like touch screen is not working properly and not able to charging properly due to charging port (connector pin ) miss-alignment also the battery backup is not good etc.


Due to my busy office schedule I could not give this set for repair/service immediately. On 3rd march 2008 I have handed over my Mobile set to one of your authorized service M/s Ucom Technology (P) Ltd, No.215/16, Ground Floor, KNM Complex, 28th cross, 2nd Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010. Since then this set was given for repair two times. Like wise by now almost more than three months is over still this mobile set is not repaired and lying with your service personnel only.




Now really I am very un- happy because of the following reasons


1) Regarding the poor service provided by your Service Personnel


2) This mobile set is not a cost worthy instrument because even after repair l m sure that


this Model may not give a long and satisfactory service.




Being your customer I m requesting your personal intervention kindly provide me a justice by resolving this issue.


Even I am ready to buy another latest model of MOTOROLA make by paying additional amount as price difference.

MOTOROKR E6 — Touch Screen always get locked

unable to access the apllication due to not accessing the shortcuts from touch screen. How i could access the shortscuts which appears on the screen? Why the screen gets locked?

Myself Kshitijfrom varanasi and I bought the cell moto rockr e6 newly from Neelkanth for just Rs. 10, 300. inb the mid of Holi festival. Some little problem created in my mobile like shown in the mid like a black hole and not charging will take in my mobile. Then that time I repel my mobile in the service center in the Sigra branch. Sir they said to me that you will take your own mobile after 25 days, then I live my cell that time give it to service center. After 25 days when I went to take my mobile than they I'll check ma mobile that time nothing than I saw what happen created in the cell one extra proclem will created that time speaker problem, than again I went to the Servie center and I said to him sir see that nothing to be changed ma mobile but early created again problem then again they tild to me that sir you'll take your mobile early 1 week. Again I called them but their were giving not respond clearly and properly so I want that you have to take action for that sir thats not good for your company and I hope you'll do something about my problems thanks

Motorola E6 — No Support and Rude behaviour of the Service Center Employees

I own a Motorola Handset that is Moto ROCKER E6. I have used that mobile Approx 8 Months. Now i have some Hardware Problem.
I had purchased my mobile from the Mobile Store. When I enquired there They told me that They wont Repair the Mobile. They Guided me to the Motorola Service Center. I had got a address Booklet of the authorized Motorola service center with the Mobile.
I stay in Vasai. There was a authorized Motorola service center in Vasai. When i went there i came to know that it was closed 2 years Back. Then i went to the Fort Branch But they told me that they will charge me as it was a Hardware Problem But My mob is still in the Warranty Period And they Talked rudely to Me as they was bossing on Me
dude wat hppnd now to ur mobile.. even me facing problems wid E6 ..wer did u get it repaired ???

MOTOROKR E6 — Service Problems

I have given my phone for display problem at R.S Puram, Redington service centre. I've collected my mobile after one month, when there was no response from them for nearly a month.They have returned the phone in a dead condition, where the mother board was damaged and cannot be used further.I need a proper response within a week, or else i will go to consumer court regarding this problem.

Motorola E6 — Not working properly

My name is mohan bhandari I m frm dehradun i purchased this motoRokr E6 14april 08, but in June there is problem in the set. The problem is when i switch off the phone, the cant open next time and the lock symbol shown on the phone. I have already given 3 times in the Motorola service centre in dehradun(Redington India limited) but they gave me certain reasons:-
1.) There is some sofware problem
2.)Second time there is some lock problem
3.)Same lock not work properly


Kindly take the matter in serious other wise i m very fed up now

Motorola — carelessness regarding consumer rights

dear sir
i have purchased a motorola cellphone model> zn5, price> 17000rs in october 2008 after purchasing of 5 days it become imfunctional after that i submit it to a company auth service center they return it after a week saying that ur set have been exchanged by a new one but after that it shows some signs of error in june 2009 it again went wrong cause i lost my bill this time & the shop whom i have purchased the cell have been closed also so i ddnt getting service under warranty despite that i have agreed for paid service but the service center is telling me just talk to the company & the company is asking me to take my complaint number from service center & when i asked them for my complaint number they say that ur cell is out of warranty so u ddnt get any complaint number & when i ask all about this from the company given phone number then they say that u ddnt get a complain number but u will got a concerete assurance from the service center that ur cell will be repaired in which date & again when i asked the service center for service now they are not telling me that when will i got my service please sir help me in all this matter

MOTOROKER E^ — SCREEN IS NOT RESPONDING

Sir,
I Buy a Motoroker E6 6month back...
it was fine piece but in end of june its Screen starts Flicking..
so i submited My phone In authorised Motorola service Centre Redington Green Park...
then After a week They give my phone back
&
said that Screen is replaced...
even after few days...
its Screen stop respoding and phone gets hang frequently...
so i visted redington again
&
Again after one week they give my phone back but on same night phone persists the same problem...
I guess they are not able to place screen Correctly and they make somthing wrong with it...

I am now fed up of visting there again & again...
they are saying that they can not replace the phone...
so they keep on repairing but how long dat they dont know...
even I cnt visit them every week to give or collect my phone...
so please make sure they must replace that piece Wid the brand new one...

Motorola E6 — complain regarding the waranty centre

Sir,
I am having a motorokr E6 (motorola mobile phone). First of all its performance is very bad. It started giving me problems from 3rd week of buying. After around 4 months its touch screen got a defect, and when I took it to the waranty centre, they harased by calling me again and again. Then after they repaired, I noticed a fault in the keypad, it was coming out. The very next day I again took it to the waranty centre, the engineer there just pressed it in and said that it won't come out again, but after just i hour it was out again. After 3-4 days i took it back to the centre and told them please fixit well ,again they did the same thing. Now , as i live 15 kms from the waranty centre so i was not able to take the phone the very next day, and in between the keypad came out badly. I again took it to them, and then they said that this thing does not comes under waranty but when i told them it was there fault, what the engineer did was, he fixed the key pad with fevi quick, and now the situation is the key pad is coming out along with the keys, moreover the guy there was getting rude over me when i told them that i would complain to the company.
Also when i compained to the complaint centre of the company, they also behaved more or less in the same manner. They asked the job sheet no. and some other details, which I provided them. After all this said that they will respond in 48 hours, 5 days passed they did not respond. When I again mailed to them they said that the job sheet no. is old, I again explained to them this is what the waranty centre people gave me just 1 day before(though the job sheet work no. corresponded to the earlier date) i made the complaint.After that around 20 days have passed, and there's been no response.
So, I request you to please look into the matter and guide me accordingly as soon as possible.

HI my name is saju I have a Motorola phone E6 which I gave it to REDINGTON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, SOMAJIGUDA, HYDERABAD FOR TOUCH SCREEN REPAIR .as they told me it would cost Rs 1600 for which I said ok and he said it would take not more than one hour, as it was (sat10th, oct, 2009) .but I told him I will come on (mon, 12th, oct2009) as I was not able to go on Monday I went on (tue, 13th, oct2009) my mobile was not ready. When I asked the person on the other side told do want me to repair it now or later. Then he made me wait for two hours gave my phone to me in which memory card was not working when asked he said I need to give him more Rs800. FOR WHAT the mistake done by service center. THE MOTOROLA PHONES CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. AS FOR ME MY PERSONAL REQUEST PLEASE BE WEARE OF THIS SERVICE CENTER AND THE STAFF WHO WORKS THERE THEY ARE LEAST BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMER, THEY ARE THERE FOR TO JUST AND JUST MAKE MONEY. I AM SURPRISED HOW MOTOROLA COULD BECOME SO CARELESS ABOUT THEIRE CUSTOMER .I LOST MY TRUST IN MOTOROLA IT’S A SHAME.
I WILL SE IF ANY ONE FROM CUSTOMER CARE WIL BE KIND ENOUGH TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AS I AM GIVING MY E.MAIL .
