[Resolved]  Mphasis An EDS Company — Sick leave not given

Hi all,

I have gone through all the bogs. First I want to say some thing about my self. I am proud EX-Mphasis employee. It’s been a long time that I have left Mphasis. The Company is really a Great Place to work. Whatever I am is because of Mphasis (BPO Pune). The above case does not reflect the IMAGE of Mphasis.

I feel when a company runs any business in this case BPO (call center) I understand that numbers are some thing that have to be meet. No matter any SLA. However Company is made of people and managing people had no formula. Every person is different. But they all come together to achieve same goal.

Comming back to Archana - Vartika's case. I feel that both have made mistake. Simple thing that was missing that was proper professional communication.
Vartika I know you. You are good with people who are going to help you and you have your favorites for sure. I understand that how important it is to drive numbers (Not in that wrong way) You have fallen on your face many times.

Archana’s case was exception, if any employee is not able to come to work due to health reason, you have to take to case to case this was you can relate to your people. Share problems which you always missss by saying I do not have time / come later / I will see and then ignore it. You always talk to employees about good things – food / shopping and gossip. Some thing for you to thing !!!


Archana: I know you as well. I cane to know that your health was not great. Hope you health is getting better now. This is what I feel as your health was not fine you were not able to make it to work and I came to know about the conversation that you had with Vartika from the blogs. Understand Archana – Vartika has a boss and that person has its boss …………. When the process is not meeting a SLA because o[censored]nplanned leaves then it is big loss in terms of money in turn it is your salary that you company pays you.

Still Saying the same thing: (This is for everyone talk to people with a clean heart)

It will take time but one day things will change. You will see the difference.

O O O, , , y did u talk about mr mahesh kulkarni i disagree with u anirudh he is not dhedfut ka but he is 5ft ka ghatiya insan he is full of himself & does not have decency word in his dictionary he insults employees in public and does not even spare lady employees so we (a group of girls) have decided to take legal action under labor law if he crosses the limit. he is weird and pathetic working for many many years but does not know how to behave with employees & vartika is a victim of his exploitation we have seen her speakin with him over phone she puts the phone on mute bcoz she struggles to breath. everyone was happy under the leadership of the previous great center manager but since he has come its hellllll ……….& about mphasis its a great organisation provides special cab for pregnant women when other company provide common pick pt. only on main street. but now mphasis management wake up immediately

hi all this is one of the employee on floor just wanted to make aware to all who read this blog is that whatever archana has said is very true because we now dont trust vartika and rajiv as whenever we call them for any unplanned leaves saying we are not well they say come to office and we will see what we can do for u if a person is not felling well then how he can come to office and if we come to office these people are not bothered to provide a cab for the sick person they say take a auto and go and now abt the shifts as the agents on floor are doing 10hrs shift as they are being forced by managers and opts managers to do so from the last four months they are forcing the agents to do 10hrs shift if they would have done the training of new batch on time we would have not faced this problems but these people are only bothered abt their leaves they are cancelling the leaves of agents and rajiv and vartika are going for leaves for one or two weeks.i idont wanted to mke any comment on this but now it was high time and really agents on floor are facing lots of health issues because ac temp is not maintained most of the time the ac is not working several comp made to admin team but still the same and emploees being treated like just work work and work and last but not the least our own 5ft ka ghtiya insaan as previously said he insults employees like anything he not doing his work properly as he should look after the business but he is coming from banlore and looking for the advisors what they are wearing, , , how they are sitting, , , , , etc ...and now abt the managers on floor there are some team managers who doesnt care abt their team, , , some team mangers are only to working for command centre, , , , vartika and rajiv whatever these people say the manager comes and straight away says u have to do it or u will get a warning letter or pdap like (if a advisor is not willing to do 10hrs shift as mentioned bfr he or she ius being forced to do so ) and abt the loo if we want to go for a loo or washroom we have to call the command centre and ask them first can i go if they say yes then we can but if they say that there are already 1 person gone so we have to wait till then another call comes and we have control our loo till the call ends.and after that again the same procedure call the command centre if not sit again because this i have got a kidney stone this is the thing iam writing on the blog and lastly archana get well soon...

Are hume pata hai Vartika kaise kam karte hai.Biryanai logo se manga maga kar logo ko promote kar te hai.Aise to Vartika Arya hai.

i hav many things against her but still its ok...thre is one more guy whose complaint shd be lodged nd tat against the manager vishal...he really sucks...he is a bit abnormal...but still i luv him..so no issues...i luv u vishal

Hai Anirudh Do You know that Vartika Dosent Deserve to Be SDM She is useless... One more thing ... Even Same for You... Do Not Comment anything On this issue concentrate on your work.. Stay away from it..

as we all know that this is critical issue, and the responsible persons for this situation does not bother about anything ..i mean to say {{vartika arya and rajeev}]..as all the employees are yelling about the same problems in the same process..the leaves are not sanctioned, the breaks are postponed, login for extra hours, weekly offs canclled, ...under this situation the employees are not willing to work and are resigning, , however most of the times the resignations are not accepted due to some or the other reasons, ..practically i[censored] see, the majority of the vintage advisors have resigned due to the same reasons, , even the vintage managers have done the same...this proves that all the things are going in wrong direction..now the new batches are hitting the floor wth incomplete training bcoz all the trainers are on leaves ..and the training is held by the other people..under this situation the new guys are already in confusion, how can the employees rely on the compny ???
Archana even i know u personally, , and i know the term (vintage), , and the compny has lost a pearl..i know its not easy to be stable on ur health that to when u r weak...however u have quit ...that a great decission rather than be ruined in the battlefield...i have no comments to pass on the company..its the process which is the worst, bloodsucking, and hell..the management will rather prefer the employee to leave them dying on the floor to meet the adherence ...at india level...
now the issues are not finished, , and here comes the BOSS..(MAHESH KULKARNI)..he is working for the compny since long time, , , however he has turned the floor from heaven to hell...and he is proud to call himself as YAMRAJ...even YAMRAJ feels pity for women...but this fellow is disgusting ...he should be posted somwhere in muncipal corporation ...bcoz he only knows to keep the sorrounding clean, and not the people around him..last but not the least this is the beginning of the wrap up of the process..and the countdown has begun...and i have a free advice for the so called pillars of the process ...either get well soon or be prepared to suffer..Vartika u take care o[censored]r family or along with u, , they will suffer a lot bcoz..KISI KI DIL SE NIKLI HAI, SHRAP SE KAM NAHI HOTI...

very well said where is the management now they dont have face to come forward and accept the thing going on the banyan process iam proud to work with mphasis as it has given me a platform to work in bpo but if they are not bothered abt the peopls life i think these are not human beings they are devils (rajeev, vartika and deedh foot ka ghatiya insaan), , , when iam taking calls on floor when mahesh comes ifeel like slaping him on face with my shoe but icant do it on floor, , , , when comes on floor any lady passing he just looks that lady from top to bottom, , and all managers on floor say bad words to him like one of the manger says aa gaya kutta kamina ...all the people working on banyan floor please write in this blog what prob u r facing on floor becuse i[censored] think they will terminate u its wrong they cant do that because management is still sleeping and they cant do anything...and lastly our own shibu sir who was a very great person who use to treat the agent like a friend but he went and then came the deedh foot ka ghatiya insaan.thank u

Thanks a ton for supporting me. I started writing on this blog as I wanted to make people aware about what’s happening in the process so that the same thing doesn’t happen to anybody else. I never meant to hurt anybody’s personal feeling. So I would request you all not to use absurd language for anybody.

Just a small advice to the management. If they feel that the advisor is lying then they should investigate it. Speak to advisor’s doctor or visit the doctor directly. So they can make out that whom to give priority.

I have been diagnosed for acute infection in my intestine. I am just paying for the mistakes that I have done by not taking care of myself. I want to request to everybody especially young girls out there that do not get fascinated by zero figure models or actors and never try to imitate them. Just eat healthy food and live your life hundred percent. This is the age to eat and prepare yourself for the older age.

I love you all and will definitely miss you all. Specially my very loving friends Kapil, Sachin, Sagar, P.P and Varun. I will always remember you guys as my sweet memories.

I am not the chamchya, please do not spoil my image I am married and I have respect, I want to stay away. i agree to you all that the process has shown some missmanagment, all the managers and adviosrs are responsible for this. You can not blame any one person for this. Setuation was bad where our ops manager were unable to take decision...They have done there best however everyone is not happy with this.No one is dhudh ka dhulla.. Poor Vartika is getting blame. Agar MA KA DHUDH PIYA HAI TO SAMNE AAKE BAAT KARO, KISI BLOG ME CHUPKE COMMENT DALKE APNE AAP KO GREAT MAT SAMZO... LOssers...Archana by creating this blog you made error you realy want to spoil vartika and other names you have taken follow the right path or give up...Do not entertain this lossers who are writing comments hiding behind the wall. Lossers do not call me Chamchya and chatu..Whatever I am I deserve to be here as team manager.

I'm proud of my Process, you know guys, this is realy great, We solve almost 1500 banking problems of more than 1000 people around the world each day as a centre and it makes a difference, and I wish this would have never been there, I thought I am not working properly, there are many things I need to learn I supported everyone on the floor for one reason just to give a better service and Be the best centre some times its stressfull and irritating for me also but after seeing this I felt I 'm a fool, just one request if you cannot handle things personally atleast Be proffesional, come for what you do this job for, and if you have some problem try and fix it with the managment follow the highrarchy or with HR, instead of spoiling each other, please support each other and try and make the enviornment better . I'm here not to comment anything but to try and make a difference . Please do not conclude anything on this, You all know me, I'm with Mphasis from almost 33 months.

Are all leaders reporting to her happy with their Appraisals? Or does it depends on how tasty the food is? Are there still deployments happening without IJP? Are the 2 2 long hour breaks along with the favourite manager happening these days... Is Vartika listening?

Finally Vatika has been bought in the limelight for her deeds!!! First of all Vartika should be taught professionalism along with ANIRUDH SARKAR. She does not have manners to talk or handle people... . Its really painfull to see that people who deserved the postion left Banyan because this female took the postion which she does not deserve.Not to forget that she does not even know how to speak english properly and also thinks that when she smiles, she is doing a favour to the people on the floor!

This message goes out to you Mr Anirudh Sarkar.
If you think you are a respectable person and a marrried person, change your attitude because everyone working with Banyan exactly knows the kind of person you are.

Very diplomatic way Anirudh is trying say Vartika is an Innocent soul!!! Is he a fool? or Is he seeking for a higher position???

My only wish now is to make Vartika and Anirudh take calls for 9hours without any break and see how it feels!

Mphasis no doubt is really a nice place to work for But People like Vartika will spoil the name of the company.I wonder when will the higher Management of the company wake up and see what is going on.Archana is not the only Agent who has suffered because of the inhuman act. I will never forget the day when i went to Vartika for a day off, she would not even look at me and she just got up from her chair and walked off saying she cant afford any leaves till the time I give good scores for CSS. Hieghts o[censored]nprofessionalism that was!!! If Mphasis as a company did not take action, there will be a day when all the agents will leave and all the managers and the OPS managers will be sitting on their desk banging thier heads.
