Team very very important stop cribing, I know you people dont like me, you dont like team managers, you also have problem with processcoach, you hate SDM, you do not feel to work for the process, for every one the process is worst...Now we can talk everything but change... If we want change then we will ask me to leave all managers and SDM to leave then you can see change, Replacing employee is not the option, we changing attitude may help. I do not know if this will realy help becoz while reading the you may think what comment you should add to insult me becoz I always insulted my team as you said...Asking team to seat properly, get dressed well, talk in professional laung, keep work place clean is this insulting ...It is miss understanding.. Pune team I love you all and I appreciate you hard work... Let us have a new begninig ... New sunrise in or own process BANYAN. For this ony thing we need to do is think positive about everyone. I promiss I wont hurt anyone...Lets be a TEAM.

All the high-level management sucks except 2 great personalities that r no more associated with the process named AVP:- Shibu Mathew and Manager(Escalation):- Kapil Gavandi...Guys learn from them the respect, discipline they had during their tenure with banyan, u people can never compete with them at any given cost...Do u really feel that u fit for the process...the answer is NO!!! Look guys(Mahesh, Satpal, Vartika, Anirudh and much more) u have never done good for anyone so dont expect anything good in return except Kicks on ur !!! Best of Luck for ur future...

Archana girl i am totally with you and can feel the pain and pinch you might have been through while you were suffering. I was with abbey now Banyan since it was migrated to India. But girl would have been more proud of you if you had stayed in the process and fought for your right than quiting. I kow it would have been a difficult and stuff decission to take, but girl this blog has taken a different direction and your issue and frustration has been misutilised by few, read the blog there is no where people talking about your issue or standing by it. everone is just finger pointing than standing by what you have to say so that this incident does not repeat agin. dont let other's have fun at your cost.
I know i have nothing to do with this nor am i getting affected by this. you dont know me but was with bnayan for a long time, i know anyone and everone there and their behaviour too,
girl not asking you to stop this but you need to stop whats not pertaining the issue, hope you understand what i want to convey. Take care girl and hope someday the managment wakes up to what you want them to realize
