[Resolved]  Mphasis An EDS Company — Sick leave not given

Amazing conversation,
i am an x employee of mphasis and its been really great working with such a company (sarcastic)
to start with the management could be the worst in the history of any organization n nobody is doin justice for thier roles.
I was under redeployment from march 2008 and got paid till august 2008 and still not recalled for job now as per company records my last date of working is june 09 2008 and got salary till august 1st 2008 and now how is that possible.
I shooted mails to hrhelpdesk>escalation>whistleblower regarding my relieving letter and these people stopped responding in my case they are asking for a recovery of 40000/- and reason for recovery even they don't know.
I was called yesterday by some resolutionist from mphasis to settle my relieving letter issues to my surprise this person is asking me to get my bank statement so it will help him generating a new recovery bill.
Blaming their own company faulty management system he is asking for my bank records. there i left the hopes of getting any solution from mphasis. it took almost a year for me to understand these people wont work after sending continues mails to everybody

About my manager "I can trust a snake in hand but not my manager" he said he was working on avoiding my deselection for this process and accidentally/fortunately i saw his feedback about me to the HR he had mentioned agent escalating calls, weak comprehension etc etc blah blah blah
the above cases and mine clearly shows the double standards of management of mphasis
2 tongued snakes.

Such a shame... putting you guys onroll is the biggest mistake mphasis did...

Very wel said samuel that mphasis has done big mistake of appointing therse bunch of . Every one nows abt whom whom i m talking abt. That also include our Mrs.P(Not praveen). They all have added only fame(shame) to our very old process.

Moti Vartika, Nalayak Rajiv and other bunch of when are u resigning??????? Waise bhi sare acche and deserving managers have resigned so wat u guys are doing now?????? Trying to make useless advisor as process coach and than after 2-3 year make than AUM... very good policy of cost cutting. Hi Mphasis Pune Guys, Great that u have exposed Mahesh Kulkarni and he ran away. We Mphasis Bangalore guys are innocent. Mahesh Kulkarni used to maintain a Brahmin group in Mphasis Bangalore and harassed people. Now he has run away. We were told People were given technical zeroes if mahesh kulkarni was opposed. He brought with him Suparna Prabhu from another process. Mphasis Bangalore Suparna Prabhu is worst than a ###. She is a filthy woman. Ask people in both processes in Mphasis Bangalore, u will know . She has harassed many people. Only one guy exposed her when leaving them company and going away. Suparna Prabhu -- Mphasis Bangalore used to harass him. Suparna Prabhu harassed another guy before that and he left the company and joined a big company.
Suparna Prabhu -- Mphasis Bangalore harassed a girl because of the girl's love affair and the girl quit the company. Suparna Prabhu harassed another girl and the girl complained to the Hr and the girl was shifted to another process. This filthy pig woman Suparna Prabhu-- Mphasis Bangalore was not taught a lesson still. Enquire guys, u will know.
