hey this is a big shame for a orgnisation like Mphasis, it proves that Mphasis is not a employee centric if we discuss about Vartika aarya she es a for bannyan, she is a liablity for a company and we know very well how she reached on that post, so Anamika. Satpal I do not agree to this, You can not judge the other person and do not take advantage of this to lower Ms Vartika Arya, The complaint is by Archana A as all her sick leaves were not approved however she did received few leaves which were possible from management.She was expecting more leaves as Vartika is also answerable to Sr mangement, She would have been more then happy to help Archana if it would have been possible.

We used to do 11-16 hours shift at a streatch with no regreats. The only thing you guys are doing is making your process look like a joke.
May be it dos'nt matter to you but it does to people like me. Its a humble request to stop this cribbing on net immediate & follow the complaint management hirarchy of the organization.
Anirudh : Stop replying/commenting to the comments immediately. It dos'nt look good that a responsible person like you doing such unethical & unprofessional act.

When all the options were shut down then I opted for this public platform to let people know what is happening in Mphasis and its Operation management. Moreover people who do not have the idea of the exact situation just stay out of it as I am not answerable to them in any circumstance. Its just my experience and bitter feeling after working for so long with the company. Mphasis management hasnt reverted for relieving letter as its been more than a fortnight that no one is concerned about the solution. I am still expecting response from any of the responsible person from the management to discuss and take the charge...Just waiting !!!
