[Resolved] MTNL Broadband — Low speed and contant disconnection

Hello... I have been using Mtnl for the last 2 and a half years... I'm using the plan night [protected]@599. I used to get good speed of about 200 - 210kbps. But two days before I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps. I did gave a complain but no response, not even proper guidance. I have been getting a very good speed for a long time now. And now when its almost 10 times lower speed its really very irritating. I have no idea what you people do. But please there are more than 60 complains in this forum. Please take some action. my complain agints low speed i have 599 plan, according to this plan, my speed should be upto 256kbps but my speed is only 12kbps why? i have done all the things guided by customer executives but they can't help us.
so please solve my problem as soon as possible

though i am hardly getting 256kbps speed.
and i want you to send someone to give me the cd installer o[censored]SB port
because i hardly get the link with the other means.

Getting very less speed.

Sir my phone no. is [protected]. i am having plan of 1mbps per month with speed upto 1mbps. But i am getting just 100kbps of speed. Please increse my broadband speed as soon as possible.

MTNL Broadband — Improper Guidance

I have MTNL Broadband which has plzn 784kbps unlimited..
I get a very poor download speed of 40 kbps....
Despite of my regular complaints they have not done anything about it....
they only give different phone numbers and ask me to call there... And calling on thta numbers does not help me at all.. only thing i get is a new phone number to put my complaint...

I have been using Mtnl for the last 8 months I'm using the plan @795COMBO plan you are promise the speed 2mbps but i have never use that speed it's give me only 40-70 kbps all ways and my speed of broadband is very low i have high expectation from you please help

i m somvir solanki .MY mtnl number is 25941671 .I m using 512 kbps plan + wifi, and i m paying 758 for dis plan since one year
sir i m facing prblm regarding my net speed
its around 24 kbps at max nd very to 2kbps since 5 mnth
i hav complained many time bt didnt get ny result

rather than getting the speed upto 2 mbps
speed is coming around 256kbps
