Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force. I am staying at the following address: House No. RV-72D, Air Force Station, Palam, New Delhi- 110010. My telephone no.[protected] has been dead since last more than a month and broadband was not working when the phone was working. My telephone no 25082476 is dead since 16-0309 for which complaint vide no. 284 dt. 16-03-09 has been lodged but no response till date resulting non functioning of broad band services also.Such a sorry state of affairs of MTNL, Delhi shows how much care is for the custmoer.

My telephone is not working, no dialing tune I have complained on Ist April 2009 vide complaint No. 1119, but still no action from MTNL to set it corrected. Pls looking into this matter and take necessary action to set the telephone no. 25644873 in working condition since more than 10 days have already left.
