[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — internet services

we are not able to open yahoomail and gmail websites, but are working properly.

I have applied new landline connection with internet services. The land line connection we have been
installed last week, but internet broadband service is not still configered in our PC

I am having a VSNL Email ID and I download my mail in MS Outlook through POP from my VSNL account. Now I am using MTNL BROADBAND, but whenever I open my MS Outlook I am able to receive the mails, but not able to send it it gives me error, kindly let me know which POP & SMTP server to use to get both the facility. My broadband number is[protected]

Please check why mb use are change dramaticly from 1000 to 3000. Please check.Please also tell me from ;where I can check my mb uses on day to day basis.

This is to inform you that I am very old customer of MTNL. I have taken net connection in residents hostel AIIMS Delhi. Its been few months I have realised that MTNL has deteriorated Badly in providing customer services. we keep trying on phone and que will always be full. For instance now when I urgently need internet, there is some problem and its not working. I m trying but landing up in que since yesterday inspite of continously calling. I urgently need it. I was really taken back by this customer service. As I always debated that this company provide a good connection that we dont face any problem but now since few months when my net again and again stops working and I complain about it. I seriously feel that company should improve on customer service else you will start losing customers. though I have been your loyal customer since so many years but now i have to think hundred times before asking my friends to take this connection.
I request you to pay attention on my complaint and please look into my matter as soon as possible.

My internet connection bearingNo 25057239 is not working and I had already given complaint about four days back on 14 September 2009 and complaintNo given was46900067. Till date on 20th September2009, nothing has happened.

My internet connection bearingNo 22962624 is not working and I had already given first complaint about twelve days back on 26 September 2009 and complaintNo given was2113. second complaint given on 07/10/09 and Docket No was 53161. I request you to pay attention on my complaint.
