[Resolved]  MTNL Mumbai — top officials information to make complaints

MTNL mumbai web site does not give the details of top officials like general mangers, directors etc. MTNL Delhi web site have all these information. as a customer my complaints to help desk does not give response. Please provide directors or general mangers email id

Our internet speed is so slow ...every 5 min single is breaking internet connection .plz suggest me as soon as .
SLOW SPEED
MTNL TRIBAND COMPLAINT
MY INTERNET SCHEME IS DSL_NU_849. IN THE 1st THREE WEEKS OF MY INTERNET I WAS GETTING ALMOST 1.8-1.9 Mbps BUT NOW ITS HAS NOT COME UP MORE THAN 1Mbps.
ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW. I HAVE PUT UP COMPLAINTS ALMOST EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE. BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN THEIR ATTITUDE.

PLEASE SEE THROUGH THE PROBLEM OR I LL BE FORCED TO CHANGE THE PLAN COZ THERE IS NO POINT PAYING FOR 2Mbps. I WOULD RATHER TAKE A DIFFERENT PLAN AND PAY LESS.
I have taken MTNL connection in the month of May/June-09 (DSL combo 249) it worked well only for 2 months properly. Afterwards it is virtually dead most of the time. On line complaint booking through telephoe nos. 198/1504 just records my complaint but the respone is horribly pathetic. In a month approximately 25 days are without net connectivity. On the top of it there is no accountability or complaint time record proof to complain credit for the dead period of Net out of connection. Complaint attending person from MTNL comes and doest job but neither gives or takes any sort of acknowledgment to prove that when he attended the fault. He takes away faulty router without giving any acknowledgment i.e. to say that he is free to say that the instrument is missing due to my fault. The feedback and follow up from MTNL is horribly slow and every time I have to make trip of telephone exchange by spending more than monthly rent of 249/- plus taxes by way of autorickshaw fare. I seems that broad connection is self inflicted headache and self invited irritation. When I go for disconnection there is no one to attend disconnection proposal. I keep running pillar to post from one window to another window. Meanwhile the bill for rental keeps coming at home regularly,
Any help ????? at least to lodge complaint to get disconnection promptly executed.

MTNL Mumbai/(Broadband Services) — Improper communication for broadband inquiry

In mtnl's broadband department the communication is not proper whenever i have tried to talk with the customer inquiry number([protected]) the phone got disconnect's after 1 min of time span even i have tried from my mobile and landline as well atleast for 10 to 15 times and all the times i have received the improper information
on shifting my telphone line from wadala telephone exchange to andheri west i was informed by andheri west telephone exchange i will not be able to get a connection TILL I MAKE A PAYMENT OF RS 8000/ has my previous tenant had not paid her dues of RS 8000/.
WHY SHOULD I BE MADE TO PAY IT WHEN I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES.
THE GENERAL MANAGER SAYS " PAY FROM THE DEPOSIT" WHEN THE TENANT WAS REMOVED BY COURT ORDER & HAS NOT PAID RENT FOR 4 YEARS WHY SHOULD WE PAY IT.
MTNL WANTS CONSUMERS BUT DO NOT CHECK FOR THE DOCUMENTS SUBMMITTED TO THEM, NEITHER DID TENANT ASK FOR NOC FROM US.
MTNL ALLOWED THE BILL TO CONTINUE EVEN WHEN MONTHS TOGTHER BLL WAS NOT PAID .
WHOSE FAULT IS IT.
WHY AM I NOT GIVEN THE CONNECTION.
WE HAVE PAID ALL DUES & I EVEN HAD A BROADBAND CONNECTION IN WADALA.
ONLY IF AIRTEL STARTS ITS SERVICE IN MODEL TOWN WIIL MTNL WAKE UP.
PLEASE CLARIFYTHE ABOVE SITUATION & HELP ME GET A MTNL CONNECTION.

General — Who is going to read these complaints??

How disappointing it is when the system doesn't work the it is supposed to be.

This showroom Dhruvesh Motors, Mekhri Circle, Bangalore is one of the irresponsible showroom I ever met.

The staff just attends the customers for the sake of it, just playing around with the customers like passing the football from one salesman to another.

They are more interested in getting the customers to pay the advance booking money and the cost of the vehicle and then just forgets about the rest.

When I called up after paying the advance booking charges, the staff there said "you will get it within 45 days!"

45 days passed by but I still didn't get it.

When I called them up and asked them when will I get it, they said it without even asking any further questions that it will take around 2-3 months? - Is this how they should answer?

Is Activa such a thing so precious that you have to wait for 2-3 months?

They have no clue whatsoever about the delivery dates.

Why does Honda company or its dealers be so arrogant and irresponsible.

I want to know how a legal action can be taken for giving wrong information.
airtel company message is very high, validation days is decreses cost decreases why tease all going .message offer of airtel customer members not satisfied...

MTNL MUMBAI — No attention to customer

Complaints no: 8695 regarding No phon No: 24031069 my father age :64 has log a complaints thrice but no one is interested to solve the problem they are temporary solving the problem & saying that they can't do anything .Request you to pld have a quite attention & help us to solve the problem.

MTNL MUMBAI — Poor Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to put in notice that i am not getting proper Internet service from MTNL Mumbai. I run my small business over Internet and totally dependent on it, i suffer from big loss due to frequent disconnection of Internet.

Also i would like to focus on HIGHLY UNQUALIFIED and UNEDUCATED employees of MTNL Mumbai, as they are not even able to find out what the issue is. Many times i resolve these issues(as i am into IT sector and have bit knowledge on this).

MTNL — server not found

cant get through any webpage . the web page keeps telling server not found. i took the mtnl triband just yesterday and the service is so terrible. i cannot seem to get through them for complaint as well.
Welcome o the world of sucky MTNL.

I am using rs999 plans and I am getting 5kb speed for download from past 2 - 2n half months. I am tired of complaining, I complained for broad band internet service. I left for work, these technician comes and says to my mom, that he is a telephone technician and not broadband technician and he goes away, saying internet guy will come on some other day, which he never showed up. I am pissed off. If I call to customer care number, these ladies keep on talking all about market, vegetable to their colleagues over the phone and always say one thing, server me problem hai (there is problem with the server) and hang up. MTNL sucks, please do not go for MTNL, I miss my relaince, it was expensive, but better customer service.
If I go to the MTNL office in nerul, they kep on saying, isko milo, usko milo (go to this person, go to that person). this sucks.
and the employees in the customer service of mtnl have zero knowledge to solve any technical issues i dont know who has hired them they dont even know how to speak to the customer and their english is so good u wont understand anything

and thank you is a word they have never learnt in their entire life it seems

mtnl / mobile — customer care does not give response

my name is pankaj jain from lokhandwala, andheri (W) contact no is [protected]. my mobile has push mail facility & gprs . whenever i call customer care for using this facility and server settings. they dont have knowledge about this and they cut the call. when i go to the exchange office, they said call to the customer care. it happens many times. i am unable to use that functions. so pls solve my problem.

Sub - Instrument Problem

Dear Sir

I am a subcriber from past four year having broadband landline no 28129848. My instrument is out of order from last 15 days and I have already complain to Mira rd MTNL. They have told that they are running out of instrument. The company like MTNL give such reply is not at all acceptable.
