[Resolved]  MTNL Mumbai — top officials information to make complaints

The AGM at Navi Mumbi Mr Yadav through his secretary
Ensures all calls going to him is disconnected. My no is 27815148. The technician Mr Yadav has to be begged or pleaded for service as if the connection is provided free. Please help me with a single escalation point to highlight the shameless service given by this team.

I don't know when MTNL will solve this problem. Much of my work depends on the Internet. I can't even fill up an online form because this Internet doesn't work for even 2 minutes..

I am using the MTNL broad band, Combo 599 Plan since 2009, having only the limited uses such as e-mailing and surfing for one or two hours per day. Because of the slow speed the pages are not getting opened since[protected], I lodged the complaints, after two days the authorities are sending the SMS, stating that “your problems are resolved”, even though we are facing the same problems.
My land line number 29259922 is under Marol Maroshi telephone exchange, I personally went to the exchange and lodged the repeated complaints, the authorities are sending back with their assurances that the things will be normal within 24 hours. I found the large number of customers in Moral area are facing the same complaints since last two weeks.
These types of irresponsible attitudes of the MTNL staff will help other private internet providers to increase their customer’s number definitely. I hope the MTNL authorities will open their eyes without further damage

Land line NO 24938606 dead more than 20 days ago we make compliant no 6654 but till today telehone is not working

In Spite of more than 50 complaints, personal visits to Khar telephone exchange office, no action has been taken till to-day! A letter to Chief General Manager was written on 23.01.2020 by speed post vide postal receipt No. EM[protected]IN but no response at all. No further comment. Rewachand Narwaney

MTNL Landline and Broad Band not working.
They are prompt in giving same complaint number again and again for 2 weeks but not a single effort of resolution.

No one picks up Phone even mobile numbers are just ringing.

I have broadband / Internet connection on 28768066 and I am not getting Internet connection for the last 7 days. I Personally visited to your office 3-4 times at Goregaon-West and lodged the complaint. One of your Technicians Mr V B Yadav contact Number - [protected] & another Santosh Yadav -[protected] were assigned the job, I have also been contacting them but of no use/response. I tried o call them to know the status of my complaint but they do no pickup my call. Also lodged online complaint and Number is 4250.

Our office Mumbai MTNL landline 28732925 is not working for the last 1 year. We have been complaining online, offline the Goregaon west MTNL office but nobody comes and see, what is the issue? They keep on generating the bills and keep sending. What kind of working is this. Initially we paid bills for 5-6 months but now we are not paying the bills as the phone is dead and in IVR it says that the phone is disconnected.
MTNL high officials, please look into the matter and sort it out. MTNL is not taking our application of disconnection of the phone. Our person has visited their office more than 5 – 6 times.

Third class service. In last 6 months complained about continuous disruption in Internet broadband connectivity but no concrete action. Phone line is getting disconnected every now and then. Staff is at leisure and nobody listens. This must be privatized first.
