[Resolved]  MTNL Mumbai — top officials information to make complaints

MTNL mumbai web site does not give the details of top officials like general mangers, directors etc. MTNL Delhi web site have all these information. as a customer my complaints to help desk does not give response. Please provide directors or general mangers email id

I had changed my MTNL plan from ADSL 800 to DSL_Unlimited_550_Combo
(8AM to 6PM) up to 512Kbps

(6PM to12AM) Up to 1Mbps

(12AM to 8AM) Up to 2 Mbps

Requested change on 12th Nov was given SLA of 48 hrs..
Till date 2:56 AM 11/24/2012 the changes are no made...
Spoke to lt of different numbers but no resolution --
also called on 12540 the speed check team said will be done in 12 hrs, called again but said senior not available who makes changes.
just spinning in circles for 8-9 days raised about 6 complaints on 198 but no use.

MTNL MUMBAI — Complaint closed without solution

I raised multiple complaint about frequent disconnection of broadband. All complains were closed without solution.

Sub: INTERNET DISCONNECT EVERY TIME on 23781478

I am a subscriber since 1992 and since more than a year I have opted MTNL Broadband for my personal use. I regret to say that since the day of taking the broad band the inter-net breaks down continuously. If inter-net work for two minute it breaks for 10 minutes without continuous service.

The matter has been taken up with AGM Mazagaon, DGM Mazagaon, GM and also to CGM - City. But except for assurances nothing else has been given.

The pathetic service and the quality of internet makes me very sad that our National communication services are too poor

As a last resort I am righting this with a request t set right the system else there is no other option but to surrender the line and go to other service provider. It has been retained just because I am a subscriber of MTNL for more than 20 years

Sub: Frequent Disconnection of MTNL Leased line.

Sir,

We are experiencing frequent disconnection in Line M4CKP20069 KAS BHY, LCID - [protected]. Mtnl officials do something from their side and it works for half-an-hour and stops working for the whole day. This way all our works are held up. when we call them for to lodge a complaint they give us telephone numbers of each others and the proof of this file is attached with it. Even after lodging a complaint through 12676 it give an automated docket ID and later it works for some time. Kindly provide us a permanent solution to it.
Looking forward for a positive approach to it.

My landline instrument (tel. no. 28976677. is defective for aroud 2 years.verbal complaint & verbal assurance of your Officer at Dahisar Tel. Exchange has not yet materialized. Since the instrument is defective I have no other option but opt for CALL TRANSFER FACILITY, which causes Financial Burden.( I am told by Dahisar Tel Exchage Officer that each call diverted is treated as outgoing call from that particular no. )
It is therefore requested that defective instrument provided to me may please be replaced on top priority.Thanks.

I have been complaining for my Landline Number [protected] since 2 months, but till date nothing is solved. The complaints made on telephone are cancelled on their own without making an effort to solve the problem. We are tired of complaining again and again and finally we decided to make a complaint to you, hoping you are in a better position to get the problem solved.

My land line 25890973 has been not working since the 15th July 2013. Repeated complaints as well as personal visits to the Sahyog MTNL Exchange have not produced any results. No wonder MTNL is losing customers to competition!

we are experiencing frequent disconnection in Line. Mtnl worker do something from their side and it works for half-an-hour and stops working for the whole day. We launch the several complaints but no effect. from day one we are facing problem with telephone + internet. Now we are fed up with MTNL. Line man came and said that your line wire is defective and MTNL do not have wire to replace.
We are paying every Month around Rs.700/- as a telephone bill from last 15 years.

Sub: Transfer of Number.

This is regards compliant about transfer of my landline from Dadar to Sion. The MTNl has closed my Dadar telephone no: 24112722 on 12th june 2013 for transfer my work order no is 90178 on 12.06.2013. My new no 24083249 from last 2 months i m waiting for activation which till now not happened. I wanted you to my deposite to Rs.3000 with interest should be increase and transfer to my a/c.

On 31/7/13 we booked combo plan with premium number for our new offcie at Powai Plaza, Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai, vide No. 25779911. For several days ther ewas neither the connection nor any response from MTNL. On enquiry it is learnt that staff had allotted wrong exchange so line could not be provided. MTNL had no curtosy to inform the customer. We had already printed our stationery with telephone number.

On 6/8/13 new number 25709911 booked. Lineman Chauhan demanded money for proper installation. As money not paid he left the cable hanging inside the rolling shutter at the height of about 7 ft. No wire or instrument was connected.

On 12/8/13 we visited DE, Hiranandani Exahnge with written complaint. Within 10 minutes wiring and installation done. But wireless modum not installed. Mr Natekar claimes no modum is avaialble with MTNL. So directed us to purchase modum from market.

Till date neither any modum nor internet connection is provided to us by MTNL. We have been suffering heavy financial losses, hardship and mental agony.

We demand from MTNL;
1) Adequate compensation for heavy financial losses, hardship and mental agony suffered by us.
2) Immediate installation of modum and internet connection.
3) Action against inefficient and corrupt staff of MTNL.

Hello Sir / Madam,


I am fed up with MTNL service. We have been raising complaints to MTNL from last 2 months. But there is no concrete solution.

There was a frequent disconnection in land line and we are not able to listen the voice of the person on the other side.

I was raising the complaints through MTNL website under complaints section. In some cases, if the line was still dead then also the system used to inherently exhibit issue resolved. There is a problem in wire as it has become old but no one is changing the wire.

Due to this, the broadband is also not working properly. Prior 2-3 months, there was a frequent disconnection but from last 2 months, internet is not working and not opening any website. We are not fools to pay the rent and broadband charges for free.

Please look into this else I need to take strong action.

Shiffting of land line on 24.03.14 still not insta
Dear All,
i have shifted my Office from Shiver Garden Miraroad to Kanakia Miraroad and shifted my land line number 28112066 on 24.03.14
but still it is(23/03/2014) pending not installed in my new Office as Our daily work affected due to the issue with the internet connection & we have to visit MTNL frequently. But still we are not getting any response nor any updates...so i am facing serious problem.

so please look into the matter and instruct the concern team to install and start working as soon as possible.

I have visited thrice to MTNL Miraroad office and spoke to Mr.rane his mobile no is [protected] and Mr Sing [protected]
but no action has been taken yet.

on Dec 20th 2014 I had been to MTNL Office
to pay my bill for No 27451301 .I had taken out the duplicate bill which show
that the credit of last month have not shown, i enquired the cashier and
officials .no one answered my quarry every buddy directed me to account section
As I approached concern could not able to give satisfactory answer step by step
i had approach the official none had given satisfactory answer .Afterward i
lost my temper and shouted On e employee Mrs.Pandit run toward me to slap me

it hurt me .I had complained to DGM Account
Mr.Padmnabhan on Whatsapp and SMS but he
too not responded till today

I am on of the loyal oldest customer of
MTNL .I had (As Senior Citizen)

list met such behaviour from staff is real shameful
to country those who are depend on our revenue giving such behaviour.

In market so many service providers are
there .shall I continue the same connection after mating such treatment by MTNL
officials

Hi Sir,

This has reference to several complains I lodged online as well as to customer service representatives. I had opted for 8 MBPS connection but for last 4 months the broadband connection was running even lower than 1 MBPS. Even after lodging so many complains I kept paying my bills for 8 MBPS connection on time and never defaulted.

This month, I received a bill of Rs.1760/- for last months usage which i feel is unfair, unjust and a FRUAD by MTNL because as per the charges for last month usage should not go above Rs. 1200/-

Hence requesting you to look in to this malpractices being followed in the billing section and also for last 3 months refund. Also please
look in to this month bill of Rs. 1760/- as it is way above the service i have opted for.

I have just now recd my Bill dated 10.7.15 for the period 1.6.15 to 30.6.15.

In the said Bill, 31 Local Calls have been shown and 6 calls have been charged after allowing 25 free Calls.

I would like to inform you that for the month of February 2015 also I had recd Bill for excessive calls (140 calls against hardly 15 calls made by me) which was even more than this and I had lodged a written Complaint with Div. Engineer Meter reading Section, Sunder nagar Telephone exchange, Malad west, but till date I did not receive any reply from them. After that Bill, we have started keeping our Phone locked with locking Code and we must have hardly made 5-6 Calls during the above billing period. the locking Code is exclusively with me alone and not even with my other family members.

I fail to understand as to how can excessive billing take place again & again.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of my above Complaint and let me know as to why this is happening and correct the mistake.

I have also been making repeated Complaints for frequent internet disruptions as well bad quality of Phone line as there is always a disturbing sound on my phone line as well as the person at the other end is unable to hear our voice clearly. This has also not been attended since last 1 year despite my repeated Complaints.

Kindly correct the wrong billing and also get the faulty landline as well as broadband corrected.
