I would like to say that i am almost 6 years old cutomer of MTNL MUMBAI .i and and proudlu saying thet MTNL MUMBAI is the best mobile and land line ide service provider in over all mumbai.
but face one issue from last thre months that is, i not able to talk with cutomer care to solve my query. first is there are more dely to accept cal from customer care.
i have recevied call cost of browsing internate in every minuite but sill i am not bowsing internate. why are you dedact my balance in every minite while iam not browising intrnate. please stop this dedaction of my balance as sson as possible.

WE HAVE THE POWER OF GOVERMENT SCHEME AND ALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIKE 3G... THEN WHY ARE WE NOT MAKE QUANTITY OF MTNL CUSTOMER. COME TO FACE AND SOLE THIS ISSUE.BY USING BELOW MENTIONED POINTS. 1 Mtnl cutomer service not provide proper solution within customer reqired TAT
2 there are old and aged executive handled the all call without any knowledge.
3 toll free number are any time busy and disconnected automaticly
4 every execuitve have attitude that he working in goverment service thats why he not to need to understand our problem. he have talk less, un helpfull, attitude, and workingless. and also not making proper solution by them how this possible without any confirmation and such a knowledge.
5 every one executive depend on each other . he transfer every call to another executive to solve during customer call but customer not have any time to talk with them with his own and proper issue.
6 every solution must be done by only call executive and also he must have all knowledge of mtnl services.
The proble which have face all of customer of MTNL customer i have also face this problem.
