MTNL — No Response to Complaints

To whom so ever concerned,
I Mujahid Qureshi resident of Byculla morland road is writing this complaint to you against MTNL Broadband services.From the past one month my internet connection disconnects frequently and i am really disturbed because of the same.I am unable to do my work properly on the internet because of the disconnections.I have submitted a number of complaints with the MTNL customer support but they only give docket number and never respond to the complaint.This is really mentally harassing me because i am properly paying my bills but not getting proper service and no response to my complains.My MTNL landline broadband number is 23091065.Please look into this matter and i hope i get response from you ASAP.Regards
