My Self Ravi Chauhan and I am Using MTNl Broadband Connection from Last 6 Months to Till Date But I am Facing Many Problem regarding my Broadband Many Time my Broadband connection not work i has also complaint MTNl customer care But i did not get any good response From Mtnl Customer care side . MTNL services very very Bad and Lazy and useless Customer and Employs

Why all govt running organisations never respect their customers?
Its been 2 months now since i have registered my first complaint regarding my broadband connection(ofcourse not working) but i did not get any response so i register another complaint to them but again the story was same then after 5 days i reopened the complaint again but in vain. Even i have register a highest priority complaint to them but i dont know why these guys dont find time for their customers.
Let me tell you registering a complaint for broadband is not that easy. If you have an hour free then only you should try because either they are too busy in registering complaint of other users ( which means how poor they are in setting up a good network) or they have really a shortage of resources (which again shows how poor they are in managing things). This is really something that should be done on priority because your customers always comes first. Even i am working for an IT company and if we do such things like ignoring our clients complaing then i think our organisation would lose millions of dollars, but here i think it doesn't even matter.
If the situation continues they'll loose all their customers even i will never suggest somebody to take MTNL's broadband connection.
I hope by registering here i would get some response.

Company has promised us to provide 256 kpbs speed, but they were unable to fulfill their commitment
and now speed is very low, I must say mtnl is the shameless company because I have launched so many
complaints to customer care but yet the complaint is not attended...

MY MTNL DELHI NUMBER IS 23271098.I HAVE BROADBAND FACILTY ON IT.BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM 8 MONTHS.I HAVE SUBMITTED SO MANY COMPLAINTS TO 1500, 1504, 198 & OTHER OF MTNL DELHI, BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE 02.12.2008. I HAVE ALSO TRIED SOME HEAD DEPARTMENTS NO. I.E. 23316050, 23316040, 23313245 & 23351838 BUT NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE EVER. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE SOME SPEEDY ACTION AND IF YOU STILL FAIL TO DO THE SAME, THEN I WILL HAVE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR DEPARTMENT IN CONSUMER COURT OF DELHI.

Please help us from MTNL ka bhoot !
Every 2nd day broadband disconnects & inspite of continous complaints on 1504 no one attends to the call. There is no system of call closure...
Complaint is that I have applied for the combo MTNL connection at my home but till date my broadband installation is still pending.

i submitted the request for change of tarriff planfrom 249 to 99 as my usage are very limited
but i received the bill double the amount while the usage was lesser than earlier.
sir i m using your broadband from last 2 yrs but from last 3 months i m suffering from a problem of OFF and ON and all complain to your call center and peronall visits in your exchange all in vein.
pl consider it as a humble request and do the needfull as soon as posible
mai kisi ala adhikari se sampark karana chahata hun kyon ki 197 par call karane par ak mahila ne mere ye kahane par ki mere shikayat ki sunwai nahi ho rahi hai lagabhag 2 mahine se net sahi nahi chal raha hai... unho ne kade awaj me kaha ki jo karana hai kar lo net katawa do mai kya karun kahan jaun?

The only response which i got was from lineman that too of confirmation whether my phone is working or not.
I pay 2000 rupee as my bill and this kind of response. Is this the way you treat your customers?

I usually report on this site "http://203.94.244.173:7777/vcare/telephonecomplaints.jsp" for my telephone complaints. I do not how with out anything, the complaint automatically gets closed. I mean what a waste thing you have made when it is of no use? Are consumers stupid they are wasting their money and time to MTNL?

I have a MTNL Chatter pur exchange near by, what a garbage place. They made me stand there for 45 minutes just for a complaint. SDO Chatter pur is useless.

One day I specially took my car to MTNL exchange to get the lineman. They usually have this excuse that they will come in evening or after two hours. They do not have any convenience. So that day they had another excuse that the lineman’s phone is not working so we can not locate him. There are different line man for different area so only you area line man will come to your place.

Another problem is with the Internet. My internet never worked for continuous ten days. Always after 10 or 12 days it would have some DSL light blinking problem. I am paying 900 rupees for my Broadband 2 MBPS plan, which is going straight to MTNL pocket. Waste of my money.

If you can check any complaint log that is maintained for a number...please go through it. And find out how many complaints I have given. For how long duration the phone was working and for how long the phone was not working. What ever as a bill I am paying to MTNL is going to garbage.

I am seriously thinking of changing my Service provider. Service from MTNL is Hopeless.

If MTNL have a bare decency...contact me ...And get my telephone working.

hay its great i mean to say that MTNL its really great it has great speed of internet and MTNL has good line man power they do fast work of any problem about the internet and landline phone ...its very very good do it continue ...thanx MTNL...

Iam a customer of mtnl more then 10 year. So I took broadband of mtnl. Just because to transparacy. But right now my broadband is not working. I put up many complaints but there is no result. What can i do????? my complaint no is 5319. Phone No. is [protected]. Please take a strong action on it.

Three days back i got my MTNL broadband activated. it worked only for the day and last two days it is down. I tried talking to 1500, 1504 call centres. They showed their helplessness and gave me around 8 different numbers most of them are either out of service or nobody is picking the number. the real problem is nobody knows who will record our complain. i tried going to site and register the complain but there also it is difficult to record the complain. Screen tabs and instructions for logging the complain there is mis-match. Today i spoke to 1500 and requested them to cancle my connection and refund my money they are not even interested in doing that. Surprisingly, they stop talking to us and disconnect the line. next time when we dial new person comes on line and story goes on. Overall, my dissatiesfaction continues and billing for triaband also continued. I need your help to record this complain and reach this message somehow to MTNL sernior team.
With continuous follow up with MTNL team, my complain is seems to be resolved now. i will check the response and provide further update
The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically. The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.

I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number :64200154 on 1th June'2011. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line and would be rectified in 24 hours.

Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. I again telephoned customer care and this time they said that I should get in touch with Area Manager (Laxmi Nagar). I contacted him on 9th June'2011 after many dial attempts and he said that it will be done. Thereafter I received a call from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.

Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
Even contacting Public Grievance Cell of MTNL on 23356666 and[protected]fax) has not yielded any positive response from MTNL
