[Resolved]  Mts — disconnection of postpaid service

I have raised a complaint about two weeks ago and has not received any solution yet.

The complaint was on a disconnection of the MTS Mblaze postpaid service because of fail in address verification due to bachelor accommodation. In that case their representative should not have sold the datacard to me for Rs.1199 since he came to my residence and provided me with the connection, and he very well knew that was a bachelor accomodation and the connection will be debarred(As per MTS rule). After raising the complaint in the customer care with query no: C[protected] they told me that the tech support team will reach me for a solution and there was no feedback from their side.Since i wanted to know about the remedy and invested on the data card, I tried calling the customer care a couple of times whereas they say the complaint status is still open and the tech support team will get back to me and is two week past. Mean time I heard I can invest a security amount to retain my connection, but don’t know whom or where or how much to pay. Now I am provided with a bill of Rs.60 for my previous month usage(may be usage of three days).The customer service desk([protected]) is very poor, the worst i have ever come across in terms of their assistance towards customer(not in terms of politeness or sweetness of their voice but availability and the communication skills of representatives).

From my experiance i understand that MTS only wanted to sell a datacard for the avove said price and dont want the customer to be retained.

I wish to deactivate the mts mblaze no: [protected]
I wrote to the customer care department and they never responded. When you need to buy theirs, they constantly trouble you with calls. But once we wish to disconnect they dont respond.
I want to deactivate my mts connection with number [protected], i took this postpaid data card 2 weeks ago but i want to cancel the same due to personal reasons. I have been told by customer care i must use the data card for 3 months minimum. I didn't signed any agreement to mandatorily use the service for 3 months, and also i paid Rs.1000 for data card.

Why should i use the data card for 3 months mandatorily. i should be able to disconnect when ever i want by clearing the dues.

Please call me to resolve the issue, i called customer care and sent mail to [protected]@mtsindia.in but got no resolution.

Hi friends

I also got frustrated with MTS customer services, I raise a complaint before 15 days for poor signal. Till now no one came to test the connection. When I checked the customer care, their only dialogue is "sorry for the inconvenience" and no more improvements.

I am closing this connection this month end. my DC number is [protected].

I got a MTS post paid connection. After a month, the service disappeared, no signal, Internet dongle also stopped giving "network available" signal. When i called the customer care, they advised me to try inserting a microSD into the slot available i the dongle.

Gullible as i am, or rather believing a customer care executive, i did as instructed. But i was told, later that the process has no consequences for retrieving connectivity. Add to that, the MTS outlet, from where i bought the MTS connection/dongle shut down its business in my locality without any traces. Consequently, i can not avail the 1 year warranty of the Dongle replacement since the outlet winded up its business unless, as told by customer care executives, I go to a MTS service centres which in itself is impossible to be located.

If the internet services were not provided due to fault in the dongle, I fail to understand why am I being charged for the same for the period when the services was not provided. A request to look into the matter was given but got no reply. I was told that a technician had come to my address to look into the matter. However, I was never visited by such technician; and neither did I receive a telephone call for this nor the Gate entry at my Residence Premises show the same (Entry at our premises is strict so any such visit by MTS could not have been missed it).

I had requested for a disconnection with a sad compromise to forfeit my security for the dongle since I am too busy to visit MTS service centers which, in any case is impossible to locate. However I am, rather told to clear my dues before disconnection process is activated. It is nothing but a corporate loot of a customer to coerce him into paying for something/services which he was not provided with in reality; and to not have initiated disconnection process when requested. Government of India should look into "fraud" committed by MTS.

My MTS No. is [protected]. I once again request MTS to immediately disconnect the service and cancel all financial liability it seeks to recover from me since I have not received any such services against which the due is sought to be recovered; and I have already lodged a compliant of the same with the condition for immediate disconnection if the issues were not resolved.

I am using from 1year but it's not at all giving good speed I am suffering lot it's a waste of money & if I called to customer service they are telling we will improve the quality of network but still it's bad condition my mts number is [protected] & my contact number is [protected].
The service people r replaced my dongle at 3times but the device quality is very poor it will automatically switch off & it will on but signal is not capture I am very Unhappy with this...
Customer service also very bad because if call in morning or night time they will tell u can call in between 9 am to 6 30pm... so it's not possible to get in touch with mts... so please don't sujust to any one...

I will not pay for upcoming months this connection.because for last one month without using because your card is not working. Your call centre services is pathetic. Due to personal reasons I want to get my MTS post paid services disconnected with immediate effect. My number MTS number is [protected], and also I had paid an amount of Rs.500 as deposit at the time of getting the connection, which was promised to be refunded at the time of disconnection, I have the bill for the same.

Kindly do the necessary ASAP else I;ll have to approach legally.

I want to deactivate my MTS MBLAZE data card no-[protected] .when i brought to data card company asked me 40 gb unlimited plan from 999 with no day night condition. but now comapnay asked 15gb day & 15 gb night . my conatct no-[protected]. this totaly froud company
I want to disconnect my MTS BLAZE connection, they advertised for incredible speeds, but till now I am unable to get 3g Speeds. Dosent matter how many times you call the customer care but they say that they are also helpless. Now when I want to disconnect the connection, they will try to make number of excuses and harass the customers, so that you change your mind for disconnection. Total rubbish and fraud company. I request you to kindly discnnect my connection immediately, otherwise I will have to go to consumer court because this tyoe of behaviour is totally un acceptable from a company

Worst service and customer relation.

I have taken the MTS connection in last year Nov and from that onwards there is not network in my home. I have requested to close the connection since i have not used single MB of data. They have forced me to pay the bills, since it is post paid. I have informed in next day of connection that there is not network and that is verified by their field engineer, still they forced me to pay the bills. I have paid the bill and waiting for closing the connection.

My strong suggestion not to take MTS connection.
