I want to deactivate my Postpaid MTS Connection, I have been using mts broadband internet service since last 18th months, and i am not getting proper signal or network since last 4th months at my place. i have been struggling with the poor network connection last four months.

I want to deactivate my MTS ultra wifi Mblaze postpaid connection.I am extremely disappointed with the service and will always regret taking a MTS internet connection.
I have settled all my dues. I wish my disconnection would be asap without any further hassles.

I want to cancel my MTS postpaid datacard connection. As there is no signal at my location I am simply wasting 1079 Rs. every month. I tried calling customer care number but it says the number is temporarily out of service. I need to freeze my account and clear the outstanding.
