[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Encroachment MCD land | |
I would like to bring your kind notice about an unauthorized encroachment near this address Kishok No. 81, O. I. E. Area. Approx encroachment area is 1500 sq yards. This is one of the waste material dealers(Kabadiwala), he has encroached all the surrounding area with his junk material. The irony is, the land does not belong to this person Mr, Mishra(Kabadiwala). However, he is using all the land he could to spread his junk around. Kindly get this junk yard removed as soon as possible as it is causing us a lot of inconvenience. Respected sir,
It is to bring you a king notice that OWNER the house B-4A/23 are doing the illegal construction on their floor & covering the road by putting metal fencing and using tat area as personal parking, which causes much difficulty to the neighbors.
Other than that they spread their selling material all over the place which causes difficulty to the pedestrians .It has been complaint many times but no response or action has been seen . We have complaint to you so that strict action can be taken. Police constables and some MCD officials also come and take bribe from the owner and leaving her without taking any action.
The life is seriously disturbed by the behavior of the owner. So it is our request to you to take strict action and demolish the top two floors as soon as possible.
