Sub:- Request for immediate re-sealing of Bhadana Dhaba located at A- 274-275, Shakur Pur, Delhi 110034, which was illegally de-sealed by Dhaba owner.

It is respectfully submitted that the Hon’ble High Court has ordered to seal all illegal, unauthorize and unhygenic Dhabas by 25th August, 2009. Accordingly, MCD officials in the presence of Police, sealed the aforementioned Dhaba on 24.8.2009 at 6.30 PM. Photography of the said Dhaba was also done before and after the sealing of dhaba by a Police Photographer. However, this seal was illegally broken by the Dhaba owner Sh. Jaipal Bhadana immediately after departure of the MCD/Police officials. Hence, the dhaba is still running at above mentioned address without the fear of local administration. A police personnel had also visited the said Dhaba in order to check whether the seal is intact or not. On inspectionl, he found that seal was not intact and it was ascertained by him from local people that the seal was broken by the dhaba owner. No complaint has been registered against Sh Jaipal Bhadana for de-sealing of the said Dhaba.. This was totally disobedience of court orders. Since Yesterday evening this Dhabi is still running illegally at above mentioned address. I do not know as to what will be mentioned by the Local Police/ MDC in their status reports which has to be submitted before the Hon`able Delhi High Court for de-sealing/sealing of said Dhaba. May they admit that the said Dhaba was sealed by MCD officials in the presence of Local Police but they will not admit that the said premise was de-sealed immediately by the Dhaba owner after sealing by MCD/Police officials.

The families living near aforesaid Dhaba are facing lot of inconvenience because of pollution, smoke, water blockages and holes of big mouses. Due to this small children can be affected from any virus spreading around the Dhaba. The presence of anti-social elements at aforesaid Dhaba is also one of the reasons the people are not feeling safe. They also serve illegal liquor to these elements.

It is, therefore, requested that stern action may please be taken against the said Dhaba owner for disobeying the orders of Hon’able Delhi High Court. Appropriate action should also be initiated against the officials of MCD/Police for not taking any action against Sh Jaipal, Bhadana Dhaba owner after finding out the truth.

Further, it is requested that re-sealing of the aforesaid Dhaba may please be done immediately.

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is to apprise you of the fact that there is a Dog menace in Chandni Chowk and nothing has been done so far to prevent the same.

In Cheera Khana (Located behind Marwari Katra), It is almost impossible to leave your home at night or come to you home early in the morning because of stray dogs. There have been so many incidents of Dog bites in our Area and everytime MCD seem to be cutting corner.Had the authorities regularly supervised the disposal of garbage pits etc, the street dogs would not have attacked the children or Ladies. Disturbance due to dog barking is another big pain.

Nearly every day someone including kids got bitten by these dogs and to our surprise authorities are unaware of these accidents. In a recent case, MCD had taken a ferocious stray dog from our area, sterilized him and left him again in our Area to trouble us as usual, is this making sense??

Just to suggest you, How about coordinating with various NGO’s and relocating all these stray dogs to some ridge or jungle areas or sterilize all of them to stall further breeding and take them to Dog shelter homes etc.

Please do the needful to send dog squad to catch these mad dogs at the earliest possible.

Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a resident of 26/135 West Patel Nagar New Delhi - 18.

The Sewer line just outside our Building is overflowing throught the cover of the manhole. As a result of this, the dirty water contaminated with toilet waste is flowing back on the road. This is causing lot of inconvenience and unhygienic conditions for me.

It is therefore requested that the sewer lying junction in 26 Block which is over flowing through the manhole. We got cleaned urgently as this could cause spreading o[censored]nwanted diseases.

Request issue urget directives to take necessary action in this regard.

There is open space between Mahabhadrakali Apts Sec 13 Plot No 6 and Pragati school.
earlier there was one board installed at open plot that no garbage be thrown.
Over a period of one month the said notice board has been removed and it is free for all for thwoing garbage in the whole of open area between Mahabhadrakali Apts Sec 13 Plot No 6 and Pragati school. even to the extent of cracass of dead animals
due to this whole area is stinking and one cananot think of even following that route for going to metro station sec 13.
it would result in serious health hazard and epidemic
MCD needs to act fast and claer that area of garbage and take preventive steps so that the open area near habitable plave is used as garbage dump.
it appears no one is responsible for this area.

The builder mafia is so active in all over Delhi, that they are converting all the houses in multistoried buildings which shall be a nuisence in the future by creating water, electricity and traffic problem. The M.C.D staff and police deptt is earning lot of money by allowing these builder mafia to construct flats type building.
I can furnigh the list of such buildings being constructed in Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar.

we the resident of block no 38/39 delhi-110007 wish to draw your kind attention to the slum(jhuggi)cluster, which has been concentrated at 38/39 block facing the community hall of the area. it is to bring into your notice that the above stated slum is over populated which has led to disturbance in the area as narrated below. 1. the anti social activities e.g theft, burglary etc in the area is increasing so concerned residents of the area feel unsafe 2.during the day especially in the evening hours, the slum dwellers gather on the road after drinking alcohol in the drunken state they create new sense and fight badly as such it becomes very difficulty for ladies/children to pass that area even ladies can'nt stand outside there own houses .when the residents raise objections, they react badly fighting and giving threat to the residents which leads to miserable state of affairs. 3.the bad elements/hooligans from this cluster keep loitering on the street of locality, uttering abusing language and fighting vigorously 4. since the cluster has been encroached up to the main road, the area has become accident-prone. 5.slum man given their own cluster on rent live them self on roads 6.due to the above stated problem the life of residents of39/38 block has become miserable and restless. 6.futher, it is stated that a big community hall is being construsted in the area. which would need a large place for parking the vehicles . it is requested that the necessary arrangement of parking may be done at this place. in the view of above, it requested that necessary action may be taken to shift this slum cluster and remove if from here as early as possible thanking you residents

This is to divert you attention to the pathetic condition of roads in Patel Nagar, both East & West and how the authorities have done nothing to sort this out.

There are many blocks in both places which are suffering because of this.There have been increased sightings of cracked and broken roads, with the authorities turning a blind eye. The big potholes drive people crazy as their cars hit the ground more often than the speed. Some of these roads are broken for the last 2 years for example 14th and 16th block in East Patel Nagar and 5th and 8th Block in West patel nagar. There are big and small stretches of roads which are filled with big and small pebbles and stones instead of proper road making material.

Another problem is the disposal of garbage.The MCD open dustbin in front of BLK memorial hospital in Rajendra place is overflowing with garbage and also the one near A-block in West Patel Nagar.The trash which the MCD sweepers are supposed to pick up do not do their duty and collect the trash and dump it on the sidelines or in front of somebody’s house. And when asked why dont they clear it, they illegaly ask for money. There has been an increase in the number of constructions in both East and West Patel Nagar, due to which the Trash from the construction sites get collected and is not disposed off properly.

On behalf of the suffering residents, I request you to kindly see that these issues are dealt with as soon as possible and take the responsible people to task.

My name is Yogesh. I am working at Aggarwal Millennium Tower-2, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110034. I parked my Motor Cycle at the authorized MCD parking in front of Aggarwal Millennium Tower-2 on a monthly rental of Rs. 150/-. Yesterday[protected], when I move out my bike from the parking while leaving from my office, I found it damaged. The foot rest of my bike is bent, side mirror is removed and one of the side indicators is broken.

It was clear that the bike had fell on the ground. When I talked to the parking person, he is saying that I am not responsible for such things. He gave me some lame excuse and finally he misbehaved by saying that I see many people like you everyday.

Please take some action against the guilty person.

It is to bring to your kind notice that the resident owner (Mr. V. P.
Singh) of first floor of H.No. 245, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, has dug and
installed an iron box in the service lane (MCD property / land) to
provide pump to lift water in his floor.

Since it is dangerous and can badly effect the safty of my house, the
iron box may please be get removed at the earliest possible. To
furthermore, it is brought to your kind notice that my wife is a
heart-patient, the noise pollution when created by the pump will badly
effect her health. It is therefore, requested to please take suitable
steps to remove the iron box at the earliest possible since my wife
remains alone and the height of box will help the miscreants to jump
into and burgle my house and endanger her life.

The matter was brought to the notice of JE of the area on 23-07-09, but to no good result. Non response of MCD is causing a great tension in the family. In case any untoward happens to me, to may family or to my property, it will be the MCD to whom I will look to make good loss. The MCD will be fully responsible.

An early action in this connection is requested.

I, Amit Arora, on behalf of residents of Block - E J.J.Colony Wazir Pur New Delhi - 110052 would like to draw your kind attention towards continuous ignorance of our repeatedly application for cleaning of park by MCD from last 1 year or so. We followed many time with concerned desk for cleaning issues, plantation, fixing play jhoolas in park correctly in our local park but no concerete results have not yet been taken by the concerned MCD officials.

Now its becomes totally use less for us to go to the MCD concerned area office and file an application to clean the park.This non-clearance of park problem causing various health hazards to our colony residents.

We request u to please look into matter and give appropriate instructions to solve issue.

You are the only last resort for us to get rid of this severe problem.

illegal construction has been started in block no 3 of RAMESH NAGARon property no 109. this is a lease hold property of 200 sqyd. of which part is sold out, 3rd floor is not permissable without map, and also on part of plot, the builder is breaking these rules and carrying out construction by giving bribe, written complaint of this has been submitted in kirti nagar police station with recieving in hand. the complaint will be forwardd to all the concerned authorities. so all the corcerned department should act swiftly. photographs of the construction site will be handed over. and will published in this website in the next complaint.

There are female dogs in our pocket and are creating
menace. Also they are becoming ferocious day by day.
It has bitten the children of our pocket.

Initially the M.C.D dog catcher came took them away,
and again left them in 2008 dec.

Kindly take actions as soon as possible.

I am living in Radhey Shyam Park in which Auto Parking has become a havoc.
Ward Name: Preet Vihar Zone Name : Sh. South Zone
People are illegally using Road parking for commercial Vehicles( Auto Richshaws) & Taxis. We are not able to park our cars despite the fact that there is parking space and being misused by Local Auto Mafia.

I have take a few photographs of the Rickshawas ( DL1R G 0820). The person has around 10 Rickshawas.

Pls take immediate actions so that we can have some relief.
