[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — illegal/encroachment construction

The concerned JEs of MCD themselves allow illegal construction after receiving illegal gratification and as such cannot take action against the person involved in illegal construction. e.g. take Pocker-D of Dilshad Garden. Almost all the ground floor flats have illegal construction of one room in the fornt/back ( and two rooms, one at the front and one on the back in case of corner flats). The rooms have then been converted into shops. The occupants of the ground floor flats have also encroached upon the passage in the front after covering the drain with the result that only tarred raod is available for public use. There being shortage of parking space, they have made it a habit of picking up fights with other persons on one pretext or the other. The occupants of the ground floor say that the space around the flat, including the road, belongs to them. I have my self seen the concerned JE's staff roaming around the area without taking any action against the culprits. The round, perhpas, is meant to identify the flats who have done illegal construction without greasing the palms of the JE.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that illegal construction is going on at 231, Gali No. 1 near Meat Shop, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025 on the third floor.We have
already complaint twice at 100 No. But the work is still going on and no action has been taken till today.
Kindly look into the matter.

I am resident of B-210, Hari Nagar (clock tower). I am reffering here the insanitory condition of the Community Center, Hari Nagar. water remains collected in the puddles in the open space and on the roof of neglected kitchen and it has become the breeding ground for the mosquitoes and the house flies. MCD inspectors have visited every households if there is any breeding of dengue larva.but when we show them the condition of Community Center they had no answer.

I request the authority to look into the matter and instruct the caretaker to do the necessary. The roof of the abandoned kitchen should be cleaned and swept spcially as it has never been cleaned and rain water remains stagnant there.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that illegal construction is going on at flat no.L-2/188 B LIG DDA flats kalkaji New Delhi-.19.

We have also complaint to the J.E. of the M.C. D. and other staff, but no action has been taken till today.
Kindly look into the matter.
