I am a resident of Bahri Tikari Road Jharoda Kalan New DElhi-110072. I want to complain about the on duty road sweeper of my area ( with electric pole no-7). As she (her name Angrejo) sweeps the road she piles all the garbage in front of my house but never takes off that piles from there. All the garbage of the raod keeps lying in front of my house for days. It stinks badly When ever I ask him to take off the garbage from there she never listens to me and said to me she had no garbage trolley. i want to know department not issued garbage trolley to the sweepers. As you know that at this time of dengue and chickengunia can spreading in Delhi and with this garbage lying in front of my house its very dangerous for me, my family and neighbours so you are requested to do something at urgent basis.

I would like to inform you that unauthorized construction without prior sanction plan the builder is constructing 5 story building at property No. 757& 386, Chirag Delhi New Delhi-17( South Zone Green park related matter) Number of complaint sent to D.C South but no action has been taken so far. The above said unauthorized construction is going on for the last five motnths. JE is aware about these construction but instead of taking any action he is protecting the unauthorized construction.

I request kindly take ncessacy action as per DMC ACT. As the per this no person can erect the building without prior sanction plan from Commissioner of MCD. Wtith the help of of JE voilation of act is going on.

I m a resident of A-92, Jangpura B (Near Rajdoot Hotel) . Just behind our house, the inside lane is stinking with heap of garbage stuffed in big bags placed there. The garbage collected from the colony is collected and sorted out to put in bags. The people from nearby hotels, dhabas and autorickshawallas etc. come here for sanitation pupose.

Due to which surrounding of our buildings are very dirty and stinking. Subsequently unhygienic conditions prevails which is an open welcome for malaria, dengue and other diseases. It appears no inspector visits or he turns his eye on the other side.

In addition to this problem we request you to put the metal gate on back side of our houses to stop trafficking people to make menace here as stalkers also do come here especially in the afternoon and lots of thefts are taking place these days which is really unsafe too. The metal gate would also stop the stray dogs and cows to enter inside as they to discharge their waste which gets very annoying besides making the place dirty.

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, i am a resident o[censored]smanpur, IVth Pusta, kartar Nagar, street No. 5, delhi- 53 . I am not mentioning my name and House no. here as i want to keep my details confidential because i am a resident of this area and i may have quarrel with the concerned people if i expose my name here.

now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factories are working freely. most of these factories are making school bags in summers and jackets in winters. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 Midnight to 2:00 AM and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses of common people , people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working sewing machine make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. the owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece even in case of a electric break down as in absence of electricity generators are used for generating power which doubles the extent of noise pollution in the area (Machine + generator). also the harful smoke that emerges out from the generators makes the environment contaiminated. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

I am living in Tulgkabad Extn in street no 29.
Next of my building and street there are several illegal factories are running.
They have heavy machines and making noise and air pollution all time (24 Hours).
They also opened there waste water from toilets and dranage on the road.
We met with the owner but they did not taken any action.

Due to this we are in heavy dificulty to survive over there. We also did the complaint in MCD but there is no response.

Now coming to the problem, in this residential area one factory running Street No.4, HardevPuri working at A-88 freely operated by Mr. Rajeev Kumar Deepak and his Son Rohit Varshney . They Makes Fancy Lights and doing chemical work also, without any Factory license from any authority & supply all retail shops.

I would like to explain the hazards from factory:

1. This factory is hampering the piece and environment of the place through their noise & air pollution. People are sick of this factory as the workers in this factory work till 9 to 10 night from 8 AM and some time the whole night. As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. Working their hand machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories is very rude and misses conducting. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio, TV and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around cannot expect moments of piece. So we the people cannot tolerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more. All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on that place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while using the machine which hazardous to the health of our families
3. They wash the aluminum good with the help of chemicals because of that, chemical fog keep on spreading around the factory or residential area which is badly harmful for us. Having that the worker spread the wastage chemical and other wastage in the "Nalli or Nallah".
4. Machine they are use doing massive air and sound pollution in our locality
5. When they load and unload the goods, vehicle and rickshaws stops the whole “Gali / Street”.

As your honored self known that, Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed a direction to the competent authorities for not to functioning/stopped/shift/closed down the hazardous/heavy factories in/from the residential areas which are creating pollution/problems to the surrounding people but after that, the above mentioned factory owner is running his factory unit freely without any coercion of law.
If any people say to stop that work or shift your factory some ware else, the proprietor of factory shows as if the area were his property and say to us how dare you to say this & what do you want to do? You can do.

The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while making the tofees which is hazardous to the health of my family. Further, due to loud sound and sound of the machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home is becoming more weak day by day. Sir, I am a retired person and also adding that my wife is a Heart Patient and I am suffering from High Blood Pressure due to above mentioned factory and its noise pollution.

A-39 जो कि रिहाइशी इलाके मैं नहीं चलाया जा सकता, FACTORY मैं काम करने वाले करमचारी झुंड बना के रस्ते मैं खड़े रहते है और सिगरेट पीते रहते है जिससे कि वहा रहने वाले लोगो को आने जाने मै परेशानी होती है, FACTORY मैं काम करने वाले कर्म्चारिओ के वाहन भी रस्ते मैं खड़े रहते है तथा आये दिन सामान लेकर ट्रक आता जाता रहता है जिससे शोर शराबा तथा रास्ता बंद हो जाता है, आपसे निवेदन है कि इस ऑफिस को जल्द से जल्द बंद करवा दिया जाये

common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night due to heavy
sound generator Especially at night when working people reach home for some rest and
relax and to have Air & water & sound Pollution unbearable. So we the people can not
tolerate and bear the smoke & water pollution they are having sound
The smoke & sound directly to the illegal factories in
this residential area any more.
All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by
putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against
such unauthorized factories in our area that are making this place like
hell.This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping

This is to inform you that one illegal factory name Rolia Tissue Paper is running in residential area. Due to this factory, we all are in trouble from long back but people do not raise voice due to owner of this factory will harm them. Owner of Rolia Tissue Paper is Durgesh Saxena. House No. 529, Gali No. 8, I-block, Harinagar Ext, Jaitpur, Badapur, New Delhi 110044, Near and Behind Green valley public school. In this activity local Delhi Police is involved. We have seen many times that police comes and take money and factory runs under shade of Delhi Police.

We request you to not disclose our name as owner of factory is very powerful. He will harm us.

Due to this factory we face many problem daily without fail and life become worst. Problems are many but I am just listing few major problems:

1. Factory मैं काम करने वाले करमचारी झुंड बना के रस्ते मैं खड़े रहते है और सिगरेट and alcohol पीते रहते है जिससे कि वहा रहने वाले लोगो को आने जाने मै परेशानी होती है,

2. आये दिन सामान लेकर ट्रक and frequently small carrier vehicle आता जाता रहता है जिससे शोर शराबा तथा रास्ता बंद हो जाता है, Accident can happen with small child who play in front of own house as factory vehicle are running frequently.

3. We are not feeling safe because all day and night upto 10 pm we are surrounded by workers.

4. Some time factory also runs in the night. Common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night due to heavy noise in this street .

5. Also not able to concentrate on study in day due to continuous sound of factory

6. Ladies cannot come out from house as laborers are watching them in bad sense.

7. Air Pollution and sound pollution and many more . . .

Hello Sir/Madam,

I live in Rohini Sector 16, Block F6 Near Mangal Bazar road New Delhi - 110089. I want to take your attention towards the factories running in residential area. They are using heavy gas machines for welding which produce harmfull gases those are not healthy for kids and senior citizens.

Strange part is MCD team visited earlier but they remove there boards and machines from that place as they got the information early about team visit and start there work later.

Everything is running openly and no one is taking action against them because of vote bank may be. If you will come and check you will find multiple heavy machine and welding work is going on different blocks in Rohini sector 16 and 17.

Request you to please take visit and shut them ASAP.

I am a resident of adhyapak nagar, Nangloi, Delhi 110041, in our locality there is a illegal factory running, causes-
1) Heavy machines are running causes noise in day and night shift and becomes difficult to live for neighbours and locality people's.
2) Labourers from these factory are drinking and ruin the environment of living as well as commit short crimes and fight i.e. fighting and breaking windows of cars and bikes and keeping misbehave eye onto women in area.
3)Due to heavy noice, air pollution and garbage which they being spread outside the area has become messed up.
4) Security of women and houses are at risk where everybody is involved in crimes or several drugs and drinking and late night gathering on roads.
5)Several times lacality people are tried to talk about this to factory owner(lallu ram) but no result found and the condition getting worst.
The place where this factory is located is near to Sunheri eye hospital, H-215, h block adhyapak nagar, nangloi, delhi 110041.
I would like the nearby police station or mla or IAS to look into this matter and help us to save our residence and lacality.

Sir, this is to bring to your notice that the owners of following houses have made illegal encroachments in front of their house there by causing lots of inconvinience.
1) House no. 105, F Block, Jeewan park, Uttam Nagar, has constructed a wall on the road there by encroaching the road.
2) House no. 107, F Block, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, has put many flower pots in front of his house and has covered ( Pucca construction) the drain also. Because of it the road is also covered and also the water flows from the road.
3)House no. 108 and 30, F Block, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, have encroaced the considerable portion of the road by putting iron castings on the road.

The original road is more than 30 feet wide. Because of these encroachments very little space is available on the road where only one small vehicle can pass at one time and the drainage system has also affected considerably as the water flows only from road thus by cracking the road also. I would like to request you take action against the people who have encroached the public road and the encroachment should be removed immediately, so that people can get wide road and the drainage of water from the proper drains.
I had also made this complaint in MCD and I have the acknowledgement of that letter from MCD but they told me that since this area belongs to DSIIDC therefore we have to make complaint regarding this encroachment to DSIIDC.

MCD - Road Condition — Bad Road Condition

Road condition between Mehrauli and IIT gate road at Saket turning "T-Point" is very bad. . A small stretch of about 20 meters is completely washed away and this is causing traffic jam on this road.
For last 15 days no action is being taken to repair this road. This is causing inconvenience to commuters. Request, someone to look into this matter.

Hi, i live in adhyapak nagar, nangloi, and the condition of nangloi- nazafgarh road is like hell. road is really in a very bad condition and MCD is not looking into it and i am seeing this road for the last 8 years and nothing have been done so far. all the street roads have been re-constructed with concrete, but the main road is still in such a miserable condition that some or other person gets hurt or slip everyday on this road. especially the road in front of hari vatika near kamaruddin bus stand, this road is same condition since i have arrived in delhi for last 8 year. every season MCD people put some mud and bricks, but cannot made a permanent road.
moreover the concrete pacth made from nangloi chawk till the DJB (paani ki tanki) is really good, but few days back also DJB team made a big hole near the paani ki tanki and left the same as it is, there is not of problem people are facing due to this, . please do something about this...

MCD — worst road among the whole areas

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the road from Manglapuri-110046 to Janakpuri D block-110045 via sadhnagar-indrapark-kailashpuri-sagarpur is worst among the other areas of delhi. Daily 2-3 vehicles get stucked on this pathetic road. As per the area counsiller and MLA this road already made 3-4 times but i[censored] see, u will get your answer. Pls look into the matter as early as possible.

A resident of Indra park, palam which badly met with an accident causes certain injuries.

Now nangloi najafgarh road is a history only. We can see only on goverment map. There is no physical existance of this road. Road is in worse condition from 2-3 years and no one maintaining it.

MCD doesn't want to look on this road. There are 5 M.L.A towards this road not single person get out step nobody become forward to resolve this. They also faced a problem but why they guys not take out the issue. when sheela sarkar cames in delhi nangloi najafgarh road got totally ignored.

Hello Concern authority, i dont know to whom its belong .this is regarding the worse road condition from BSF Champ to Gurgaon which goes via village Bajkhera. the Road condition is too bad and the worse part is now a days authority doing some repair work but its so cheap and bad.they just laying a very thin layer of bituman and agrigate and in small-small patches, because of that the raod become more bumpy and worse and being a engineer i know its will not going to stay even for one weak..i request you to concern department check the quality of work the contracter is doing.its just a waiste of time .why are you waiste your time and public money to just complete the formality.there is no benifite of these kind of road repairing.Concern officer please-2-2-2 look after that work and just listen to youy sole vice what the hell you are doing...

1.) Hardly any autowalah (throught Delhi) would like to take you to home, if you're living in Nangloi Najafgarh Road..
2.) First time visiter to this road simply quotes it as "WORST EVER SEEN"
3.) 1.5 km (from water tank to Dharmkanta), the road literally gets vanished in the cases of even slight waterfall & the local drivers take another route through colony streets.
4.) This is the road which is honoured to have the homes of Olympic Icon Mr. Sushil Kumar and Cricketer Virender Sehwag.

Due to these dogs, the residents of whole Locality are facing regular problems. Whole night barking, biting people, unhealthy evironment. People cant even leave their homes, Stray dogs are a menace.Many of these dogs chase two wheelers and passers by. Unfortunately, these dogs are fed by the localites. Localites must be educated not to do so. Since the roads are busy with vehicles, these dogs could create accidents. Someone being chased could run towards a speeding vehicle. In addition, these dogs are a big threat to small children. Though there are many dogs in the area but 2 dogs in the following area, needs to be taken care of immediately. Before something serious happens, the authorities must deal with it. The dog squad must remove these dogs immediately. TOGETHER LET US SERVE OUR COMMUNITY.

Subject: Stray Dogs Menace

I would like to draw your kind attention to our locality where there are around 5 to 6 stray dogs and create a menace, and daily in the early morning or in the evening when I and my 2 years daughter or any other outsiders go to District Park through M-Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi: 110018, which no one can avoid to pass through, these stray dog gather together and starts barking and tries to bite us and other local residents.

If somebody goes and buys some house hold eatables from the nearby shops they try to snatch those from the hands and start barking dangerously. One of the female have given birth to little ones so they are much more furious.

They even keep barking throughout the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Please help!!

With due respect i want to state that myself Shivam Sharma a resident of Mandawli, Fazalpur, Delhi-110092
and many like me in my locality , have faced the severe phase of the deadly fever named 'dengue'.
There are no medical help provided to the lower classes and especially there is not even the sprinkling of the medicines which help in the prevention of the 'ades' mosquitoes,.,.,which cause this fever,.!!

kindly do the needful, as soon as possible!!

MCD — Playing with public health

Firstly I want to tell everyone the importance of Rs.1000 Note which can be used to allow one sugarcane juice maker (Gane wala) (The money they used to give mcd staff to allow them)to harm public health with the intention of there fast earning. Sugarcane(Gana) juice itself is illegal and banned by government as the mosquite which spreads from these machines can cause dangerous diseases like dengue, malaria etc and the dhoop they burn (which is made by tube wastes can effect throat and eyes) are very harmful for public health but still they used to run there shops without permit and by giving little amount of money to mcd staff to allow them to do so. I just want to request to our MCD pls allow these shops onlyafter proper method of survey and tell them to follow strict rules of health safety else pls stop them to play with public health. (Im suffering from cough problem as this shop is running without fear of mcd near my shop at gandhi nagar)

MCD — garbage public health

there is huge chunk of open vacant land lying there. It is being now used for throwing garbage, toilet, malwa illegal activities all under the nose of mcd but no action is taken from last two years. This place is stinking and huge risk of public hazard. There is lot of garbage stinking there and can cause of serious health hazard for the public living in surrounding.
That place belongs to mcd in the map and there is park but authority does not want to take any action which is causing lot of problem for the peoplle living in that area.
Kindly advice what to do whom to complain as concerned authority not taking any action.

I have lodge a request for issuance of my son duplicate birth certificate bearing MCD online application number 1007279 on 30.05.2011. Daily basis, am follow-up with MCD & I personally visit three to four time visit at MCD Najafgarh registrar office for any solution. No boday response properly & our applicatioin pending since last 45 days in Sub Registerar Office in Najafgarh Zone.

Am not understand, what to do now where we can lodge our complant.
Request to lodge my complaint and instruct concerned authority to do it without any dely.

there is a very old jalebi shop selling jalebi unhygenically in main bazar pahar ganj, 6 tooti chowk near hotel lord krishna without covering the sweet & using dirty hands & also offering people to drink water which is also stored in a dirty tub & cooking jalebi outside in the open which creates lots of smoke with oil & make people sick in the neighbor hood but they have very long shop inside & have lots of space to cook inside but they don't care about the law & they are using domestic gas cylenders (red color) in unathorised way with the link of bharat gas agency in the area & all the time there is lot of traffic block the road in front of this shop & everybody knows that this is very sensitive area & even policemen don't ask them to clear the traffic in front of that shop. i request you to take action against these people to save people from consuming slow poison.

I am a resident of Sector A, Block B & C, Vasantkunj, New Delhi. I am making this complaint on behalf of all the Residents in our sector. There is an open area adjacent to my house, behind the Elec. substation and in front of the temple, which is full of garbage and filth, has not been cleaned for the last a year or so. This place has become a place for breeding of mosquttos and all servants use this place as public toilet. This is an eye sore in a prestigious colony like Vasantkunj. We have already reported to our Resident Welfare Society who have not taken any positive action so far. If this is not cleaned there is every possibility of spreading of epidemic like malaria, dengue etc. Please make immediate arrangements to clean this place and sanitize without further delay. we woold like to draw ur attention regarding basic facilities of area and u r some how doing bt again most of the area is full of Garbage and Closed Drainage ( no lay out of drain )which causes epidermic to that area . Childrens are getting affected from breading of mosquitoes.
We are residinging at L2/B -Block, Mohan Garden, New Delhi 110059.sarrounding Kamal Model School, Gagan Bharti Convent and Rao Harry Public School.No MCD Commissioner, no any Leader or MCD officials are visiting in this area .He indulge in local polittics and does not perform his djuty sincerely. As the Denque fever is fast capturing the Delhi city, we request you to kindly take necessary action in arranging for grabage collection from our homes as well as area . Also advise him to collect garbage regularly from each home from the colony otherwise tranfer him to some other colony by suitably posting any eligible staff for the work.

But Now a days dengue is a major problem in this circumstance.

I want to draw your attention towards the dirty water logging inside the Ground, C-block Park, Tigri colony of drain and heavy rain fall. As there no passage for the water to flow out of the ground(park), this is creating a heaven for the mosquito in the nereby areas. There is possibility of dengue and malaria.

I agree with the complaint and would second it. Problem same with "D"BLOCK South Extension Part - 2 Parks. Lot of Water gets accumulated during the Rains Both INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF IT leading to breeding of MOSQUITOES AND OTHER WATER BORNE DISEASES making life very difficult for children and old people. Also another important point to be noted is during winter months lot o[censored]NSRCUPOLOUS PERSONS from nearby areas come and sit during the day and late evenings in the park doing all sorts of illegal activities making it extremely difficult for ladies and girls to walk by.
We also suggest your good self to get more TREES like NEEM, GULMOHAR etc so that it leads to healthy environment for the neighborhood and our Planer Earth in large.
Sir I request the officials to look into the matter immediately without any delay and take necessary action soon.

In the morning they appears in a group but after marking their attendance they disappears and even the garbages are lying on the road for 3-4 days. Sometimes they comes to collect money from the shopkeepers and after this problem remains the same. Especially school children are facing these troubles very much coz in the early morning they have to face the problem first.
Our area's Health Inspector also takes bribes from them and let them remain ineffective, which is very bad.

MCD & DDA — Health Hazard Alarming Situation

This is a complaint towards Flat Number 39A of Block FG-1, that is not occupied ny the owner for over a decade. The house has turned as a garbage centre in front and back. No ventilation in th house has left the flat in misrable condition. Water drainanage pipes coming in the backyard make the garbage smell to its best with mosquitoes and other insects increasing their population. The wter drainage pipe is blocked by the garbage so the water cannot flow and as it is there for couple of weeks, it has resulted in seepage to all the building. Water meter area has gone in depth. This house is turned in a serious health hazard situation, as all the other residents window open in the backyard. It is requested to kindly instruct the owner of the house, to either get this occupied, or take immidiate step to get this house clean and renvated, before any mishappenng occurs due to health hazard alarm. This is a HIGH ALERT CALL, and a copy of the request is being send to all the concern authorities to take appropriate and early action, or else any loss in the building and health hazard situation will stand towards concern authorities.

This is to infrom you that there is a park adjoing to Kusual Cinema(Land mark for this area), has become so worst, just because sweepers/scavangers tend to dump drain and sewage silt in the park, Every day throughout the day, pig (animal) just keep straying in the park because of this spreading filth, Living here has become impossible, Acrid smell emanate from the day rain falls. Tow times I have lodged verbal complain here to Nagam Nigam Parshad, but except assurance, I got nothing, It has been more than one month, the condition of this area going worst.

Warning: If soon any action is not taken to clean this park and bring higenic condition, it is taken for granted, lethal disease will take birth and endvaour the people.

I request you to take immediate action in days not in month.

Shiv Mandir Baljeet Vihar Nithari Ext. Semi High musk light is not working since last 2 months. The light not under TPDDL services.
