Broken and Blocked Drain

I am staying in Mehrauli ward 7 and lodged the telephonic complaint on 29th June 09. Complaint no. given was 1286.

We have broken drains in front of main gate. Drains are flooding with and garbage. No one is there to listen and diseases are spreading. We have to live with the dying smell and cannot walk on the street.

I am attaching the photograph, which will give the fair idea of the drainage proplem and the dirtyness on the streets. We have tried to resolve the issue ourselves and got this drain built-up, but since there is construction going on by the private builders and my street is used by the tractors to carry the malba. Tractors cause the damage to the drains, and also the malba jams the passing of water.

We have made the complaint to the builder as well, but nothing has happend, A required action must be taken to clean and repair the drains.

Subject : Repairing of drainage and clearance of the grassy area nearby it.

Sir,

I want to state that I am a resident of Bawana Village. The drainage near the samsan road in the village had been broken and a lot of grass has risen on it, due to which any dangerous accident could occur nearby it.

I have made many complaints and meet personally to the officers of MCD. I had made complaint to Chief Minister’s Office on phone vide complaint no. [protected] on 15th December 2009 and successively complaint no. [protected] on 28th January 2010, for which no action has been taken till date. I have also met personally to Shri R.K. Mallik, EA, MCD for the maintenance and construction of above drainage.

Sir, it is once again requested that the necessary action may be taken to repair the above said drainage immediately and its grassy area / land must be cleared to put away any mischief.

I shall be thankful for your kind cooperation.

Maray Ghar kay dono side Road ki nali Band kar de gai hai jeskay karan maray ghar kay bahar akasar pani block ho jata hai. Aajkal machar bhi bahut ho rahay hain jes karan Maray ghar main maray bachay ko fever ho jata hai. 72 main Jaiprakash ki family rahti hai jo apni maid say safai kara kar sara pani maray ghar kay bahar block ho jata hai kinyuki unhonay apni nali band kara rakhi hai or road ko bhi baki area say uncha kara rakha hai.

Dear sir,
I have to inform you that in our locality before the property no H-IIand /150 madangir dr. ambedkar Nagar sector-4, new delhi-110062.
We are facing the broken wall of main drain due to heavy rainfall. This cause the many accident happened in last few days we have many complaint earlier to rectify the problem but nothing was happened. This is also dangeours for small children’s playing in nearby. also got hurts many times as well as water logged due to some broken brick and wall obstraction in the flow of drain . Therefore our humbly request to you please restore the drain wall as soon as possible so that it can check a future problem.
