I call to airtel Customer then My call transfer to One lady Executive she noted my compliant then after 1 hour i receive a message from one airtel number Hai i am ... (her name) from airtel customer care worst executive provided by airtel because my mobile number cheese and contact to me this is so.much bad Activites...i will not accept it... every month in friendzchat(airtel) they are deducting 30 rupees. I want to unsubscribe this service.
I do not want this service. I have already given reminders. I[censored] deduct 30 rs once again I will
go to consumer court. this is very very serious. just 2 days back also I got a SMS saying that they
are renew the Friendz chat. pl stop deducting 30 Rs from my mobile. my number is [protected]

My self Mr.Sandeep Beedkar working in pune, My Airtel No. is [protected] had tried ISD call on 30.03.2009 at 9.15 pm, Due to network call was not made( attended ) but still i have deduction of 9.20 Rs. I called customer care and they replied and agree to revert my money but till date that amount is not credited, This is not a issue of money but my parents are not aware with airtel terrific customer service many times they are calling for ISD and the output is no call was made but deduction of money every time.Every time Deduction of 9.20 Rs. ...Horrible service..
I want explaination from airtel.

my name is kanav mahajan. i had applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 20-01-09 against a payment of Rs.949.00 by cheque.they assured me that the connection will be madde in a weeks time. but even after a couple of weeks it didnt happen and they not even told me about that. when i called them they told me that it is not possible as there is no service cable in that area.and they assured me that your money will be refunded within 25days. its almost 3 months and i havent received my payment.whenever i call them they keep on saying that the payment will reach me within a couple of days.i have called them a number of times but no response from their side.
really the service provided by them is below par.

everytime i will be giveing miss call to muscat i am deduting money, i was using this service for more thatn 3 years.i am not getting proper reply from the customer care that is the worst customer care. just now i called i was deduted, they told me they dont know, i want to credit my 9.20 rs . i will be giving miss call please reply me as within 1 hr. and credit my amount otherwise i will throw out the service. my father is also using the same service, he will also throw out the card. other service if they miss call the amt is not deducting. why IN AIRTEL IS LIKE THAT I WANT THE REPLY WITH A HOUR. I WANT TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM BECZ I WILL BE GIVING MISS CALL, DONT ADVICE THAT DONT GIVE MISS CALL LIKE THAT I FED UP WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE.
I tried for a talk with customer care executive to tell my problem facinng for outgoing SMS .I am unable to send any SMS throug my Phone but I am not able to talk with customer care executive.

My mobile number is [protected] .It is under Rs.999 lifetime scheme for last five years.After my latest recharge of Rs, 60/- a problem has started .My sim has gone in to International Romming automtically & gives this massage to everybody who calls.It also deducting more money for calls made from this sim.

Airtel — Negligence of Customer care executives
I had network issues with my Airtel post-paid no is [protected],i was using this connection since 3 years..i thought to cancel it and go for other connection.I have raised the compliant regarding the same.The customer exec told me that i will receive a confirmation call regarding the cancellation after few days.i got a call from one of the manager he told me that they are working on the network issue and it will be resolved in few more days.he requested me to retain the connection,i have asked some time for that.After two days i got another call from head office i spoke to the exec and told him that i wil retain the connection.and i have asked for the number change and told me the process.i asked him for the available numbers,he told that he wil get back to me in another 1 hour.After that i dint get any call from the airtel..I dint get my new number as well my old number was dissconneceted without the confirmation..i checked with the airtel customer care they are very rude and they are telling that the execs who spoke to me has not update my account wit proper details..n these ppl are tellin tht i am responsible for the same.What can i do if the exec has not updated my account wit proper comments??i also sent a mail to the nodal officer of the airtel,i dint get any response from them as well.This is really pathetic..I dont know how to escalate this issue..Airtel — miss utilisation of my balance
sir ihad recharge my cellno[protected] on 14/10/2009 of rs 999 but the comany has recharge to some other plan of my phone at the same time when itold the dealer that it has not been recharged to my local plan than the dealer told that the amount will be credited to your ac if you will do recharge 0f rs 575 than i recharged the amout 2 times of rs575+575 but the amount has not been credited to my ac when iconttected the company they told we are taking action but tilltoday no response till date my no. [protected] one land std not connect but std nu. is ok my cutomer complain no is [protected] so i want immediate solve my problem but i am not happy with aiitel very tuff work call a customer care

my number is [protected]. i got my no port from reliance on 10th july. it worked for 10 days.then i got an sms that i your enrollment form has not reached yet on 21st july. i myself went to the office and handed over to your office but still my services are barred yet... please resolve the issue at the earliest...
Airtel — Negligence of Executives
Hi,This complaint is against a executive of Airtel Named Kiran Kumar([protected]). I applied for Airtel Post paid connection last week, I called him up and told to collect the document. When ever I call,he used to say rite now I'm Busy I will be there in 1/2 - 1 hr. He repeated the same for nearly 2 weeks and dint come to collect the documents. Today morning he came and collected the document still the sim is not activated. Is this the way Airtel treat the customer? Is this the way Airtel trained their Employees? or is that because Airtel operates in 20 countries across South Asia, Africa and the Channel Islands, It has 243.336 million customers across 20 countries so it is fine if they loose 1 or 2 customers? If this is the case then one day you will surely loose all the customer. World is competitive. There are many other service providers who really do good and value their customers. This is the worst experience I had with Airtel.

AirTel — NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
My phone was stolen in which i was having AIRTEL postpaid connection Ph No. [protected]. I was trying to block my sim card by calling the NO. [protected], 123 and other phone No. which i found on Airtel site but all No. are going on COMPUTERISED MESSAGE particularly for marketing of the product. I was unable to talk to customer care executive and so i was unable to block my sim card.
