Sir,
90 days before the date of my, travel, I booked 2 berths on Train No, 0011 for 26th sept 08, and was issued ticket for two senior citizens. ( No.[protected] PNR No.[protected]. I checked the ticket and found an error in place of boarding, which was corrected. However because vision problems I read LB & Lb. However on closer scrutinyit turns out that I was issued UB for both berths. the berths In the interests of delivering results, I shall not dwell on whom the blame lies.
Suffice that I am being treated for Heart Disease, Hypertension, and Parkinson's disease My wife suffers from Osteoporosis, and it is very unlikely that I would 90 days in advance have requested UPPER BERTHS.

I would request you on humanitarian grounds to change my reservation to LOWER BERTHS.
I shall be arriving MUMBAI, EARLY ON 26TH SEPT., AND request that you send me the correct tel no & I SHALL COME TO THE OFFICE for endorsement.

Your KIND attention is drawn to the following problem for your necessary action. I am a resident of Flat No. 107, Himalaya Apartment, Rohini, Sec-2, Delhi.The sewage line in our area especially in front of my house has been overflowing from the last two days.

Three days ago people were sent from your department in response to the complaint by one of my neighbours. They opened the sewer and left a heap of garbage right there in front my house and again the sewer has been overflowing. In addition to it, two of the lids of the drains behind my house are also lying broken.

Please understand that this matter needs immediate attention as in summers there can be a threat of getting any epidemic spread. I am also pregnant and am scared because of this condition.

I will really apreciate if my complaints are treated as urgent. Due to your cooperation I would be grateful to you and I will also be relieved of such a dirty condition.
