[Resolved]  New Delhi Passport Office — did not receive Passport even after three months

I am KHEEMA NAND PANT from Delhi applied a passport on 24.04.09 & the ref no is DLH A[protected]
but i did not recived my passport till now earlier i had also send a mail on this site but waiting for response . When I do three four times complain but not respons to me. Same day applied & after 1 ref. no. is DLH A022600 has been dispatch but my passport is not dispatch.

Kindly provided me passport as soon

I like to vent my unsolicited grievance on activity of a premier organization of Govt Of India as the RPO,BBSR office is not issuing me the passport even after compliance of their long pending requirements.

I have the honour in seeking your valued intervention as it seems that the authorities are yet to wake up from their slumber

I am a student seeking passport since my application and have run to the RPO, BBSR time and again. Running from desk to table and compliance have paid me futile My status till date shows that there is requirement of residential proof.

As on residential proof I like to cite the requirement letter of RPO BBSR that the hon’ble office had intimated me vide letter dated 17.06.09 to submit the residential proof and the letter was posted on 14.07.09 by EMS & was received by me on 18.07.09. I like to keep the system awake that the letter was posted almost one month after its day of signing and the EMS receipt stands as supporting evidence.

Following the call, I have submitted copy of residential certificate issued by The Tahasildar, Balasore, Orissa, & copies of bank account passbook.
The acknowledgement is duly received by me.

I look at the status of my passport since then & exclaim to read the requirement wanting as before. Following it, I have mailed the reminder complaint & I am yet to receive the reply.
I am aggrieved to note the shocking status of the system that carefully ignores the passport issuance of a genuine applicant.
I look forward to your valued intervention and request you to ensure that the passport is issued within seven days of receipt of this mail

Passport Office Delhi — PASSPORT

I RAVINDER PAL KAUR passport no. Z071400. i have not recieved my passport despite the fact that the police report took place on 22 oct 2009.
it has been almost two months after the police enquiry took place
Not even this, the police repor enquiry even took place after alomst more than two months.
i just want to knw y there is such a delay in my passport. all the details i enetered are very well checked and verified but still i have not got my paspsort

Delhi Passport Office — Delay in Passport ( 7 Months)

I visited passport office on 14th Dec and checked with RPO for ‘M’ applications (DLH-M[protected]
. She sent me to record section after checking that passport is granted twice but number is not generated. When I went to record section, it was found that by mistake file was in hit bundle after I gave documents asked in Sept 2009 and was told you will get passport in 5 days and directed the boy that file should be sent to scanning section, still there is no status update on website nor passport received. Please help

Passport office - Delhi — Not getting any update on my passport application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted my original passport to Delhi RPO along with 3PP forms for Police re-verification (In Oct'09). My permanent address is in Delhi and temporary is in Bangalore.

Re-verification done at Delhi address two months ago. But no verification happen at Bangalore address. I have visited multiples times to RPO, Delhi. And twice or thrice sending them fax, email and they are not responding. No detail available online also.

I’m exhausted now, not sure what to do now. File no is DLHT02632709.

Any quick action on this will be highly appreciated.

so, gopal prasad should be considerd as father name which is written on matriculation certificate.

Dear sir i am BHUVNESH MEHTA i was appiled the passport this my file noZ064935 .The Police enquiry was done one week after the application submitted..But now its around 1month spend and i found that still my status show police report is pending...I don't no why.My report was going positive as i shown all necessary documents to the officer came for enquiry...One of my relative applied for passport 10 days after me and now his status show that application is in process.police report recd...pls help me in this regard..

PASSPORT OFFICE — PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 30 MONTHS

I have applied for my passport in the year 2008, JANUARY. FILE NO : A 000906.
For next one year i did not receive any notice or communication regarding the passport.
Lossing all my patience i reached your kolkata regional passport office to enquire about
the status of my passport. After waiting for 3 hrs i was informed that i need to submit all
documents because the passport office has received the envelop which suppose to contain my
documents but was apparently lost in midway. What a perfect example of responsibility.
I had to submit all my documents again after 13 months from the application date.
Waiting impatiently , I got the knock on my door from your investigation officer after another
4 months. with all his assurance and my hope i was waiting for the passport to arrive any day.
another 6 months passed away. I walked to the regional office 3 times , each time had to wait
for several hours in the enquiry window to return back due to excessive queue due to only
2 window being operational. I work in a MNC and we cant get so much time to spare. I have tried
my best to avail information but failed. I visited despatched office to learn that the passport
has beed despatched dated 19.08.2009 , No: 24393.
I have still not received my passport. please look into the matter as its difficult to trace any
information abt the missing passport.

PASSPORT OFFICE — Passport not received even after 23 days

I am Vishvendra Bhanu and i had applied for my passport under Tatkaal Scheme on 16/04/2010 File No. T013144 in the Regional Passport Office, New Delhi. I had submitted all the required documents with a Verification Certificate by Deputy Commandant and the Officer there was satisfied with all the documents.As stated i had applied under Tatkaal Scheme to get Passport within 7 days. But almost 23 days have gone and i have not received it yet and the status on the internet says that my passport has been dispatched on 21.04.2010. I have checked it at the post office too but they have not received it.
This delay has costed me a great loss as i needed to give SAT exam for which Passport is a must but the Exam date- 01/05/2010 went and i wasn't able to give the exam. The loss of Exam FEE i.e $92 along with the extra fee of rs. 1500 given to the passport office under tatkaal scheme must be returned to me alongwith the compensation of Mental Tension i am going through due to missing the SAT exam which was very decisive for my career.
I hope you take some action against it.

Its Been more than two months and i have not received passport from Bangalore RPO
