On 12/03/2013 I had placed a order of Wowemall Sports Silicon Watch (Pink) on TRADUS.com.And I had made payment by my Net Banking hdfc(Rs.320.00) on the same day.My Sub-Order 8014032_01.And on my website account it displays that the order had been dispatched from the seller.THEMOBILESTATION(.Trackon Currier Track No.[protected] When I checked the courier website it shows that my order had been deliver Some one Then I tried many numbers provided by tradus as there contact numbers.But on calling on this number they seems to be fake.No respond is given to my e-mails or complaints on tradus.
So I request you to help me to get my refund and any genuine contact number by Tradus .com.

My name is naresh chawla I had given a holding amount of rs 50000 to mr pankaj of smart infratech pvt. Ltd for the plot in their project fame city. I had booked a plot of 200 sq.Yards and told them to give the rest of amount after visiting their site in manoharpura. They told me that the project is 1 km from main highway but it is actually 4 to 5 km inside and the road was so much pathetic after coming back to delhi I visited their office for further quires like approvals n all but they refused me to even show their documents then I asked to return my money back but they said they will call me after 2 days as their owner is not in city. Now after many follow ups they give the same excuse n mr pankaj is not even picking my phone as I call instead of picking he sms me that he is in meeting or out of town n blah blah he is big time fraud they are just making people fool n taking our hard earned money. This company is totally fake n fraud n full of cheaters. I just want my money back and request people not to invest money in their project they only know how to cheat on us. They attract people by the advertising in news papers.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Nike showroom around 4 month back with a warranty of 6 months. But within the three month (after buying the shoes) it got damaged. I visited the Nike store from where I got these shoes and asked them to replace these shoes (as the shoes got damaged due to quality issue). In a response, I was asked to wait for 3 days as they need to liaise this issue with Nike consumer care and once they will get the confirmation from them, they will replace the shoes. But 3 days later when I approached them I was told that these shoes cannot be replace as these shoes got damaged due to bear and tear (which is not the case).These shoes are at very good condition and I rarely wear. Also only one part of the shoes got damaged where as other shoes is absolutely good, which shows that these shoes has a quality issue. But when I raised the same question to Nike stored guys then asked me to liaise it with Nike consumer care. I sent the mail (4 days back) along with factual information to Nike consumer care team and requested then to replace the shoes. But even after sending a couple of follow up mail, no one has responded..

first bill of amount of rs. 118/-. on 24th JAN 2013.
On 19th FEB 2013 i gave a request at RWORLD office at shalaka building parle point for change service postpaid to pre-paid and pay outstanding amount of Rs. 850/-.on same date.I was told that service will be changed with in one week.After one week i contact to customer care for same they replied me that no request is given for same no., and please contact again RWORLD office.As
i am a serviceman so its not possible to go there daily for me.Now again on 13th MAR 2013 i received a bill of amount of rs. 842/-..I got call from Reliance 2-3 times and i also contact customer care many times but they are asking me to pay amount of rs.842/-. Now can you please tell me why should i pay this amount as i have given request for service change before one month and i have cleared all outstanding balance and i am not using data card for a minute. If RWORLD executive can not give services properly to customer then why customer will
pay for this.
Now yesterday also i got a call from reliance for paying this month bill i said, i am not going to pay any single rupee and i want my data card service as pre-paid without paying any charge.
I just want to introduce about RWOLRD executive's service how they behave with a customer whenever i go there one lady executive is there and she always will be busy on phone with someone if not on phone on centre also i saw her with someone just gossiping if i asked for any query or request then she reply its not possible you have to contact to this and you have to come again...etc. is this a proper way to communicate with customer.
I request you to take this matter seriously and do needful.i am waiting for your kind reply and action on this.
