this is to inform you that I had abroad band connection from Airtel no [protected] .I requested for transfer from One place to another .Which never happened.I kept getting calls from them that they will do the survey and then one fine day they said its not possible.
After that they started sending me bills till date.
I had clarified so many times that I had no intentions of not paying but if send me the bills till march I will pay.I sent mails alos.
But nothing happened and they kept sending me bills till date.
REcently they threatened me of sending me legal notice.This is what Airtel does.Troubling their client.

Hi. It is to inform that I took the facility of wi-max from Bsnl and from d very first day its not working I registered my complaint to their vendor but he simply ignored thn after waiting for feedback but in vain I personally went in their office but no person was there on seats since two of them were on leave for a week . I registered my complaint but no necessary action was taken when I called them they lied to me that we will be coming to u and like this 3days spent and they continued cutting my calls and harrased me badly and also showed very rude behaviour twice as if I am at fault. Then Again I went there it has been a month now its not working and there is no response from their side whomsoever I talk to d officials simply response that we R not responsible or concern person to talk to. M totally helpless I want all my money refund I need no connection no service from them and also I want they to pay or punishment for them for mentally harrasing me by continuously cutting or ignoring my calls for complaint I missed my office twice just because they assured me that they will visit me and check d problem but that doesn't happened rather they keep postpone my complaint and made fool out of me. one of the Axis bank representative visited my house and told me that they selected me for premium customer and it is free of any charges and have many benefits, i double checked with him about charges and he clarified there is no charges, it is free of cost as i have maintained a healthy balance in account for more than a quarter.i agreed to him and he gave me a form to sign claiming that you need to fill a form for
Premium account, i did that.after 15 days an amount of RS 6172/- was deducted from my account and i found that they have opened my Deemat account and i immediately complaint to axis bank.Then i was contacted by Anna nagar branch saying it was mistake from their side and they will refund my amount and they requested me to take back the complain as this is branch's responsibility to get my money back and again i agreed and took back my complaint. Now it's been 10 month of that incident and they did not refund my money, i have invested hundreds in calling and messaging their representative but every time they gave new excuse.
Request you to please take necessary action in getting my money back with 10 months of interest or advice me what action can be taken to tackle this kind of problem, i have email trail with anna nagar bank branch discussing about the refund and fake promises from their side.
I want my money back with interest and compensation for mental torture and time-wastage in unnecessary follow-ups with axis bank after every 10 days for continuously 10 months.

My name is Jayant Kumar Singh, I bought a sofa in 2011 from Sofaworld with three years warranty. My sofa had some issue so i went to sofaworld kondapur to inform about the same and they told me that in next couple of days some one will visit to fix it but even after that almost 45 days no one came. So visited the sofaworld again and they said some will visit tomorrow and as usual no one came. So I again visited you guys then Mr. Ahmed told me that we will send some one tomorrow to pick up your sofa and will fix it in two working days in our work shop. So last Sunday which was 06/07/2013 two person came and picked up the sofa and it was informed that i will get it back on Wednesday. I never got my sofa back so called back on Thursday and it was informed you will get it tomorrow. I said no problem. Again same thing i never got my sofa back, I called back on Friday and Mr. Ahmed said you will get it either tomorrow or by Sunday for sure. Same thing never got my sofa so called him yesterday which is Sunday and Mr. Ahmed said Sir you don't you to call me any more you will get your sofa tomorrow. And again i Never got my sofa back. So i spoke to Mr Joseph the Generag manager and he said i need 48 hrs to resolve your issue but never said by when you will get. Its 10 days now i have not received my own sofa. Its like i am begging for my own Sofa.

Today I ordered dominos pizza from Viman Nagar branch. The service was pathetic. I ordered (order no 459) at 10:00 PM and I got the delivery at 11:25PM after calling dominos 5 times. Moreover the pizza was delivered cold. I have not eaten such a bad pizza before. I cant believe that dominos service and product could be so bad.
I suggest you guys to think before ordering pizza from dominos again. Very bad experience.

Me a resident of Behala wants to launch a complain against a shop located in Behala. the name of the shop is DYNAMIC IT MALL located at the junction of Rai Bahadur Road and James Long Sarani in Behala. I have given a laptop there for repairing and they have damaged my laptop totally. The shop has charged the whole money and I have paid the full money but after 2 months of repairing I noticed the damage. When I went to the shop for querying aboout the cause of the damage they totally ignored it and the owner of the shop is too disgusting does not know how to deal with the customer use abusive languages and the shop is totally disgusting and extremely bad. Even I tell that they use to cheat customers.They charge more for a particular item then what normal computer shop charges. Please Be careful before buying any item from the shop.
Last year on 5th January 2012 i took connection(by paying basic plan 600 + tax + installation charges 600) and that did not worked i raised many complaints to fix the issue but it was not resolved after 2 week i raised formal request terminate the connection on 14 January 2012 and i stopped using internet, in feb their executive called me and told me to try for 2-3 day and he insist for same and told it will be free usage and if does work then only i can continue. so i tried to use connection between 17-19 feb but it did not worked, again i raised complaint to terminate it immediately. after so many follow up finally i got confirmation for disconnecting internet. those guys have not refund my advance money 1200 rupees(which i paid as advance security deposit) and also now after one year i got call from their advocate saying that company is filling case against me and he told me to do out of court settlement and pay the money, they are saying that there is bill pending of 1200 from my side. i tried to call customer executive they assured that there was no usage from my side and i need not to worry. but again today i got call from some tikona advocate saying that i have to pay money otherwise i have to come to Delhi to fight case. Now my internet was never working and within 10 days i raised request to terminate the connection they purposefully did not disconnect the connection and now after one year they are blackmailing me by threatening to come to delhi court.
Now if I call customer care executive they say you feb 2012 bill was generated so I have to pay that. First of all I never used the connection as it was not at all working and after raising termination request on 14 Jan 2012 they did not disconnected the internet and keep on generating the forged bill for example by internet plan was 600 + tax (it should be less then 700 hundred ) and they generated 1200 rupees bill.
I want my money back which I have paid initially as my internet did not worked.

I am priyanka.1 and half months before, i braught a tabuje fan(Bajaj spectrum high speed)from a very big shop in chromepet named Raj hardware.When i saw the demo of the fan, i asked them to give me a fresh piece.They got for me a new fan packet.the packet was looking very oold.I asked the shopkeeper, to open the packet and to show me demo of the fan because foh all electronic shop they will do the same but that time they conviced us and sold the fan without showing it to me.when .I came home, and opened the fan, the brim of the fan was broken, the 1st switch was not working.immediately i caled to the shop and askd for replacement but they told me to cal customer care.The customer service man came after 6 days and fixed the fan but when i swichd on the fan the blades came out.again i called to the shng and asked for replacement.but they told they wont replace it and gave me back after repairing.when i came home the same thing happend again.The shopkeeper of Raj Hardwaqe cheated me and sold a bad fan.so i need to put complaint against him

I bought X900 in august 2012 and since 2nd June 2013 i.e. within 9 months, my phone is not working. First of all the pick up didn't happen for 4 days in spite of so many calls to the call center. First the problem was that the phone was not detecting network. It was repaired and sent mid of June. When I got the phone there was again problem with the phone with the mike. I have sent it for repair. First I was told that I will get it in few days and now I am told that the phone cannot be repaired. First I was told that I would be given replacement phone X1000. Now I am told I will get refund of rs.9156 which is not acceptable to me. So now I am offered Q700 and the same is not acceptable. I have informed that either pay me Rs.12000 or give X1000 else I will be compelled to approach the consumer court for compensation with interest.
The company does not have any proper service center nor proper coordination for resolving service issues

I checked with the contact person named Mr. Amit (Mob.[protected] in Panacea Bio-tech (B-1/A-27, Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, Delhi - 110044 ) where I went for work and got to know that they have already pay Chanda Tiwari in full and in our last call she said actually confessed that she has got full payment but she has spent that money and ahe will pay me soon and from then she is not answering at all. It has been more than 3 months.
and after this incident I came to know that she has done the same fraud with many and still doing as she takes assignments in lower rate from market and keeps money with her for reference there are some names which she done the same are Tabish, Firduas studying in JNU and Intekhab Alam.
Kindly advise how can I get my full payment from her.
