[Resolved]  Nikunj Automobiles Limited — What is the next step...?

Sir/madam,

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "n" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

Sir agar pure india main network available hai to customer's ko problum kyu face karni pad rahi hai...?

ALCHEMIST 'GROUP' COMPANIES UNDER LENS FOF FUND-RAISING, The Economic Times, Date: 14-May-2013

NEW DELHI: Three Alchemist 'group' companies are under the corporate affairs ministry's scanner for their fund-raising activities, which allegedly ranged from accepting deposits against fictitious property certificates to issuing preference shares to investors without the regulator's approval.

KD Singh, the entrepreneur-turned-politician, is the chairman emeritus of the Alchemist Group, which according to its website is a Rs 10, 000-crore conglomerate with a wide range of business interests varying from hospitality to pharmaceuticals to real estate. Singh is a Trinamool Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Jharkhand, and is reputed to be close to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

None of the three companies under investigation - Alchemist Infra Realty, Alchemist Holdings and Alchemist Capital - is named in the group's website, but the corporate affairs ministry during the course of its investigations discovered advertisements and pamphlets for the deposit-taking schemes that explicitly stated that Alchemist Infra Realty was a part of the Alchemist Group. Alchemist Capital's filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) names Singh as a shareholder.

RoC Delhi, which was probing Alchemist Infra Realty's books, discovered that in 2009-10, the development charges and the advance against land collected by the company stood at Rs 1, 087 crore in comparison to the actual land holding of Rs 43 crore.

"It clearly shows that the company is having no land assets and is simply collecting funds from the public on false promises, giving fictitious certificates on the basis of non-existing land and shall not be in a position to deliver the said property to the depositors, " RoC Delhi had written to the ministry on August 24, 2012.

According to the RoC's investigation, a number of complaints were filed against the company by various people.

The complainants furnished their certificates of property issued by the company, which later reneged on its promises. Alchemist Infra Realty, on its part, told the RoC that it has not accepted any deposits from the public for allotment of land or plots and said it had not deployed any agents to sell its schemes.

The Alchemist Group spokesperson, in an emailed response to ET, said the group does not accept daily deposits, weekly deposits, monthly deposits or deposits of any kind, and is not connected with any kind of chit fund business.

Deposit-taking companies have been in the news since the implosion of the Saradha Group in West Bengal, the home state of the Trinamool Congress.

The spokesperson added that Alchemist was a large group and believed in fair business practices, and that charges against it were motivated. "The cited matter is in court and hence sub judice...Since the matter is in court we won't like to comment on this. It suffices to say that we don't agree with the charges which were based on motivated complaints hence the matter is in court of law. It won't be out of place to mention that Alchemist group is in existence since last 32 years and has never defaulted in any business or financial commitments towards public in general or any institutions in particular, " said the spokesperson.

On a separate and specific query about the exact nature of relationship between the Alchemist Group and Alchemist Realty, the spokesperson reiterated that the matter was sub judice, and that she had nothing to add. The corporate affairs ministry had directed the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, or SFIO, to probe Alchemist Infra Realty, but the company has obtained a stay order from the Delhi High Court against the investigation.

The ministry of corporate affairs had launched an investigation into Alchemist Realty and the two other companies after receiving a complaint from CPI MP D Raja that was forwarded by Reserve Bank of India Governor D Subbarao in January last year. Raja in his letter complained that 13 companies, including Alchemist Infra, were illegally inviting deposits from the public by issuing brochures and offering schemes like allotment of residential plots, debentures etc.

Raja, whose party is a political opponent of the Trinamool Congress, told ET he did not know who the owner of the company was when he filed his complaint, but was subsequently told by people that this was 'KD Singh's company'. "I had written a similar letter to Sebi Chairman Shri UK Sinha too but I received no response from him, " added Raja.

In the case of Alchemist Holdings and Alchemist Capital, the RoC is probing violation of Section 67(3) read with Section 73 of the Companies Act. These sections together forbid a company from privately placing shares to more than 50 persons without obtaining the necessary approvals from Sebi, and also disallow a company from floating advertisements inviting deposits without the necessary approval from bourses. However, Alchemist Capital has raised Rs 165 crore and Alchemist Holdings another Rs 444.67 crore and the list of allotees run up to 1, 369 pages and 1, 439 pages, respectively.

The companies raised the capital through preference share of face value of Rs 10 each. The ministry of corporate affairs is studying the outcome reports of the technical scrutiny into the accounts by RoC Delhi, an official familiar with the developments told ET.

Hello I am Chander Shekhar Gogia. I have a complaint against IDEA company. The mobile no. [protected] is registered on my name. Someone has misused my voter ID. I have never used this number. I have no idea who is using this no. on my name. Several phones come from customer care to pay this outstanding bill, but I always refused that I am not using this no. And today I was shock by the call of Advocate Rahul Mehta which is from Tishazari court who told me that IDEA had put the case against me for the reason of not paying the outstanding bill of mobile no. [protected], and I have to pay the bill of Rs 10, 460 amount. After discussing with Advocate I arrange the money to pay this bill.
I want to ask why my name & Identification is misused by IDEA? Why this no. [protected] belongs to me without my prior notice? Why this no. bill is on my name? This is pathetic that somebody is using my identification. After inquiry I knew that this no. belongs to Varun Enterprises. How is this possible? This IDEA no. belongs to me but the address belongs to Varun Enterprises. Probably there is a mistake on the part of Idea. Why I have to pay any others bill when fault is not mine.
Please do the needful & refund my money asap.

"Denial of Service warranty by Shopclues online portal"

I have purchased a mobile, "Airtyme Picasso (Smokey Grey) through
Shopclues.com vide order number 2158086 during Jan 2013 1st week. It was
mentioned in their site (www.shopclues.com that one year manufacturer warranty exists for this
product. Unfortunately by the end of April 2013, some lines started
appearing on the screen. Subsequently I got in touch with the Airtyme call
centre. To my dismay they informed me that there is no such warranty exists
for this product and they have asked me to get in touch with Shopclues. So
I called up shopclues customer care and spoke to one Mr. Gaurav. Without even
checking my order number he said that nothing can be done from your side
and again asked me to get in touch with Airtyme. I wrote to them several times, but they didn't provide me a solution.Thn I approached the manufaturer again and they inturn ashed me to get in touch with Shopclues. I am totally lost now. Request you to give a
solution for this at the earliest. Expecting an immediate and favorable
action from your side.

Hi dear, my name is amit kumar from chandigarh i am using airtel prepaid no. [protected]. My concern is that i am loosing my phone balance unnecessarily without using any add on service. I am just receiving a sms( saying welcome to on demand services...) in every 4 hours and i have been charging Rs 3/- for every message. I have called up customer care no. [protected] of time and they stopped it temporarily which will again start in a day or two. customer care executive says that this services is by default activated on every new connection but i am using this no. from last 2.5 yrs and every my known having this no. i don't want to change my connection. Kindly help me out and if possible ask them to refund the same amount in my account.

As the forum is dealing with frauds/unethical practices of restaurants, i request you to consider this mail as a complaint against a defaulter restaurant running by the name of "Asian Gardens", located at G19-20 Radha Chambers, Community Center, first floor vikaspuri, New Delhi.

The said restaurant charged me
1. Service tax.
2.VAT.
3.Service charge.

Interestingly, the bill nowhere mentions any service tax number or any VAT number.
I was charged service tax @4.944%, VAT was charged twice as DVAT @12.50% and again [protected]@20.00%, service [protected]@8%;thus forcing me to pay to the tune of Rs.5472/- wherein my itemized bill total was only Rs.4980/-.

Inspite of bringing it to the notice of the restaurant management by me that the said charging was unlawful, no heed was paid to it and i was shown the door by them.

It is requested of you to please take cognizance of such malpractices rampantly being followed by restaurants wherein innocent customers like me are cheated .
In absence of any clear norms consumers/customers are being defrauded on a daily basis and are unjustifiably harassed by such restaurants.


It is therefore humbly prayed that the service charge money and the double charged DVAT that was charged wrongfully by the restaurant be returned to me by the said restaurant.
I shall be obliged.

hi, I am Roushan Rathore, I am using Airtel Mobile, No. - [protected].
I saw a Roaming rate Cutter pakage on your website that Recharge with Rs. 35 and all incoming will be 30p/min during roaming (except J&k) & all outgoing will be 1.5p/sec.
I recharged my no. with Rs. 35 on 29th May 2013 and went outside in roaming on 30th May 2013. While roaming i noticed that even after recharging for Roaming rate cutter, airtel was deducting Rs 1 for incoming and Rs 1.5 for Outgoing which is normal (means even without any recharge they will charge the same amount).
On 30th May 2013 eve, i called to customer care exe of airtel & explain all the details to her, so at that time the Cust care exe told me that in rajasthan, Roaming rate cutter package is of Rs 33 not of Rs. 35.
In Rs 35 my all local & Std outgoing calls will become 60p/min on mobile & on Landline it will become Rs 1/min.
Before that i already had a plan activated on my mobile due to which all of my Outgoing calls (whether std or local) cost me Just 40p/min and even after this recharge of Rs. 35 my all calls were costing me Just 40p/min. I explain this thing to Cust Care exe but she did not respond in proper manner & disconnected the phone.
So when i came back to my home network on 7th June 2013, I made a call at 8 PM to cust care exe and explain all the things to them.
I talked with 3 different Cust care exe (every cust care exe transfer the call to their seniors) Named - Mukesh & Rajesh(Sr. Cust Care Exe).
I told them that do they think that any one will top up their mobile for increasing his outgoing cost from 40p/min to 60p/min and thats too that plan not activated on my no. So i simply told them to refund my Money in terms of Talktime to me, but they simply behave in rude manner and told that its not possible to return the money and disconnected the phone.
I was so upset with this kind of response from the cust care exe that i simple decided to switch over to some other telecom operator and instantly applied for MNP.

Its not about the Rs35, Its about the services. If the Top company in the telecom field will provide such kind of services then in that case there is chances that they will not able to retain that spot with them.
I am Porting my sim in Vodafone which has a greater customer satisfaction rate then Airtel.
I really never expected such kind of service from airtel thats too after being a loyal customer of Airtel for last 7 years.

I was in need of a broadband connection so asusual i contacted BSNL for it but they said the underground cable was totally destroyed in our lane so they said it is impossible to give you a connection. And everyones knows about beam broadband and local internet services.But we had Airtel broadband covered till some part of malkajgiri and that too in vasanthapuri colony, so i kindly request them there are many customers like me who are in need of good broadband connection like airtel broadband. So i request airtel broadband to kindly look into this matter and please extend there coverage to inside areas of vasanthapuri colony, malkajgiri areas. I had purchased xoeria zl 2 months back. There is a mike issue in the mobile so I had submitted my mobile to service centre of Indore..ticket id : [protected]. My complaint is against Reliance Communication

A Month ago I got a Promotional Call from No. "[protected]" for 899 Plan and 1299 Plan.
Sales Executive and The Team Lead explained me about 899 Plan and
said "Unlimited Calling to any N/w and Unlimited 2G Data Usage for 899 Rental"
and Unfortunately I got my No. [protected], MNP from Airtel to Reliance. with 1000 Rs as security
When My No. was Activated, I Called up Reliance Customer Care to confirm the same Plan is Activated or Not.
Then I cam to know that I have been cheated, "In 899 Plan there are 3, xx, xxx (3 Lac somthing)Seconds are free for Calling
and after that it will be charge with 10 paisa pulse and No Data Plan is included in it."
Now This was very unethical, amateur, inadequate, crooked of the Sales Executive and His TL.
To mateur the sale, Why did he shared the wrong Information.
and When I called the No. to ask why wrong information was shared, TL said " the correct Information was said during sale, You would have misunderstood the tarif."
Then I asked him to listen and share the recodings of the Call..
I am surprised such Chaters, amateur, illmanered people are Employed at India's 2nd Largest Telecom Service Providers.
SECONDLY.. My No. was De-Activated on very Next Day, due to non submittance of My Documents i.e. Verification
Now this is some thing ridiculous. There was No person who came to my home for Verification and neither Any Call was made to Me to check the address.
Then I contacted Customer care, according to them I have to contact the people to whom I handed over my Documents.
THIS IS 3rd DAY.. MY NUMBER IS NOT WORKING. and I have been madely calling respective people to get my No. reactivated.
BUT NOOOoooo BODY IS RESPONDING.

After Escalating the case to higher authorities, My No. services started..

But again after 4 Weeks, My services were temperary disconnected, & when I have asked the reason of disconnecting the services was,
My documents were not submitted.. I again escalate and then next day again the services were restored...

Now This is Thried time MY Mobile No. services are temerarily out of service,
This is 4th day of disconnection. without any reminder call or intimation the services were deactivated.
The reason provided is same, My documents have not reached to company, and no verification is done,


I only want following points to be agreed to fulfill my loss.
MY Number should be Activated Imidiately... and
I should be provided with service as been told during Sale..
due to No. not working I have missed my on call scheduled interviews and my important calls,
How come reliance is going to revert me w.r.t. my Loss
