[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

I give my handset nokia care Kattappana and the phone working.They tell three times sent to Delhi the phone. Nokia — No responce from Nokia Care for One month

I had given my Hadset Nokia 7210c for a keppad problem in the Nokia care Margao - Goa. There has not been a single responce from Nokia care for a month & every time I called them They said that the parts are yet to arrive. Finally after a month they tell me that the had set has a restarting problem & canot be reapaired. NOKIA IS KNOW TO BE THE BEST PHONE ... BUT IWOULD LIKE TO ADD ... IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IS FORGET IT YOU CANT GET IT FIX JUST DUMB IT. I HAVE LOST 4 HANDSETS ALL BECASE OF NO SERVICE FROM NOKIA CARE. Nokia 3310, Nokia 3315, Nokia 6610i & NOW Nokia 7210c BECAUSE NOKIA CARE TELL ME AFTER 1 MONTH THAT IT CANT BE REPAIRED. ... THE NEXT TIME YOU BUY A NOKIA PHONE THINK ANOUT IT FIRST.

Nokia — bad service center support

Dear Sir,
I am a customer from agartala(tripura) suffering disturb in my n73 mobile. Nokia care are not so serious upon the matter. They are saying, we dont have enough stock of parse to support ur complaint, plz wait few days...The fact is that they are saying like this from last 7-8 month.
I bought a Nokia 5800 Express music in early 2009. Besides getting heated when talking and the volume frequency changing during conversation, from the middle of May till end June 2009, the screen display kept going off. Finally the display screen packed up completely on 30th June 2009. So, I handed over the set to Nokia Care at KN Services, Malviya Nagar on 30th June. The phone was to be repaired and returned within 15 days ie 1th July.

As all my contacts are on the phone and I need to call clients, I called[protected] on 8th July. They put me on to the same KN Services who assured that the phone would be repaired and handed over soon.

On 16th July morning again I spoke to KN Services and they informed that I will need to call them after 2 hours as their computer has a virus problem and they cannot give any repair status. When I tried to call later, no one was picking up their phones.

Being helpless, I called[protected] in the evening of 16th July and explained the pathetic situation to them . They said call on Saturday 18th July to get an update on the repair status !! This is completely unhelpful and no one seems to know where the phone is or what the real problem is. I need the phone badly. This matter is getting very frustrating and unreasonable. There has been no feedback or assistance from Nokia till date on this matter. The complaint ID is 1:[protected]

Nokia — POOR RESPONSE BY CUSTOMER CARE SHOP

Dear Sir

I am mentally harrassed by Nokia Care Centre. Ever since I had purchased E51 my life have become misrable. I visited two time initially they formated all details, upgraded the programme and said problem is solved. Last time again i sent phone they said they will have to change key pad for that i will have to keep the phone for more than 7 days. I did not had arrangement of another phone hence it took me time for 15 days to arrange the another phone. Later I sent phone to Ahsram Road Customer Care Centre They said to go back to Mani Nagar, When I insisted to submit compain there it self, they said phone has exposed to water hence they are rejecting.

God Knows This is what for gandhiji has fought to get freedom so that we can be harrased easily. My nervous system is being affected due to my in ability to fight in such competitive time.

Gautam Shrikhande from Hingoli district before 9 month i purchased Nokia 3610a handset and it is damaged within 2 month the problem is that trips is damaged so nothing is showing on display so for that reason, i came to pune and i had given this handset in nokia care in pune on 1 juley 2009. and job sheet no is[protected]/090701/62 but the company returned to me and care manager the name of Rameswar kottalwar said it is impossible to change this part and to become in good position so i mail to you i want my handset in privious position if not i want head of co. manager email id.and also want compensation which i have lost.
if not i am going filed suit against co. i want reply within 3 days

I am Arun wants to complain the customer care center in North campus Delhi .There Engineers are not able to repair my ( Nokia N81 ) mobile & they do no pay attention towards our complain,

Nokia — nokia care not doing work properly and giving phone without correcting it

i have said that upper speaker of my phone(N73 m) are not working properly and i want to reboot the software of my phone but they put the software of n73 this will happened 3rd time.

Nokia N-70 — MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS

Dear Greviance Officer in charge,
I had bought N-70 on 01.07.2007. I had a display problem on 17.07.2009. I enquired for a rough idea in the local mobile repair shop and I was informed that it will cost Rs.1200/-. But I wanted to get it serviced from the Company service centre. So I contacted a Nokia Care Centre in Frazer Town ie.`Shakthi Communications', M.M. ROAD, FRAZER TOWN, BANG-560 005, on 21.07.2009. When I contacted them, the Customer Service Personal, just took the set inside the workshop to consult the manager there and came and informed me, it will cost Rs.1850/-. I was shocked and enquired about the reason for such a price and she told me that some IC would have got damaged and that is the rate. But somehow I wanted a genuine Product inside my set, so I agreed for the price and took an acknowledgement with a complaint number. On 23.07.2009 evening I went to collect the set with the required money. The delivery boy there, just handed over the mobile and took the cash and said Thank U very politely without giving any receipt. I asked him for the receipt. Then he directed me to the next table to the Customer Service Executive. She, INSTEAD of giving me a SYSTEM GENEREATED RECEIPT, is
writing a manual Receipt. When I asked for the System Bill, she said that this is the receipt they give. I protested and told that this receipt is not an authunticated receipt and that you are cheating the customers. For that she told me that later the amount collected will be keyed in the system. For that I told that Rs.1850/- wont be keyed in the system, instead a very meagre amount will be keyed in. U people should UNDERSTAND that this gives me a DOUBT that THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME BY CHARGING A HEAFTY AMOUNT FOR SERVICING AND CHEATING THE COMPANY i.e. NOKIA, BY KEYING IN ONLY A MEAGRE amount as collected from the customers.THEREBY THEY WILL POCKET THE DIFFERENCE OF CASH AND MAKE A PROFIT FOR THEIR OWN AT OUR COST AND THE COMPANY'S COST.

So, I request the CONCERNED to inspect such SERVICE CENTRES and save YOUR ORGANISATION's REPUTATION AND THEREBY GET AND RETAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMERS. Also, I request you to clarify what is the actual amount charged for the Display problem.
One small suggestion, kindly display the approximate charges for the common problems in all the service centres so that many customers will come to your for getting your service and increase your GOODWILL.
