[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

i have nokia 5800...the problem is that it switch on and off on its own...and now its switched off and its not switching on...pls tell me what to do... and this same problem is with many of my friends who have nokia 5800...

Nokia 6300 — Service people taken original parts

Hi,

I have given my Nokia 6300 in one service center, they are Nokia dealers.actually my problem is that if i switch off my mobile and try to switch on some times its not switching on, some times i can.for that reason i gave my mobile.he asked Rs. 650 for repair.i said ok later i will do it, now not required, then he asked me to come next day to return my mobile.and he took original disply from my mobile then he replaced broken display simply he is telling you gave that mobile only.then in this case to whom i have to approach and what is the process plz let me know.

NOKIA- 2760 — Refuse to register customer complaint

Yesterday I am purchage one NOKIA- 2760 mobile set at 20:37 (27.05.09) after than I notise that on mobile hand set keybord foer nob are not working. Today 28.05.09 I go to the mart and show the problem but Reliance mart manager refust to lestion anythings. He clearly told one times I am sold the goods after that Reliance Mart have not any responsibelity. Details of perchase items in below.

I'm very disturbed due to non action on my complain to NOKIA. My grievance is that no action has been taken in spite of repeated complains & numerous visits to the vendor & customer care against BLACK line appearance on the LCD screen of my Nokia 5310 which under is under guarantee period. Point to be noticed is that LCD screen of my cell is showing three black lines on the LCD, which is very visible & distorting the appearance. I have been forced to register this complain after doing everything that I can do under given circumstances but of no avail. I have lost much of my valuable time & resources to get my cell ok but it seems at NOKIA post purchase care is non-existent.

i lost my phone on 29/05/2009.imei number-[protected]...m really broken widout ma phn..hav all my contacts and memories ...:( :(...!!!plz trace my phone if possible..!!

I am Bapi Das purchased a mobile Model No.5300 (IMEI No.[protected])on 7th June 2008 from Bolpur, Birbhum, W.B. Three month ago I face a problem i.e. no outgoing audio. I go to your service center at Suri, Birbhum, W.B. I did not know that what they did? Because when I back my house and call the problem to be created. After a week 2nd time I send my mobile this center. They said that if I change my mobile cover (body) the problem not to create.

I change my mobile cover(body) and no change to the problem. On 1st June I go to this center 3rd time, but no body clear the problem.

Sir, I request to you please give me the address as early as possible where I go and clear this problem.

Nokia 6233 — hang of mobile

mobile is being switched off automatically every 4 hours and after restarting it is agin being switched off automatically pls help me as soon as possible
I have given my handset 5800 exoress music to Nokia centre at Bharuch on 16th May vide job sheet no[protected]/090516/6. After a no of followups at the centre as well as customer care, I am not getting any satisfactory answer about the exact status and the time when I am going to get the phone. Bharuch centre tells that the phone has been sent to Delhi and recd once with same problem and so returned back. I cant believe . I need the phone urgently because I am unable to transfer the contacts saved to my other set. Please expedite

i have nokia n95 8gb i recently updated my firmware to 31.0.015 since then my phone is giving problem in earpiece quality is gone down i have got very poor sound quality is there any chance of inrese the earpiece quality as its very difficult to talk thru earpiece as i have low sound

My handset series is "Nokia 2626". Purchasing date is 16/11/07. Which is automaticly power off between every 15 to 20 minutes in a day. It's a very serious problem. Due to off my mobile time to time. Plz prefer any advice or solutions. what's problem in my mobile.

Nokia — Worst Service Center( Malleswaram)

DONT DARE TO STEP IN to Nokia Care Center @ Malleshwaram

People who work here are illiterate and careless people.
Pls request you all not to enter this service center, it is the most bad and worst experience i have ever had with any service of any product.
People here are totally unaware of the complaint/problem we go with. They just give same answer to very body and saying software problem and the amount they charge is very HIGH. They dont stick on to time lines/ dead lines given by them itself and they answer " THERE is NO POINT IN ARGUING HERE" !!!
The same is the experience with my friends and relatives too who have visited this Center.
you see customers always fighting with those guys for overcharging/no delivering on time/ no answering the people/ not understanding the problem/
they change teh mobile if it is new one.
I am Shocked, , , , then to whom should we address such Concerns?????????
MY request you to all is NOT TO STEP in to such SERVICE CENTERS
I am not sure that these are authorised centers and Nokia will take any steps to tackel these issues.

Who can help us in getting good service.
I purchased a Nokia 1661-2 Bronze model phone. The IMEI of the phone is [protected] purchased in April 2009 The Phone since its purchase which causes no sound of ringtone, no vibration when someone calls. Also the phonew gets switched off when it is being charged. The is the second time that it is happening and it has not even been 3 months since its purchase. I had gone to the Nokia care, when it occured for the first time, they assured me that they had fixed the problem and it will not occur again. But it has again happened within a month of its repair
I would like you to replace this phone with a new one and kindly do it as ap.
Your immediate action in this regardwill be highly appreciated. Otherwise you will lose one valuable customer of Nokia.

nokia N 95 8GB — Cheating at Nokia care center

I have Nokia N95 8 GB phone which is out of warrenty, it was having a problem in hangup, so i went to nokia care west patel nagar Delhi, they charged 2500/- to repair my cell and they gave me a bill, after 2 days my phones display was not working properly (which was working normally 2 days back as checked by nokia care people), next i went to nokia care in defence colony delhi, to get my phone rechecked, so when i showed them the repair bill given by nokia care west patel nagar, they said your bill is not registed or authentic because it should be displayed in our nokia website if any repair work is done genuinly. Now the issue is with nokia care west patel nagar that i trusted nokia care so i went there but when this local people sitting in nokia care just cheated me for few bugs of money and they played game with my faith this brings me to diappointment, please explore their faces so as people like us can be saved off from geting cheated.

Nokia-6500 — No positive Reply from nokia care and company

This is to bring in your notice that my mobile set NOKIA 6500 is with under maintenance with you third time within a month.
This reflects you services. I cannot expect this from NOKIA. Causing this I am losing my contacts/important calls.
From your end even no confirmation that when I’ll be getting my phone back. This is not fair. At least you should provide a delivery deadline. Else you will have to provide a substitute Mobile set for use.
My request you to take this issue seriously. Any how I need my phone back ASAP weather its repaired or new one.

I bought a New Nokia 3600 Phone on 19 oct 2008 from Delhi. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(hanging probelom sim card not read & slider probelom ) and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care kootala nea ( south ext)Delhi. on 10oct2009 but their the handset is not repaired. And he is saying repaired is chargeable amount. no warranty in your phone your mobile is damaged. I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa. my phone imei no [protected]. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.
sorry to inform u that i purchased nokia mobile 5610 from subhiksha . from the very first day the mobile give the problem hanging when multimeida run . than after two month the mobile set swap by nokia . the swap mobile also give the hanging problem display out problem . again i contact with nokia care center. it's totally hareshment for the custmor (for me) please replace my set with the other set which having no manfacturing defects of same price my compliant no[protected] submitted mobile on date 22 may 2009 till date nokia care center unable t repair the same please do the needfull so that u not loose custmor
