Nokia 5130c - 2 Music - Express — bad response of product

I purchased Nokia 5130 in JUNE,2009. In October my mobile has stopped working & many times it hang. Any time in nokia care center they update my mobile software but again in few days it got some problem & it has started switching itself off. I went to ADAJAN Nokia care center & they reformated my handset & I went in nokia care center more then 6 time, I am totaly tired with my handset. Please I request you to solve my problem soon.

Nokia N 79 — Phone stopped working in just 2 months, unexpected by Nokia, no service is provided by customer care

I would like to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set in Oct 2009, which is infested with certain technical problems and its screen automatically goes off and comes...It has also corrupted my memory card. It is no more functional. This is most unexpected behaviour from a nokia handset. Not only this, when i went to Nokia Care..the customer Crae people made us wait for long hours, and not only this they talked to us in a very rude manner and refused to help us as well.

I was very disappointed with Nokia Products and Services. This is something i have expected least from Nokia that too when the handset is in warranty and i have paid a huge amount for purchasing it as its an N series phone.

Also in future i ll never buy a Nokia phone , also ask everyone around me not to buy as they have very poor services for customers.

Nokia - 5030 — Display is not clear (its blinking) of a sealed pack 5030 Nokia mobile phone

Hi,

I have purchased a Nokia 5030 Red colored model from E-zone mall located near Chinchwad station, chinchwad, pune. Following are the details of the issue with this mobile phone:
1. While purchasing the mobile, we have asked to check for its its basic functions are working fine or not to the salesman.
But he said there is no SIM card available for checking the mobile phone hence he can not check it.

2. Then we asked for a sealed pack, he provided us the sealed pack 5030 mobile phone. When I came home and inserted battery & SIM card in it found that the display of the mobile is blinking and the visibility of the contents available on the screen was very poor.

3. I immediately called E-zone mall and told them the issue. I got a reply saying tomorrow I have to go to E-zone again and then the mobile phone will be checked.

4. Next evening I went to E-zone shop at chinchwad, explained the issue to the concerned salesman and other salesmen present over there.
- They initially told me that I have to go to Nokia service center for this issue
- When I told that it was a sealed pack and immediately I complained about the issue...it is not my job to do the needful for it. And I want a immediate replacement of the mobile phone.

- They took my bill, gave me copy of the bill and took the mobile phone with them saying that the mobile phone will be replaced tomorrow

- Now after Three days also I have not received the mobile phone and nobody is receiving my calls.

The cost of above mobile was Rs.1665.00.
Request the concerned authority to take strict action against the E-zone showroom and Nokia for troubling me.

My self Indra kr Singha. I had purchased one NOKIA PHONE on 25.03.2010 from FUTURE AXIOM(Raghulila mall) at vashi New Mumbai.That time sil was broken, they told me any problem we will take care.
