Nokia — Cheated by NOKIA... I had a huge loss. Plz Help somebody plz!

I had brought Nokia E63 handset on 12-11-09 form Besusarai, Bihar at Bihar Comercial, the Nokia dealer. It costs me Rs 11,150/- inc. Vat. Sir only on the 4th day of purchase I got my camera flash not working. When I informed the Nokia Dealer, they told me that it is just a software problem and it will hardlt take 15mins to cure your mobile at Nokia Care. When I went there They donot repair my mobile , simply updated the firmware and suggested me to deposite your handset again after 1-2 months as it needs to go to nokia head office. I donot forced them to receive my handset. I was engaged in several exams so I cant useto deposite my handset for 5 months as it was my only one handset and during this time my phone became the worst it started hanging regularly I cant even make a call some time then I went Patna and deposited my handset at Rooprang Nokia Care, at Dak Bunglow Chauraha on[protected]. They take about 25 days to return me my handset. The camera flash was O.K but mobile was still slow and hanging. when I told about this to the staff there and they adviced me to deposite my hanset again. I got angry and cut my sighnature that they take on the job sheet paper. After that I called nokia care and told this to them but they again told me to deposite it again. It is just a matter of simple sence what you do with my phone as I have mentioned about the hanging problem as a mojar problem. When I told them that I am going to customer forum. They lough and said go go..plz go. No one can do any thing.
Plz reply me sir with a suitabe suggestion . Plz sir. I am felling helpless. NOKIA has cheated me sir. This is a fake campany. Just looting our countrymen. Sir plz help me, plz!!!

Nokia — n97 mini not being repaired in spite of submitting the handset for 9 times

this is gurpreet singh sehgal. i bought n97 mini on march 07 2010. i have got it checked for more then 7 times at nokia care ( return back same day by nokia care they tried fixing in nokia care shop itself but couldnt as they didnt have n97 mini to compare the fitting wid). submitted it for 2 times on apr 22 2010 & then on may 10 2010 for qwerty keypad frame misfitting problem which was told to me by nokia care only that is was manfacturing defect. i dont want this defective handset any more. i called my [protected] spoke to mr zuddhin between[protected] on may 10th 2010 he spoke rudely, made me hold call for several minutes, didnt comply with my request & finally dropped the call. so let me guess after paying 24,500 rs grants buying a premium handset i m still using a rs1500 spare handset given to me my frd, hours of waiting for getting a reply from your side, dozens of emails i sent to u, spoken probably to your customer care excutives then my family still i dont have my phone. wow u guys are worst then i had heard. its my fault though with your bad reputation i should have never taken a nokia handset. sorry my mistake promise in the near future i will never waste my money by buying nokia products. seriously guy u will have to replace my faulty handset i m not taking defective handset back.

Nokia — defective 5800 xpressmusic phone

I purchased Nokia 5800 X press music vide. INVOICE NO.906 DT.18.04.2010 from
THE NOKIA STORE, 100 FEET ROAD, COIMBATORE 641012.

From the next day onwards it started giving trouble i.e. hanged and unable to make and receive any incoming call, it also struck whenever I touched the keypad.
When I explained about the malfunction of the mobile set he said it was only a software problem and asked to come on the other day.

I politely approached him to see to it he got angry and said it was only software problem and told me to go NOKIA CARE at Gandhipuram. All this inspite of going through approved Nokia channels for purchase.

I went several times to the shop and told him it was not software problem and asked him to operate the mobile and inform me the problem. To my surprise he told me that it was not his job to see this problem and the branch will do only sales and don’t care about the problem.

so I went to Multiple Mobile Care, Nokia Care Centre, GandhipuramThey made me to wait for hours together for Manufacturing defect and gave Service Job Sheet No.100517/22B Dt.17.05.2010 receipt mentioned Dead in the repair fault Column but informed me that they have to install new software and told to collect Mobile the next day. But regret to tell you that they had not handed over the phone. They said it was manufacturing defect where they could not repair it and so send it to the factory for repair which will take 10 days to deliver.

Now I don’t want my hand set repaired back. Since it has got One Year Warranty replace it with new handset at once without any delay as I don’t want to use the defective set again when I paid huge money.

As such, I would like to request NOKIA to kindly provide me a replacement phone. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation.

Now I am left with no other option but to ask NOKIA to give me a New Hand Set without any manufacturing defect. Otherwise, I won’t leave this matter very simple. I will take this to the maximum level. I hope As such, I would like NOKIA to provide me a replacement phone. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation.

Mobile Nokia 5800 — MObile not been repaired after submitting it for service 5 times

I bought my mobile on 3rd oct 2009 & it is still in warranty period & since then i have submmited it 5 times for repairing purpose ( phone automatically gets restart & hangs up ) but ebvery time i have been returned teh same hand set without any repair . These guys say that it has under gone repair & will work properly but till today it is not today i again brought my mobile back but still it has restarted twice within 1 hour.

i submitted my handset nokai 5530 xpress music on 10th,may ,2010, and was promised that will get handset in 7-10 days [by service center] , after 10 days they said ,IMC head office is not showing status ,i talked to manager of nokia care service center ,he said ,they are saying product is under repair ,but no body telling me exact time , i don't know if they will even give it back or not , if they are unable to repair they should replace it
