i think nokia will check it out and solve the problem by replacing the handset.because there is no fault from buyers side.and i feel proud to have nokia.

Nokia — Nokia fishing Peace delivered to me.

i have bought Nokia 2700c model just a 9-10days ago and Once a morning when i wake and have a look for time in Cellphone, the Phone was in dead condition,it neither ON nor making a any function. i was in a surprise for such a fishing model was delivered to me by NOKIA.The Model Cost me of 3700 INR.IS nokia is NOT passing their model through Quality Test?
This Problem was related to my internal IC of cellphone(as per the info.given by nokia care centre).I have to be with this defective Product throughout my life. i am in deep depression that in such a samll time period(just in 10 Days) such a big issue arised, what i except for the rest of the time.The nokia care change the defective component of the cell, but this is not the right way to act wisely with the customer who has bought the cell just i 10days ago and spend 3700INR for the defective model.

Neither they Supporting nor giving any information to customer.

i want a full exchange of the cell phone against this defective piece.

My Job sheet no:[protected]/100526/9.

if nothing is possible for the exchange(either refund money or exchange the phone with new one), otherwise i have to go for offecial Notice by the Indian Government customer Complain desk to NOKIA.

i don't know to whom it may be concerned to,but the level of support i got ,which you guys call customer satisfaction,i am completely dishearten to say that this experience has made lost my faith from Nokia, I have been using nokia phones since childhood,it has been like Nokia is the synonym for mobile,but this is really disgusting,ok lot of cribbing,now talk about professionalism.
the one mistake which i made, was i bought this phone from the mobile store(city walk Delhi) on 23rd of may 2010,accepted.On 25th of may suddenly my phone started hanging,the volume key wont work at all,i cannot take or make calls,the touch screen would respond at times and at times it wont,i can understand what is a software issue and what is not,i work in dell computers,OK no complains.i went to mobile shop informed them, this is all what is happening and i haven't used it properly yet.they just backed off! they said sir you have to get it checked from nokia care we cannot do anything,we cannot refund the money neither we can replace it, its out of policy you should have reported within 24hrs.Crap! i asked then whats my fault i spend 10,600 to get a nokia phone is that my fault? i haven't use it properly for even two days and now this? i was very patient i asked what you guys can do,they said sir go to nokia care malvianagar get a "DO" letter from them explain every thing all the inconvenience you had they will easily do it! and once you have that letter we will issue a new phone..i became bit glad,thought at least some hope me myself came to your malvianagar center and the rep was pathetic i don't want to take his name but he was just emotionless,he said we don't do that you have to submitted your phone for at least 5 days and then we will see!! how ridiculous? is this customer service? i was amazed i explained him everything i said think if you are in my place i am not a billionaire i just bought a phone two days ago a nokia phone and this is what i am getting? he just said sorry sir cant help.cool i went to mobile shop again they too raise their hands,i was literally broken that what as a customer i have done and why did i purchased that handset,unfortunately i came to nokia care malvianagar once again because i cannot put my money on stake!.this time the girl Rep named NEHA at least looked concerned she understood how it feels if you buy a phone worth 10,000 two days ago and this much pain you have to take,that was good,she did assure that sir your concern will be taken care of,that was 25th of may 2010, and today its 02/06/2010 12 days..i have been told you will be getting your handset sir by 3rd June,that's why i called up today to confirm because they did told me it will sent to Bangalore..but now they are saying by tomorrow its not possible sir you have to wait till 7th June! i aske,d if again you said i have to wait when i cl you on 7th? then what? then that lady told me you can call and check? what is this man? are you guys really human?think yourself sir you bought a phone one day after 2 days no body is willing to help or take a serious actions why should a customer have to pay for this just because i have faith in your brand? please respond o this,i assume my entire story doesn't go waste.you must have certain individuals who values their customers one good gesture and fast action can change my entire experience.Please think like a customer,and don't let my feedback go waste.

Nokia — N97 mini - defective screen

Hi,

I bought a N97 mini for Rs. 23200 on March 18, 2010. There has been various system issues such as phone freezing, nonresponding screen etc. After a month or so, I noticed that the screen had a thin crack, noticed from a certain angle. The LCD fluid quickly flowed out and the screen was spoilt. When I took it to the Nokia care center and told them about the LCD damage, they said that this was physical damage and that I would have to bear the charges of Rs. 3500. This is very bad. A few points need to be stated here: 1) I've not dropped the phone. There is not even a scratch anywhere on the phone, but the lcd screen is cracked 2) I'd kept the phone in a Nokia N-series pouch, and in my pant pocket. 3) There was no impact on the phone whatsover.

When I suggested that they send the phone for warranty claims and give me a standby mobile in the interim, the Nokia care center refused. I paid the money, got the screen replacement and have retained the defective screen with me. I've been corresponding with the Nokia customer care for a month or more now regarding this to no avail. Here are some of the responses from contactcentre.[protected]@nokia.com:

"You may kindly note that the display screen, keypad or external panel would be considered as cosmetic items which would not be covered under warranty. However, any concern with the cosmetic items can be serviced at cost"

"We are not in a position to comply with your request for providing the contact details of the higher officials as requested by you. We are also not authorised to provide the information."

Could someone help me with this?

Nokia Mobile Phone No. 09998281366 — Not taking interest in solving case of loss of mobile phone

I am Dr. Ramanath Pandey son of late Dr. Raghunath Pandey residing at E4-Adhyapak Kutir, Pratap Ganj, Vadodara, Gujrat. I have lost my Mobile phone Nokia with Air-tel Sim card No. [protected] ( of Vadodara, Gujrat state) on[protected]. I had gone Tirupati to attend 45th All India Oriental Conference organized by Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth Tirupati. The above cell phone was lost from Garudachal Hostel, Room no. 212, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Near Rijervoir Road, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
In this regard I had already lodged a police complaint to Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Tirupati-517501 on[protected] about 10:30 A.M.. But still they have not traced it and given certificate on the same day stating that "they have made efforts to trace out the said lost cell phone but the efforts proved futile. and there are no chances of tracing out the same in near future".

In liue of these curcumstances it is clear that the concerned police officials have not taken any initiation to trace out this phone. Therefore I request the conserned authorities that kindly look into the matter and try to sort out my problem. They should contact the Airtel office and inquire that from my no.[protected] who has given the call on which no. from there it may easly trace out.

In January 2010 I bought my new Nokia 6710 Navigator for the amount of R3400.00. The phone has been in for repairs for the 3rd time now. It has the following problems: Camera very slow and zoom in and out by itself, GPS takes forever to pick up a satelite, IF it comes on, the GPS is very, very slow, and if it re-routes, it is totally confused. It is one of Nokia's most pathetic phones EVER, and I really don't think my next phone will be a Nokia again, as the service it definitely not the best. I also think they have amateur (Mickey Mouse) technicians. I bought this phone because I need a GPS the most of the time, but I am sure that I know more about the maps than this pathetic phone. Can you please tell me what to do next?
