Nokia - E66 - 1 — Poor Service

Dear Sir/Madam

Nokia E66 - 1 was purchased vide b.no:9613 dt:25.03.2009 at NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER (Methali Electronics) at Ranijgunj, Secudnerabad. During usage of the handset A- Cover got removed itself & there was some incoming audio not working properly, as such the same was sent to NOKIA CARE (S S Electronics) vide b.no:7094 dt:18.05.10 at Paradise, Secunderabad. Relavant inovices attached even then the incoming audio problem exists, advice further action.

Nokia Claims — cheating the peoples

Hi Sir

This is Sandhya raju. I got a message from nokia claims. that i won the amount of 500,000 GBP and i replied them with the mail.

They asked my personal details. i send my details. After that they mail that price has been dispactched through TNT courier services. They told to pay 36,000 Rs. to receive the parcel.

Someone called me to pay the amount and i said i don't have that much of amount they told 5000 amount to pay to the account name. B. James Ngaihte A/c No. [protected] SBI.

After that I told to my brother to collect the details. He called them he asked for the courier locket number. he disconnected the line.

Nokia is a good mobile company. In the name of Nokia only they were doing the scam. If nokia is not doing this scam. Whey the other were using this company name.

Nokia 2330c — Improper response from Nokia Care and Nokia Priority dealers

Hi,

My Nokia 2330c handset was lost and I have lodged an FIR with the Police.
When I contacted the customer care executives at Nokia Priority dealer and asked them to block the handset they said that its only possible for high end handsets or if you know somebody in Nokia Care.
At Nokia Care they said that its not possible to block a handset. I explained them that its technically possible to blacklist the IMEI no. of the handset so that can't be used further with any SIM card. But the response was still negative.
They are not even ready to disclose the email id of there customer care manager.

Is there any other procedure to block the handset?

Nokia - E75 — facing the problem with nokia service center

facing the problem with nokia service center MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA, RADHU PALACE, LAXMI NAGAR , DEW DELHI -92, Date: 19 may 2010 job sheet NO.[protected]/100519/28 EMI No. [protected] i submited the fressh phone, and after 15 days, service center says the phone is physically damaged, and i dont have nay information about this topic on my job card, so kindly forword the right solution to me ASAP ]

Nokia — bad behave of cco of nokia care

hiiiiiii i m pramod joshi frm haldwani nainital uttrakhand the service of nokia coustomer care in haldwani is very poor the coustomer care executives and all staff and head of nokia coustomer care mr balwant thapa behaves rudely to the coustomers , in this centre they changed the parts of the cell and wen we ask him they say that this happns in delhi wen the cell is repaired so we cant changed the parts i give my cell nokia 7210 in this centre on 15 th april and the warranty of this set is expired on 18th april but they make my job sheet on 5th may not wen i give him my cell , my cell is register on 15th april on the register of nokia care but they irritated me, they register they make my job sheet on 5th may and asid that ur warranty is expired i also give my job sheet 2 mr thapa wen they ask that i repair ur set with in a week but i cant recieve my cell till today eve , today i go him many times but they said come 1 an hr i go him many times but mr thapa reply same i call many times but they cant ans of my cell , wat can i do for this plz tell me ...

Nokia — SERVICE PROBLEM IN WARRANTY PERIOD

i am kafeel ahmad . actully i was using nokia mobile model no 6303i. which purchase on 04/05/2010 from agrwal communication. now my mobile become dead. after this i went to nokia care & agrwal communication to solve my mobile prob but nobody is not giving any response. now i am tottaly confused what to do or what not to do.
they are neglate my mobile complain. so i have decided that i will fill a report against nokia company in consumer court

Nokia — Loss of Nokia Mobile Model no.6303i

ONE MOBILE SET OF NOKIA MODEL NO.6303i has been lost in transit .The mobile was in my name .i.Net was activated .I have already reported this matter to the Police authority Saharsa .Kindly arrange to intimate the following information .
Who is utilising my mobile during the last week after lost .
Name of the Service Provider of SIM which has been installed after lost .
Contact no. of SIM installed in my mobile after lost .

It seems lot o[censored]s have faced severe issues with SIlk Teleservices (nokia care marathalli). They have been charging for phones under warranty. I se ethat Rajani you have also faced the same problem. I have also faced similar problem and have contacted Nokia, but the complaints have been falling in deaf ears. Silk Teleservices continues these mal practises without any action being taken against them. I think if we can all (all o[censored]s who gave face problems with Silk teleservices) get together and do something, it may be heard and our problems may be addressed even if its late.
We can save other customers from getting fleeced by these guys.

I Ms.Sunita Jamkhande , purchased a new Nokia 2220 GRAPHITE , IMEI No. is [protected] and my mobile no. is [protected] on 24/02/2010, which was missplaced on 12/06/2010 : 6 to 6.30 pm at Wanawadi ,Hadpsar . I had also reported it at Wanawadi Police station on 13/06/2010 the FIR copy is with me. I got the same SIM number and old SIM number has been blocked. However ,to block my misplaced mobile handset I went to Nokia Care Center at Golibar Maidan , but surprise Nokia care center not supported,even they cannot acknowldged the FIR copy , they told me that to submit FIR copy to airtel , reliance , bsnl care center .
Actually at the time of sale nokia sales person provides lot of information about services from nokia care center but in actual it is different . What should I do to block my misplaced handset.
