NOKIA 3600 slide — malfunctioning of handset

Hi
I bought a nokia 3600 slide model cellphone on 9th aug.
From 15 th onwards it starts hanging i.e unexpected ? mark came in folders of gallery and after switch off again switch on that will clear.On 26th aug handset fails totally ..no switch on/off
volume key failed completely.please tell me what should i do???

NOKIA/5610 Xpressmusic — Service Care is Pathetic in Delhi

Hi All,
I am very much sorry to put a bad remark on NOKIA Service Care of Delhi. They are very much ruthless in entertaining the
customer problem.

My Problem:

I had purchased the Nokia Product (5610-D) dated 13/07/2008 from the Dealer Planet-M situated at Munirka in New Delhi.
Within one month o[censored]se, one of the screw located at the back of front panel came out by itself while operating. I found
half part of the screw was inside the phone and half came out.

I visited Nokia Care in Sector-14, Gurgaon and Vasant Kunj, New Delhi but they refused to repair and in turn blamed me
that I have broken it. The mobile has not fallen off and is not being tormented by me in anyway and that is very crystal
clear from the condition of the mobile. The only problem is with the screw.

Finally, I managed to deposit the mobile S-10, Green Park Extn (Near Uppahar Cineam), New Delhi with the following details of
jobsheet they provided me:

When I made a call to Green Park Nokia Care (HCL) on Moday Morning to enquire if I can come to recieve my handset, they
told me to that my handset has been sent to Noida Head office for the repair. The asked me to talk on the following
numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected] to know the further status of delivery. In teurn when I talked on the above
number I was being asked to collect the repaired mobile from Green Park Nokia care on Wednesday morning. I went to Green
Park today (i.e. wednesday morning) but ironically I got the response from them that they would be able to deliver the
mobile on saturday and that also hopefully not confirmed.

I am without phone for the last 10 days and visiting Nokia Care Green Park frequently wasting money and fuel but without
any satisfactory response.

I am really frustrated and fed up enough that I want replcement of my mobile. I do not want the mobile that went unhealthy
by itself within one month of the purchase.


I have no phone at the moment on account of which I facing a lot of problems that I cannot dictate. Please REPLACE my phone
if you cannot repair and deliver within the stipulated and commited time frame.

NOTE: Don't call on these numbers which Nokia Service care provides on their Jobsheet([protected], [protected], [protected]). These numbers are useless and painful. It is just the waste of your time and money. Nobody picks up the phone and by your hard luck if anybody does you will not be well traeted.

NOKIA Care is hazardous. I will suggest whomsoever concered, don't purchase Nokia Phones of Higher price. If you do, then problem is yours not NOKIA's.

Nokia — Technical Problems with New E51 phone purchased on 17.08.2008

I have been using Nokia phones for the last 8 years. My earlier phone was a 6233 and I picked up the Nokia E51 on 17.08.2008 from E-Zone, Homeland, 18 B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhawanipore, Kolkata - 700020 vide their cash memo No. T10/2629. The IMEI No. of the phone is [protected].

Yesturday, while the phone was is use, it suddenly went blank and despite several attempts, the power did not come on. I took the phone to store (E-Zone) in the afternoon and they referred me to the Nokia Care Service Centre - Arya Infotech 81A, Shyama Prosad Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700026, Kolkata. At the service centre, I was told that there is a technical problem with the phone and if the problem could be taken care of by them then I would receive back the phone today (26.08.2008). In case they were unable to repair the problem, they would have to sent it to the Head Office and it would take 15-20 working days before I would get back the phone. Yesturday evening, I received a call from the Service Centre saying that they would have to sent it the Head Office today as they were unable to resolve the problem. The Service Job Sheet Number issued to me by them is[protected]/080825/85 dated 25.08.2006. I told the representative at the Service Center that the phone was purchased only a week back and that if there was any technical problem with the phone it should be replaced. I also told them that it would not be possible for me do without the phone for 15-20 days due to my work commitments and also that I have to travel on 29.08.2008. I was told by them that they try their best but it would still take 2 weeks.
I got the phone registered with Nokia and sent them a mail yesturday to sort out the prombem. No reply was received by me today.
Under the circumstances, if Nokia is unable to replace the phone immediately, I request a refund immediately.

Nokia 6111 Battery Bl4 — Spurious Battery

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased a BL 4B battery for my Nokia mobile set 6111 from your authorized dealer “RISU TELL”, Akas Ganga Commercial Complex, Basudevpur, Khanjanchak, Haldia, Purba Midnapur. Pin 721602. The serial number of the battery is[protected]M [protected]. The corresponding bill number is 206 dated 25.03.2008
Unfortunately from the very beginning the charge of the battery did not last for more than half an hour. I contacted the vendor the vendor regarding the problem and they explained that the battery is perfect, the problem is with the mobile set.
Ultimately I visited your Nokia priority shop at Gariahat, Kolkata they checked the battery and confirmed me that the battery in my mobile is spurious that is not the original one.

Now I request you to look into this and help me to have replacement with the original battery. I also request to take action against your dealer, so that other Nokia customers are not cheated and your reputation is not hampered.
With a hope to have immediate reply.
