NOKIA/5610 Xpressmusic — Display gone and Customer care do not reply properly

I purchased the nokia phone in month of feb 08. Within 4 months the Display started blinking and the display was gone. I went to nokia customer care and they said it is under warranty and they would repair it within 10 days. after 10 days they come up telling the Display is gone after dropping the phone down. And they said you have to pay 1400 rs for getting it repaired. and it would take another 10 days to get it repaired. There was not even a single scratch on the phone. There is no use of this warranty period. because this nokia people come up with some reason to get money.
When i can purchase 12000 rs phone then i can easily pay 1400 rs. But when i have not dropped the phone Then i would nt pay for such wrong reason.
i have receive the same sort of sms similar to those above.

Nokia — Poor service of NOKIA Customer care

This is to complain against very poor service from a local customer care center.I own a NOKIA 3230 handset which suddenly started showing some display problems.Then on 14th September, Sunday, i gave my handset to the customer care.They asked me to come the very next day for the delivery, so i did as they asked.At the time of delivery they said that they have changed my display and it costed them Rs.1891.After just one day the phone started showing the same problems. Then again i took the phone to them on 18th September, Thursday.Then they gave some lame excuses and again asked me to come on 22nd September.After i took the delivery on the mentioned date, in no time the phone showed same problems.The next day again i submitted the phone so now they asked me to come on 27th September, Saturday.Now they r just harassing me and wasting my time.Also they have taken such a huge amount of money with providing any service to me.Due to utter dissatisfaction i am complaining so that i may get some help now.

May I presume that I had bought the above said wrong and spurious product which has been marketed in the name of NOKIA, confirmed by the NOKIA CARE? If the Nokia is not in a possession to handle the defected product that it has sold, it is being requested to withdraw the CARE support. Please confirm your faulty product or withdraw NOKIA CARE warranty support in the interest of fair business. If you do not respond properly I will presume that these are the marketing policies and I would take up the matter with CONSUMER FORUM at your risk, cost and responsibility.

Nokia/E51 — Phone screen blank within 2 months of purchase

I had bought a Nokia E 51 on 13th July 2008. 15 days back the screen went blank on its own. I sent the phone to the service center and they gave it back to me 3 days back on 25th September. They said the LCD has been changed. Yesterday again the screen has gone blank. I wish to lodge a complaint in the consumer court also for the same. I will be finding out the procedure and going ahead.

Please, Sir/Madam, is there really a prize to my name? How can I get it if it is true?

Nokia — Faulty hand-set 2600c

I bought New NOKIA 2600 c, this 17 August 2008 (M/s GROVER INFOCOMM) and found the Penal is loose is just find out within 3 days, due to find out and reported NOKIA CARE (SUSHIL TELECOM) within 10 days and still with them since 29/08/2008. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole

My IEMI no. is [protected], which is still under warranty and 10 days old. When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. Will the authorities take trouble to take the same back as gift from my side.

Nokia — mobile on /of switch

I had purchase a mobile set nokia make(NOKIA 3110 C BLACK, IMEI:[protected] from BALA JI MOBILE POINT NH-24, DELHI ROAD, GAJRAULA, DISTT.-J.P.NAGAR (U.P) ON 07.04.2008.After one month i had switched off the button of the mobile set, then after mbile was not switched on . i have complaint to that shop, he send to moradabad service centre for repairing.but was not ok after many times repairing.now i have no reply from mobile centre .what can be do . i have told many times to mobil shop owner he has refused to give me the replacement of mobile set.i have lost Rs 5700 for the set. where i have to complaint i dont know.pleae look into the matter other wise we will loose faith in nokia company product.

Nokia 1650 (Mobile Handset) — poor service and frog at service center

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased my handset on 7-march-08. before 2 or 3 days, the mice of handset starts creating problem.It was in warrenty period, so i gave to SMART ASSOCIATES.Jhansi which is nokia service center in Jhansi on 03-oct-08.
They gave me a verification paper in which they mentioned that there is no any physical damage and set is not tempered.
when i went to them to recieve the set, they gave me and said- 'it is OK now'. At that time when i check it there is another problem with handset.My set's keypad was not working, and they said - 'it is already damaged.'
