Gentlemen,

First of all if you analyze the email ID is it self wrong, as no Nokia will have their email ending as ***@europe.com, so it is fraud and another cheap trick. But the point to ponder is how come these fraudist get the databank of mobile nos, email IDs etc of people...

i have nokia n95 mobile on 22-7-08 .having problem with memory card, visited nokia care at bareilly opp sita kiran.didn't give any responce, after argument they told to deposit phone for 20 days, i have not deposited kindly help me, all my work is throw mobile.

Nokia Mobile Model 3600 — phone under warranty no response from company

This is to bring into knowledge of all that i had submitted nokia mobilr phone model no. 3600s in the service center of nokia care on 04 august 2008 for which the the job sheet was given to me now the problem is:
1. The mobile was bought on 02 august 2008 and it stopped working from day one.
2. After one week when contacted back with the customer care reply was that the set has been sent to head office
3. when after one week tryed again to contact them again on there helpline numbers it was impossible to get through so we again visited the sevice center and the reply was it will take 2-3 more days
4. After the wait as told to us we again visted the service center this time we were told that the set is still in head office but we will get a new set after 3-4 days
5. After another wait of 4 days when we visited the service center we were told that it will take another 3- 4 days and to cut short the story is still going the same way today is 10 septemer 2008 and there is no hope IS NOKIA CARE for customers or for there own care and to harassement to cutomers please never buy nokia

Nokia 5610 Xpressmusic Handset — Pathetic Service at Customer Care centre

I purchased Nokia 5610 phone on 1st jan 2008, recently the flash of its camera stopped working so I deposited it at Nokia Care Centre Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 18 August 2008. My phone had some physical damage althoug it had nothing to do with camera. The people there said that phone has to be sent to Delhi for repair and it will be under warranty and if I get physical damage repaired then it will cost Rs 900 extra to which I agreed and they said the phone will be back in 20 days. After 25 days when I went to take the phone back they said that the phone has returned as it as without repaired because people at Delhi think that whole repair should be charged and total charges should be Rs 2300 and now they will send the phone back to Delhi for another 20 days. This sounds as if we are living in stone age and people at Delhi cannot contact the people at jaipur centre through phone to contact me for agreeing for Rs 2300 (to which I would obviously agree). The phone has come back after 20 days without any action and they want another 20 days. This is ridiculous. why didnt they did this procedure on phone and why was I earlier told by people of Jaipur centere that camera repair will come under warranty. Altough I dont mind paying the present sum of Rs 2300 as I have no other choice but I strongly objected to another 20 days theory to which the people at Jaipur centre behaved rudely and said they cannot do anything as this is the "system" at Nokia. I am shocked to see the level of customer service at India's most trusted brand and such a big MNC. I will be contacting local consumer forum office soon.
