I have never had a problem with Nokia handsets. They are well engineered and easy to use.

Nokia — Mobile C1 0
Sir,I bought Nokia C1-00 mobile from Jain Mobile, Morar on 23/01/11 IMEI no.[protected]. Even though loudspeaker is switched off, the sound comes from rear speaker. This creates sound interference, finally resulting to poor call quality. Also phone sometime restarts automatically.
I picked Nokia above other company for its reliability, but this experience is disapproving me. So sir, kindly suggest wat to do next.

Calm down people, this is as fake as its gonna get! Clearly nobody has gotten their money, and the people responsible for all this , seriously need to get a new life, cause this expectations could really hurt some people deep, and thats just sad. I got the same textmessage as everyone else, and i responded to [protected]@live.com (notice that they use different email adresses!) asking if this was real.
I got the form in return that they want me to fill out, along with a copy of my passport or drivers licence.. and im glad i havent given this to them. God knows who stand behind all this, and can abuse my personal information. I suggest you all dont give them any personal information. Some things are to good to be true, and this is one of them things..clearly. So dont be stupid, just let it go, and ble glad you are not like these people.

Nokia — Multiple issues with My Nokia N97 Mini-351979048074090- Written Complaint
Hi Team,I regret to write this email once again to your team, this is my third email in reference to my Nokia N97 Mini IMEI number [protected] in last 4 month and issue still stands unresolved.
As mentioned earlier in my email that your customer care never accept the faults in the handset and always blame it on the network service provider or the customer, same is the issue this time but this time I am sure of take this case up to customer forum.
Since the day I have purchased this set I had face one on the other problem, I bought this set on 23 Aug 2010, and Visited the customer care on 25th Aug 2010 in regard to software issue and network issue, I was convinced my your customer case executive that phone was all correct there was some problem with the software which would get rectified once phone is formatted( latter I came to know that as per Nokia policy if a phone faces any issue within 15 days of purchase it is not repaired but it always replace Could someone clarify me why was my set not replaced?) in regard to network issue I was told that due to heavy rainfall in Delhi this time most of the user are facing network issue. (To which I now feel cheated, I am using Airtel which is know for it network), But Hats off to your customer care executive in making a customer fool at its best and forgetting that customer can come back.
Few days later 30th Aug 2010 I again visited the customer care center when my handset completely crashed on my, I spoke with the Supervisor at Lajpat Nagar(Pradeep Mahlotra) who said he will take this up personally and would get my phone repaired, He got the phone formatted and advice me not to use the old data as it might be corrupted, because of which I had to deleted all my old records and rebuilt my phone book again manully so that nothing goes wrong.
But nothing worked within 15days phone crashed again this time I figured that its nothing to do with my data, it with phone memory as soon as it reach 2GB phone crashes, so I got myself an external memory card and started using it and my phone worked all well which proved that the memory was faulty. ( A phone which is suppose to hold 8 GB of data crashes after 2 GB, Wow why did I paid so much money if I had to use external memory for storing my data?)
My network issue still stands apart for all the above mentioned issue, to which I now can debate for hours, My wife uses a vodaphone connection so I inserted her SIM and used it and noticed that I was still facing the network issue which she had never faced I kept my phone at a place noticed the signal strength, changed the SIM to a different phone noted the signal strength keeping the phone in same place and their was a huge difference, Could you please explain me the reason for the difference?
Thanks to our government I switched over to MNP to vodaphone but nothing changed, same issue same problems.
But to make the situation worst yesterday the side locking button of my phone got off the place, I took the phone to the repair center and heared a new story this time, “Sir your phone has been physical damaged has caused a button to come off” can someone please make me understand that what do you call a physical damage? There is no scratch on my phone and the button which has broken is due to the normal useage of the phone, there has been no misusage of the phone.
After all this I went through your term and condition which clearly talks about physical damage which give me full control of proving that the button which has come off the phone body is not due to any mis-use it due to the normal function of that button.
As per the Customer Court requirement I am putting this email to send a written proof of the problem I have faced and would proceed with my Lawyer( Mr. Amandeep Mahli) to consumer forum next week.
I would appreciate if you could acknowledge this email.
Thanks
Tarun Tuli

To,
THE MANAGER
CUSTOMER CARE
NOKIA
SUB: COMPLAIN FOR NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND MOBILE PHONE FOR NOT ABLE TO REPAIR MOBILE PHONE IN 2 MONTHS LONG DURATION TIME.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
In reference to cited above subject, I here by inform you that I have purchase a Nokia N79 mobile phone in Jan-2010 bearing IMEI NO. [protected]. From starting only the device was having problem about slow processing and hanging. From past 3 months the problem has increased more and so I have given the phone to Nokia care on 3rd December-2010. The job sheet number is[protected]/101203/29 and I have complained about 1) automatic theme changes, 2) mobile gets hanged and need to restart every time, 3) Email setup is not able to done, gets hanged whenever I try to do so. And 4) slow processing which leads to slow surfing, slow messaging and slow opening of images and songs. Customer care on seeing the problem said that its only software problem and they gave me back on 7th December. On 8th December I gave back the mobile to Nokia care informing them that none of the above mention issues are solved and was returned the mobile as it is with phone formatted. Customer care send the mobile to main Customer care centre located at Ahmedabad on the same job sheet number as mentioned above. And after 10 days of time they gave me back on 20th dec , but still the phone was not working properly and none of the issues were solved by Nokia care. This was very disappointment for me as such in 20 days of time the problem was not able to solve. I again gave back the mobile to customer care 3rd time in a row to check the device again. They took long time and return me back on 12th jan 2011, with full confidence that the mobile was repaired. But in half an hour of delivery, problem started in the phone. And I turn back to them to show them the problem the very same day. As it was the closing time they requested me to come next day. I re-submitted the mobile 4th time in a row to customer care centre. And they gave me new job sheet number[protected]/110113/33 and still till date I have no information about my phone. Every time I receive the mobile in un repaired condition and I have to go back to Nokia care, wait till my number comes and return the same mobile with same problems to them.
It has been 2 months and still the Nokia care is not able to solve my problem. It is a shame to Nokia Company that they are not able to find a solution to a problem in 2 months long duration. I want immediate action on the service or I may be forced to use consumer protection rights and take legal action on the company. If in all the case the company is not able to find a solution to it, then I demand full 100 percent money back for my mobile with interest of 12 months and all the trouble I got from Nokia care Services. I hope that you take a genuine step toward the problem before my warranty gets over. If it happens then I demand additional warranty to my device as the phone is in Nokia care from past 2 months. I have even complaint it online through telephonic call. And its COMPLAIN NO. IS 1-[protected].
I accept a genuine reply from the company.
Thanking you
