NOKIA C-3 — Push Mail/ Nokia Messaging not working

I purchased a Nokia C-3 from Spice showroom in Delhi on Dec 12, 2010.

The Nokia Messaging service worked fine till Jan 4, 2011 after which it stopped working all together.

I thought it was a problem with the service provider, Airtel.

Airtel suggested that I should take it up with Nokia.

Eversince then it has become an uphill task getting the Messaging service work on my mobile.

During the course of my followup, I came to know that 99.9% of Nokia C-3 had the messaging problem.

Can anyone guide me how to come out of this mess.

I even approached Nokia for a refund, which they refused outright.

Nokia c3 — complaint regarding my new phone prob

i have purchassed a nokia c3 handset in the beginning of the month of february.
and within 10 day from date of purchase i have started having trancodr problem.the person to whom i m calling cannot hear my voice and only disturbance is heard.
i feel i have been cheated and i want my phone to be replaced
please help

I have purchased Nokia 5030 Graphite express model on 5th Nov.2010.The Emei no is [protected] it looses it's display after 45days, On 30 Dec.2010 I gave my cell to Authorised Nokia care MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36,GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PLACE ROAD,OPP.V3S MALL LAXMI NAGAR Delhi-92, they repair it and told me that it was Display problem (water lodging)& they have replaced it and charged me 650/= for the same despite warranty period.
Next day it shows the problem again it looses its display, i went to nokia care for the same on 4th Jan2011 they repair it when i received it on 5th Jan within half an hour I found the same problem so I again return it to aforesaid nokia care center. They delivered it to me on 25th Jan 2011 and said that they changed the display again.
Again I face the same problems so deposited there and set was received by me on 9th Feb2011.I again gave it to nokia care 0n 15th Feb2011and waiting for the rectified device.
I am very harassed by the nokia care's response. This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time, I feel a grate difficulty to have conversation with my counter parts and my honorable seniors. Now I am feeling that this peace/model has its individual problem & I want to change it. Please take a positive action for it neither I wouldn't trust on Nokia products.

Nokia C6 - 01 + Ovi 3 — Bad hardware; worse service

Hi.. I bought a NOKIA C6-01 inspite of the declaration of Symbian's death and embrace with Windows.

The lure of a new Symbian and Nokia Black screen lured me. Alas.. I remain trapped. Having moved from a QWERT Nokia E series, first thing is the weight of the phone, followed by the really painful typing. Worst is the response time of Contacts inspite of a faster processor.



The last nail in the coffin is the OVI sync. Apparantely it has an issure with 64 bit Windows 7, and fails to recognise OUTLOOK.. which means I can't sync.. :-(



This is an office phone and I need to update calendar e'day.. I made a complaint on 18th Feb, 3 days after I bought the phone.. and have struggled since. My IT department has also been unable to get a breakthrough. Worst of ALL, NOKIA has chosen to not revert, acknowledge or solve the problem.


So much for NOKIA.. Truly Kucch bhi No-Kia.

Nokia — nokia care not cooperative

Hi,
I have nokia E-63 , buy from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off ,messages not sending, echo sound problem ..i go to nokia care for this and they said just software problem, ok within in 2 dyas every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok ,when i go to nokia care 3rd time they said there is a problem in hardware and it goes to company and it takes 10 days to repair .but when i go to nokia care to collect my ph aftr 10 days i found that they not send the ph to company for repair...again they just updated the software and said your ph is ok..if hardware problem is solved by just updating the software then why the hell engineers r there...
And the Manager Mr chander prakash of nokia care of rohini branch
Shop no g-7/g-8 nn mall adjoining M2k complex 15 manglam place sec-3 rohin new delhi 110085 is also not cooperative they also not listing the problem and all
And the excutive Mr AMIT who is working there in nokia care sec-3 branch when i asked him this time in how many days ph is ok..they said these words BHUL JAO SIR AB YE PH PATA NI MILEGA YA NI MILEGA...they don’t know how to talk with the customers and u appoint him as in customer care ...
My ph is not with me since last 1.5 months. It is in nokia care. Hope u take a action and understand my problem and soon u repaired my ph.

I AM HAYDAROV SHOOHRAT dont agree that winning the lottery, "nokianewyearpromo2011" to 400.000 pounds will be sent to Rachid Benhalya since I received a letter on my e-mail 1/18/2011, and Richard Simonson replied by fax, in which I have all of the data indicated in the letter. And in the site http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/nokia-c31443/page/103.html says that win gets Rashid Benhalya. IS IT FAIR FRIENDS??

Nokia — Worst Service /

I bought NOKIA X-3 on 12Dec2010 but after couple of weeks i faced some problems. SO, i went to Noka Care Center (Net Dot Soluctions, Tilak Nagar, Opp. police station) They said that some of the component has been broken and they charge me Rs.1200 to repair that and after barganing i paid 700 . But after 2 day i face some more problems, i re submitted my phone to Net dot soluctions and i have been told that they will give my phone to next day, and after days i call him and operator said my phone is ready i took off for next day to receive my phone and then they refused to deliver my phone . Then after 10days i got my DEAD phone bace with Broken components and their staff told me to pay RS.1500 more to repair my phone. I submitted my phone in working conditions but i got DEAD phone back with the statement that this phone is unrepairable.
I also complaing this to Nokia Customer Care but till today i Didn't Get any kind of resoluction.

nokia 3220 — no modem

I HAVE A NOKIA 3220. IN THEIR USER GUIDE PAGE NO 42 THEY WRITTEN THAT IT CAN BE USED AS PC SUITE. BUT I DO NOT GOT ANY MODEM IN THIS MOBILE.

Nokia Mobile C7 — Nokia C7 - 00 Complaints - Purchased new mobile which automatically switched off & is unable to switch on again.

I had purchased a new mobile (Nokia C-7) on 28.02.2011 from NOKIA STORES (Nokia Priority Dealers) 100 FEET ROAD, COIMBATORE -641 012. phone :[protected]. I had purchased this costly mobile for some special occasions. Rs.18,500. But mobile automatically switched off on 03.03.2011 i am in the OUT STATION. jest kept the phone.The after i come to coimbatore on 10.03.2011. I visited to Nokia Centre NOKIA STORES (Nokia Priority Dealers) 100 FEET ROAD, COIMBATORE -641 012. where they informed mobile is having some software problem & also the battery is having some problem. So i go to NOKIA CARE ,BHHARATHIYAR ROAD , COIMBATORE.
The service person not responding me, after service of mobile only , they told the result, with in two days the mobile automatically switched off. still i am not get the any reply from nokia care,
Please tell me now what should I do now? Awaiting for your quick reply.
