Nokia E71 Mobile — fed up of using faulty handset

Respected sir,
I am fed up o[censored]sing faulty handset of Nokia E71.The problem was that
my handset use to shut down suddenly while attending calls and some it shows battery problem. So i replaced my mob battery but still it is shows the same problem.
I went at Nokia care taking issue of my problem. This issue continued for 4 times but still results were not observed.So i told them to replace my hand set but now they are not ready replace my handset they are saying "We cannot replace your handset u have to use this faulty handset.They are saying it's not our problem".
So pleas sir kindly help me for solving this problem.

I have purchased the Nokia X6- 16GB phone (IMEI NO: 354316/04/310453/0) on November 9, 2010, and from the very fast day I found problems in that when I shared the same with the Shop keeper, he asked me to update the update and I did the same but even though I have not got the solution.

i have a problem in my handset.. nokia 5530xm.. its battary drains fast.. i went to nokia CC centre 4 times but the problem is still there... and i was not properly attended.. now what should i do...
i am a regular customer of nokia and besides this model i have X6, & c7.... but now i am planning to sell these handsets and i will never go with nokia and i will also convey my friends to never go with nokia...

I HAD APPROACHED THE SO CALLED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT RT NAGAR Ms SHILAK INC OPP TO PLAY GROUND . THERE WERE TWO DISTINCT PROBLEM WITH MY HANDSET. 1. DISPLAY WAS NOT WORKING AND THE SPEAKER NOT FUCTIONAL PROPERLY . THIS WAS RECORDED BY THE LADY ON THE COUNTER AND PROMISED TO SET THE PROBLEMS RIGHT IN A DAY .THEY CALLED ME THE SAME DAY AND ASKED ME TO COLLECT THE HANDSET SINCE THE JOB WAS DONE . THIS COMPLAINT WAS RECORDED ON SERVICE JOB SHEET NO[protected]/110212/65 ON 17.02.11.

NEXT DAY WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT THE HANDSET I HAPPEND TO CHECK THE FAULTS RECORDED IN THE JOB SHEET .THE DISPLAY WAS REPLACED AND THE SPEAKER PHONE FAULT WAS NOT ATTENDED. THEY TOOK BACK THE SET AND ASKED ME TO COME NEXT DAY .

NEXT DAY TO MY SURPRISE THE FAULTS WERE ATTENDED BUT THE BACKLIT OF KEYPAD WAS NOT WORKING WHICH WAS EORKING WHEN I GAVE THE SET FOR REPAIRS. THEY ARGUED WITH ME STATING THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RECORDED . THIS IS THE BASIC RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE TO TAKE CARE . NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN THE SET BACK FOR SETTING RIGHT THE PROBLEM .

NOW ITS REALLY PATHETIC THAT A NOKIA CARE CENTER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WE HAVE TO INDICATE AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE TAKING THE DELIVERY. THEN IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED NOKIA CARE . WHAT CARE THEY ARE TAKING IF THEY ARE NOT TAKING INTEREST IN CHECKING THE SET BEFORE DELIVERY .
