it's a skype connection and
it's a sms sendet with skype. better: with an unspecified skype account.
i've found it with good luck.
i'm located in Germany.
i've sendet a sms with my skype to my friend downstairs.
I was logged in on a apple Macbook owned by a friend with his mobile stick and sim card. the installed skype is not specified.
on my home computer skype send my real mobile number, because i've changed it long ago.
but here it sends [protected].
my friend shows it some minutes later.
I'm sure, most of senders are friends of you, using skype for sms.
If a skype user doesn't change his sms preferences, it will always show this number.
that's the way for all bad guys...
the message for all skype users is:
1. check your skype account, when you use sms.
2. if you change the computer...
3. change your preferences on skype too (by using sms)
4. or tell your name at the end off the message

Nokia X300 — delay and irresponsibility

I am p jay kishore from gurgaon i am nokia phone user and my model no is 5530 xpress music touch screen ph .i went Nokia Service Centers in Gurgaon 1. Sheetla WLL services Address: Sheetla WLL Services, Old Delhi Road, Opp. Plaza Solitare, Sector-14, .. i told my problem that is check the lock key of screen guard which is not working properly . this problem only came remaining my phone was completely ok before gave to nokia care center and 2nd no counter girl who is seated at that time her seat and time is evening 4:15pm.At first she is checked my warranty period of phone.my warranty period was gone[protected] .After that she simply open my back cover of phone and gave me battery,sim card, memory card.before open the phone i was told her to tell me making charges of phone.she was take my phone and go inside of the trc room. she came back after 10:00 minutes and she said to me the charges of phone is 2850 rupees.i was not ready to do this.then i was assembled battery,sim card,memory card then switch on my phone i was found some error coming in my phone that is select accessories error.it is come every 2sec .when i was show this error to her.she said to me this is not to do here.she told if you want to do then pay the charges of this error and make your phone.Her attitude was very very bad.she does not make my phone ok and till date i am facing this problem.so i am not satisfied your nokia care agent.so i think your agents are cheating all customers to like me.so please and kindly request to you sir tell to those people to look forword and rectifie my problem as soon as possible without any charges.

Nokia — Nokia N8 Display Issue

Dear Sir,
I'm Syed Abdul Rehman bought Nokia N8 mobile this January from Nokia Priority shop for 24000.00 rupees from Hyderabad. My Device IMEI No is :[protected]. After using it for a week i found that my display was reddish. I had gone to Nokia Care(Satyam Electronics, AAk Complex, Fateh Maidan Club, Abids Hyderabad) and discussed them about the display problem on 22nd February 2011. They have taken My set and told me that its Nokia problem and need to send it to Delhi for repair and told me they will call once they receive the phone back. After that i never received their call. After a long wait on 3rd March when i called nokia care help line they informed me that they have already dispatched my set on 27th of February. When i had gone to nokia care to collect my N8 i saw that my problem was not rectified and in addition to that my panel was damaged. Again Nokia Care Executive told that they need to send the phone back to delhi for rectification. This same process is going on since 4 weeks and finally when i got frustrated and asked them for a new N8 mobile they gave me a Old phone with scratches and Damaged Panel saying that Nokia had send this in replacement to my New set. I rejected to accept that Mobile.

I am now fedup with Nokia. I have never seen such worst customer service. I am an NRI and had come here for one month vacation. I was supposed to join back office on 3rd march in Doha- Qatar. I even showed my air tickets to your Nokia customer care executive but they never took my issue seriously and manager of nokia care is all the time missing from office and his mobile is always switched off. I had to pay 6000 rupees for my ticket extension for 2 times and a loss of 45000 rupees from my salary.
I was a big fan of nokia since 13 years and never used any phone other then Nokia. Now i really feel that Nokia does not care for their customers. I really feel helpless now. Any immediate help will be highly appreciated.

and Nokia Care complaint No: 1-[protected]. After seeing up to 21st March 2011 if nothing happened i plan to file my complaint with consumer court.

Nokia N96 Mobile — poor service

Had given my complaint mobile for checking. It was given to nokia care. When they returned, the battery was not there. I noticed it after two days only. Later when i checked with the shop, they said, they do not have it with them;
