Nokia India Ltd — POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE

MY CELL NOKIA N 70 MUSIC EDITIO IS AS ON TODAY IN WARRANTY DATE OF PURCHASE IS[protected].First of all I am very much annoyed by nokia service because of 1)time factor.The official timings of nokia service centre located in prime mall mumbai are from 10-30am to 18-30pm but not a single time the office opens a per time mentioned.Here it opens at 11-15am but shutting time is before schedule time.Even though the product is in warranty and irrespective that the cause of malfunction is product failure the service center will still charge me.It seems there must be some targets related with incentives I have been very much torchured by nokia.plese help me out in this case

Nokia/E51 — Poor service

I had given my new nokia E51 for repairs under warranty on 30th June and was told that it will be ready in maximum 15 days. The screen went blank.Till date they have not given it back and are asking for another 15 days. The reason being given is lack of spares. how can a company like Nokia bring new models in the market if they do not have spares for customer service?Their customer service staff is very curt and they are refusing to give any alternate or back up help.

Nokia — restarting of nokia 3110 after inserting memory card

i purchased my 3110c nokia on 3rd august 2007.but this model has given me a lot of work n service to do.After evry 2 months i went 2 the nokia care for solving my problem of restarting the phone again and again and getting swicthed off.The people at the nokia care were not at all concerned and provided a poor response to it.Each time they updated the version of my phone still it was not done.They didnt even send it to the higher
concerned sevice centre.if you can please please please replace it then it would really be great.

Nokia 5610d Xpressmusic — Misbehave of the service staff at service center and Uncetisfactory Services of the product

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone software creshed autometically and phone hages, i got the software replaced 4 times from out let.
Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

One more thing, and most importantly your serice center staff at Yashwant Plaza, Indore is very rude, non-cooperative and de-mannered. They also dont follow the rules establish by your company for taking customers as per thier token no. they give undue preference to their known ones and to influential. this is not a good practice for the Company like Nokia.

and when i asked them to give me a feedback form so i can lodge my complaint they refuse to give it to me as well.
I hope you will take action against the in charge of the center because he himself was indulge in such activity.

Nokia5610d — automatic OFF & ON problem

The worst model I seen from nokia, I bought this model at the cost of Rs. 12000, but after few days the i get loats of problem Also the phone is having auto matic switching OFF & ON problem.
It is getting hanged so many times, at that time I have to remove the battery & reinstall it.
It is the worst model from nokia.
In all the nokia sets the phone hanging & auto matic switching ON & OFF problem is there.
Don't but nokia & go with the other brands like sony, LG is good.
I have recieved a message that "Your mobile have won 192, 000 Poundsin NOKIA MOBILE PROMO.To claim call [protected] and email claims.[protected]@hotmail.com"...Should I belive???? Please give me more information.

Nokia — Poor Quality of trusted brand award Achiever

I bought a Nokia 6500 slide phone(black) on 19-06-08 with
IMEI No. [protected] .within a month the body color
got removed from several places.I am also using Motorola
V3i from the last 2 years its body color is perfectly fine and
working well.Nokia has got the most trust brand award in mobile
category so it should do something to be the best by taking care
of its customers.

i hope will get up from the sleep and do the needful.

Nokia Cell Phone. — Poor servicing of cell phones.

I ahve purchesed one Nokia N series cell phone, from Amit Mechanical works Rail Way road, Hapur, Ghaziabad( Also known as Usha emporium), Since last few months my cell was getting hanged frequently, innitially i launched a complain with the Nearest Nokia service centre at Hapur ( ie- Agarwal Nokia care centre), but unfortunately, instead of improvement I found, condition of my cell was worst then before, and service centre owner threatened that, if we come back again, he will not do any thing with out payment, I made lot of request to him but he didnt bother about it, rather than giving threat for payment, please let me know what shall i do next ?
My Cell Model No: N72, Serial No-[protected], Battery No[protected], C.No-[protected], Date Of Purchase 12.09.07. Fisrt complain : June-2008. Second Complain: 25th August 2008, Third Complain:27 Th August2008, Cell returned onth October-2008 in out of condition.

Nokia 6085 Black — Not Functioning

My daughter was presented with this mobile on her successful completion of Boards by her uncle.This was bought from your outlet on 24.07.07.After afew months the set started giving problem but was overlooked by us, also the shop particulars mentioned on the Guarantee cum instruction book proclaimed that they were not into mobile.They forwarded a phone number, on enquiring with one of your staff Mr.Anil, was informed that you don't fall within the warranty period which has extended by 4 days.On the onset, for the past few months nobody was forthcoming in taking up the complaint, now the person at you end was releived to know that the warranty period had just elapsed. Such apathetic attitude, does not suit a company which is upwardly mobile.At least courtesy demanded that being a patron, one should have guided or provide a remedial step, so that the problem could be fixed.This is the malaise of such companies, who promise much but the outcome comes to a nought.
I would be highly obliged if you could provide the Mail Address of your Chairman.
