Nokia — poor service + miss behaviour

Dear Sirs,
I have been using NOKIA mobiles since I understood needs of good mobile but recently an inconvenience disappointed me and I decided to move to SONY.

I realized that my inconvenience might be similar which may have been facing my all NOKIA’s user which forwarded me to put complain or suggestion.

I have visited NOKIA PRIORITY dealer along with my friend in GONDAL (360311) with purpose to add one more NOKIA in my life before couples of months ago. Honestly, I felt soap busy with customers for recharge coupon of prepaid card instead of mobile buyers.

My fallow has also bought points for prepaid card and unfortunately it credited to anther user. We started discussion to resolve miss credit with humble language as well as body language but dealer has not shown a single word of co operation and ended with rude and courtesy less behaviour.

Above said incident is not justifiable. I asked you as user how you select your dealer? Can anyone become dealer of world best mobile company, who look after customers even in hectic situation. If not, why I was charged with rude behaviour and inconveniences in NOKIA PRIORITY GONDAL?

It is preferable that dealer must not do any activities except promoting NOKIA under dealership. Also put dealership through gentle& professional persons who answers politely to customers.

After all if NOKIA understood value of customer, I will look forward to get call from company or gondal dealer for explanations of inconveniences caused to me.

Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — Multiple problems - new Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic

Hi

I purchased a Nokia 5800 on 24 January 2009 in Pune and have been facing problems ever since.

1. Within 2 weeks of purchase, the earpiece was not functioning well. I took the handset to Akshay Telecom, FC Road, Pune and they repaired the earpiece. However, after the phone was opened, I noted dust particles in the display, and same can be seen till date. Earpiece problem has been a worldwide problem

2. The Nokia maps license simply "disappeared". Note that I was supposed to get 90 days free licence. I made over 50 calls, registered complaints (refer to call reference numbers 2-3QWR71, 2-3RDU7L, 2 2-3RSLYD and 1-[protected]). Nokia contacted me and gave me a 1 month licence (no CD[protected] till the time they were investigating the issue. However, no-one contacted me till date.

3. Since a week, I have display problems. - fuzzy lines seen (this problem is worldwide - refer to

Will someone please advise me what to do. I want NOKIA to REPLACE the phone. Please let me know how I can get this issue resolved amicably without court case - or otherwise, how can I also prepare myself to get a replacement through court case?

Nokia-5800 xpressmusic phone — defect in hanset

Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought Nokia 5800 phone on 2/3/09 from Rahul Electronic (churchgate, mumbai 20), since I bought phone I faced with the problem that in every 10-12 hour i get a message "memory use full" & I cannot do anything unless I switchoff & then switchon the phone.I twice showed the phone at the store to nokia sales person who sold me the phone, he also swithed off and then switched on the phone but third time he told me to go to nokia service centre and upgrade the software, therefore I went to the nokia service centre mira road on 14/5/09, they upgraded the software and again the same problem occurred after reaching home, then again I went to service centre on 10/6/09, this time they send the phone to their headoffice and gave me back the phone after 8-10 days, again the same problem occurred, again I went to the store on 25/6/09 stating that my problem is not yet resolved, now they say that new software version has not yet come, whenever it will come that time they will again upgrade and will check still they don’t have any definite answer. Every time you go to nokia service centre there is a huge line and it take atleast 1-1.5 hour without getting our problem resolved

Sir, I think I have been cheated by nokia by selling me the defected phone.Pls helpme out either in getting the refund or replacing the phone with other phone..

nokia mobiles customers now facing more problomes the main problom was charging not power full saving in the battary .., and more complaits facing the users .but we r doing nokia mobiles chip level service, not charging, charging not supported, sim not valid, un locking uk handsets, contact service, contact retailer, security code error, blutooth repair, cemera probloms, mmc not detecting, insert sim card.key pad ubnormal...etc, the customers are thing first who is the qualified service centres???this is very important..., we r doing chip level nokia service and software and hardware and all nokia service solutions .plz visit our service point- COMTEL NOKIA SERVICE POINT, AMBIKA ARCADE, BASEMENT FLOOR, MG ROAD, TRISSUR, MOBILE-[protected]

Is this a joke or what? I hope is true.Please give me more informations.
