I have submitted a written complaint in which I also wrote that challenging a court case. The Nokia Care centre has accepted the same. I am now going to file a petition next week...

i have given a mobile, model 6110 to the nokia customer care center on 21/may/2009 and still the mobile is with the company, the employees out there are not giving me the confermation about my mobile. they are not giving me the conferm date on which they will give me my mobile back. i went there for more than 5 times but they are not telling me on what date they will give me my mobile. the mobile is still under process as it is told to me by the nokia employee. they are even not telling me that my mobile will be correctly working after theri treatment or not. i request you to please help me on this matter.

I want to say that Nokia still remains the best phone producing company in the world but my problem is that the people nokia is training to address these problems are not commited to these problems the way they should may be because of improper followup in knowing if the phone that bears nokia is really a nokia original phone or not & if reported what measures where taken just to mention but a few.

Nokia n73 music version — Not responding after the service

Dear Sir,

I have bought a new N73 mobile in the month of February. Right from the begining it has started giving the problems. I have contacted local Nokia Care for 4 times with in the 4 months of buying handset. Once they have sent the handset to central nokia care as they are not able to repair locally. I was informed by them that the network IC has been changed and all the issues are resolved. I am experiencing regular call drops and voice cut even after that. I try to reach cental nokia care by mail and they said that they will take care next time. The same thing is getting repeated regularly. Because of this voice cuts and call drops i have missed my interview for Sweeden also. Nokia care people are not responding properly for a warrenty product and simply passing the time by doing the software upgrade. I have the copies of the purchase and the jobsheet numbers provided by Nokia care with me. I am attaching the same below. Please help me in this issue as i am getting irritated with the Nokia support. I am not able to attach the pdf documents below. I can provide you the same if you can provide me the mail id. Please help me regarding this.

This is for your information that I have submitted my Mobile Model No: N81 on dated 29/06/2009 against job sheet number :[protected]/090629/23 at Nokia Service Centre, ( MICRONAS TELECOM, C-4, SECTOR-2, NOIDA.).They have given delivery date on 30/06/2009 but now they are even not picking up the either phone or given any answer on visit at there service Centre. I have facing lots of problem due to not having mobile.You are kindly request take action against them & intimate them to repair my mobile or give me a service mobile.

Nokia 6300 B. Silver — Nokia Care service most Worse

My Nokia 6300 was not starting on day. I booked a complaint on 28th May 2009 at Nokia Care Ranchi centre (Nirmal Enterprises). They given us a dilivery date of 15th June 2009 saying that the Power Pin has broke so we have send the same to Gurgoan Centre. I agreed upon the same. On 15th June 2009 when I reached the centre they said that the courier has been despacted please come in the eveing. when in the eveing I reached the centre the said that they have still not received the courier... Then I asked them that can they provide me the PoD no so that I can trace where actually is the Consignment. Then they said that same has not been despatched yet and told me to come on 24th june 2009. On 24th they delivered the same. After 2-3 Hours I found that mobile is again not working properly as its screen it switching off automatically. Again I went to the Nokia Care Centre and put the problem in front of the representive and they said they will repaire the same and will give me back in next 2-3 days but still I am yet to reveive the same.
