one day before, i recieved a message in my mobile.it saying that you have won about 1 million gbpounds, in nokia mobile promo and the fund is deposited in globel finance company, and to claim your price contact dr.brown.

is this true or scam?

i have written to you yesterday about my set problem, but no reply from your side, this is not the way to deal with your customers.when i went to buy it i did not have money in my purse, but the staff in the showroom were so keen to sell the set that very moment that they came to my place to get the money, and now they say it is a minor problem .see we the service class, save money to buy these costly gadgets, and when the hard earned money goes waste like this, it is not tolerated.Your product is not working satisfactorily as compared to the price paid for, once it has gone for repairs in the very first month of purchase, now i cannnot hear its ringtone and even its alarm tone is not able to wake me up...it is too low.i need a prompt reply, i need to get it replaced for another model even if it is more costlier.I donot have faith left for this set

Nokia 3100 — signal problem

Hai this is Ugendar Reddy, i hv purchased nokia 3100 in the year 2005, Until last 15 day s my phone was working properly from 15 days there is signal problem the signal in the phone is completely dead whats the procedure to get it repaired plz suggest

) Ne Nokia 5130c (355246030157267) Cell Phone Set — Misbehaviour and False Commitment by the Nokia Personnel

I purchased a Nokia Express Nusic Cell Phone (Nokia-5130C) from the Prime Retail India Pvt. Ltd., 1, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-700 001 (Dalhousi Area) on 2nd July 2009 vide their Invoice No.15984/2009 on cash payment. Before purchasing the set, during our querries, we were told by the Nokia personnel that the particular set is having Mini Opera by which directly you can get access to the Internet, and they have practically shown us also that internet was coming to the newly purchased phone set. Then we enquire whether it can be used on our Laptop; they flatly and affirmatively told us that offcourse the Net can be used on the Laptop by using the data chord given along with the set. But after reaching our home, it was not coming to our Laptop, rather, the phone couldn't be installed with the Laptop. One of my freinds told me that they purchased the same set a few days back and using it for net services with his PC and also reiterated that a CD was also given absolutely free by that Nokia dealer from where they purchased. He told us that only after using that driving CD net can be used on our Laptop.
Today morning, after reaching my office, I rang the shop wherefrom I purchased the Nokia Phone and asked to let me talk with any Nokia personnel. When I started describing all these problems to the Nokia Person, they started misbehaving me with a big shout that it was not written on the box of the phone, so they also didnt provide the CD. Even he did not provide me the list of Nokia Care Centers where we may approach.
My verified complaints are :

A) Before selling, the Nokia persons never told us that a CD is required to get Net services over the Laptop even on our querries too; they only told us that whenever we connect the data chord with the PC we will get the Internet.

B) When I tried to assemble the informations from them about the solution of the said problem they got annoyed and shouted like anything and they were also not in mood to give a hearing to my appeal. These short of people should be punished instantly. There is no point of reason or justification to misbehave with bonafide customer like o[censored]s.

C) I want immediate redressal and immediately the shop keeper or and the Nokia should provide me the driver CD required to install the net services on the Laptop.

Nokia Phone 6233 — Nokia 6233 LOST

I have lost my Nokia 6233 Mobile today on 08-Jul-09 in ghatkopar-West.
Kindly arrange to deactivate the mobile on priority.My Mobile Serial No is : [protected].

I have tried to contact the call centre no of Nokia :[protected]/[protected] but in vain they ask us to take up the matter with the service provider. My service provider Hutch says that they do not have any right to block the mobile. It is really a pathetic that such bog two giants are unable to help to deactivatge the mobile. I reqeust the consumer forum to please assist in deactivating the mobile.
